• Sima (9/5): E ok. - Apartment in a clean block, no bad smells inside or on the stairs, no noise from the boulevard. Located near Piazza San Jacopino where I found everything I needed for food, breakfast and dinner, wine shop, fruit shop... Close to bus 23 which goes to the center. I didn't use the kitchen in the apartment but I saw that it had enough utilities. A big plus was in the large bedroom where the bed had a very good mattress and comfortable pillows to sleep on. The hot water was fluctuating. The duvet cover did not have a fitted sheet, there were some simple sheets that fell off and the duvet remained uncovered and the duvet had stains . There were some mosquitoes in the room. The walls had some stains
• Keyla (9/5): - The appartment was so confortable to be relaxing after long day traveling, is quit and easy access, has all the necessary stuffs to cook. The climate control remote in one room wasn't working, but we could solve it.

• Michael (10/5): A great apartment in a great city. - Everything was perfect. Its location is in a quiet yet vibrant area of Florence just around the corner, literally, from a great pizza place and gelato store. Within a ten minute walk you can find a good number of caffès and pasticceria all cheaper than in the city centre and serving great quality coffee and food. The apartment is perfectly sized for 4 and the air con was an absolute saviour given that we didn’t have a day below 34 degrees C!
• ignacio (10/5): apartamento cómodo, tranquilo, bien equipado y cerca del centro con el tranvía, - El apartamento no esta en el mismo centro, por lo que es una zona muy tranquila. Se llega al centro muy rápidamente con el tranvía. La parada esta a dos minutos de la casa. Las dos habitaciones proporcionan mucha libertad, de forma que no molesta si alguien quiere quedarse viendo la televisión del comedor (tiene Netflix). Nos sorprendió la cantidad de detalles que tiene la casa para hacer la estancia realmente confortable. Tiene una amplia terraza donde se puede comer o desayunar. Las camas nos parecieron cómodas, las tres. Realmente es un sitio que recomiendo. Las ventanas no tienen persiana, sino unas contraventanas que dejan pasar un poco de luz. Recomiendo usar un antifaz si tienes problemas para dormir.

• Adela (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful and quiet apartment, clean and confortable, close to public transport and 20 min walk to the city center. The instructions to get in the apartment were clear and timely and we received as well a lot of tips for places to eat or visit. Grazie mille!

• Ivan (10/5): Exceptional - It's new and clean apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood not far from the center of Florence. The only thing we didn't like there wasn't any protection against mosquitoes - a net or some kind of electric repellent would be a good solution as there were plenty of mosquitoes inside the apartment.

• Milica (10/5): Good value for money. Host is great and appt is new and comfortable. - All instructions we got from host to get to the appt and parking were detailed and clear. Kitchen is fully equiped with all we needed, with new dishes and appliances. Rooms are spacious with air conditioning, and beds were comfortable for us and our two kids. WiFi worked perfectly. Parking is within the building, and city center is in around 30 mins walk. There is a coffee place and a grocery store nearby. Perfect stay!
