• Dana (9/5): - Close to Berlin s main shopping area, yet safe by not being in the middle of exactly the area. U station few steps away from hotel entrance. Stylish, kind helpful staff, squeaky clean bathroom, sooooooo very comfortable beds. Street nearby may be noisy with traffic and ambulances in Berlin but the windows once shut will succesfully keep it all out. People slamming doors around, also missed the mini bar :)

• Axel (8/5): Für Dienstreise okay - Ich habe das Hotel genommen, da die Distanz zur Messe Süd akzeptabel ist. Frühstück könnte eine größere Auswahl haben. Unangenehmer Geruch in den Badezimmern.

• Martin (8/5): - Perfekte Lage für den City Trip, alles war sauber, freundliches und motiviertes Team. Das Frühstück ist zwar nicht überbordend, bietet aber doch alles, was das Herz begehrt. Trotz der Lage an einer großen Kreuzung war es in den Zimmern stets ruhig und sehr angenehm zu schlafen.

Es gibt so gut wie keine Möglichkeit, die Klamotten zu verstauen, aber das weiß man vorher. Für ein paar Tage kann man auch mal aus dem Koffer leben. Außerdem wurde das Wasser in der Dusche nur lauwarm. Da duscht man eben mal kürzer ...

• Soňa (8/5): - Hotel je na dobrém místě, u metra. Památky a centrum dostulupné mhd v pohodě. Na hlavní nádraží cca 20 min MHD. Snídaně byly dobré a dobře doplňované. Personál ochotný a příjemný, v hotelu čisto. Přistýlka nebyla moc pohodlná, jednalo se o rozkládací křeslo, pro dítě do 160 cm dobrá. Na pokoji mi chybělo avizované vybavení pro možnost vyžehlit si oblečení.

Vi syntes nok ikke personalet var så imøtekommende som vi hadde forventet ut fra tidligere omtaler og som gjorde at vi valgte dette hotellet. De virket ikke så veldig interessert i oss rett og slett. Kanskje de var litt slitne?

• Helmut (8/5): wie bekannt, daher zufrieden - Die Lage ist gut, da direkt an der U-Bahnstation. Das Hotel ist ruhig. Wir hatten diesmal offenbar zufällig ein auch für körperlich Behinderte geeignetes Zimmer, daher offenbar entsprechend größer, und im Bad großzügig gestaltet. Das Internet schwächelt manchmal, wir haben uns dann neu eingewählt. Für die Zimmer mit Doppelbett gibt es wohl keine zweigeteilte Decke, wir haben dann eines mit zwei getrennten Betten gebucht.

Prilikom dolaska na recepciji nas nitko nije obavijestio da se moramo dan ranije najaviti kako bi dobili uslugu čišćenja. Treći dan boravka smo tek uspijeli dobiti uslugu čišćenja, iako nam je bila poprilično hitna. Parking je dostupan, ali uz nadoplatu od 21,00 eura/dan.

Чистота, хорошая проходимость раковины и душевой (часто в отелях с этим проблемы) 4. Включите канал #33 SWR1 - отличное музыкальное сопровождение на протяжении всего вашего пребывания. 5. Чайник в номере. Минусы: - У самого отеля минусов нет. Разве что продуктовые супермаркеты расположены не так близко, как кажется, а из-за светофоров дорога занимает больше времени.

• Anna (6/5): Alles in allem für einen Kurztrip in Berlin in Ordnung. - Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station Spichernstraße (1 Min Fußweg). Das Zimmer konnte in der Nacht komplett abgedunkelt werden und bei geschlossenem Fenster war es trotz direkter Lage an der Straße sehr leise. Check-In und -Out verliefen problemlos, der Empfang war jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Badezimmer hat extrem nach „kaltem Aschenbecher“ gerochen. Der Geruch schlug bei längerem Aufenthalt auch in den Schlafbereich über. Das Problem wurde an der Rezeption angesprochen, jedoch konnte das Housekeeping nichts an der Situation ändern und die Haustechnik war am Wochenende nicht verfügbar. Man hat uns mit einem „very sorry“ und zwei Tütchen Gummibärchen vertröstet, anstatt einen Rabatt oder Ähnliches zu gewähren. Das Personal war freundlich, jedoch waren wir sehr irritiert, dass man mit einigen Angestellten nur auf Englisch kommunizieren konnte. Darüber hinaus waren die Handtücher teilweise fleckig (undefinierbare dunkelbraune Flecken). Man konnte sich zum Glück jederzeit neue Handtücher an der Rezeption holen. Es gab sehr wenig Ablage- oder Aufhängemöglichkeiten für nasse Handtücher. In den Ecken der Dusche waren schwarze Schimmelflecken.
