• Khalil (10/5): Great location - The location was perfect and great for solo travelers. Close to LAX, there's a park within walking distance and it's a short drive to SoFi stadium and to Kia Forum. Fitsum was a great host, anything I needed, he responded right away.

• Gianna (4/5): We definitely got what we paid for which wasn’t much . And not worth it . - It had ac and a tv . The area . One night me and friends were going back to the room and the street was closed off with yellow tape . Someone died right outside of the property and there were cops everywhere. Also place was very dirty. The cleaning lady mopped with a swifter wet jet thing. I don’t mop my own home with that I use an actual mop so I already knew once I saw her “mop” that the floor was not actually clean . Me and my friends put towels on the floor and walked on them because we didn’t want our feet or our socks to touch the floor .
• David (10/5): The Cute rustic space in Inglewood. - Decorations, style, neighborhood... Excelente! Special recognition to Snoopy's phone. So lovely. Anything. Everything was at its place and full of retro glamour .

• Amanda (5/5): Good location and host but quite a few cons - The location was great! Its situated right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Every time we googled an address it was within 3-15 miles away. There was always something to do. The bed sheets, comforter, and pillowcases were new and clean and comfortable. They had good and fast wifi. It's a decent size for a couple but could not fit anymore than 2 people. The host was great. He was very communicative and reached out to explain check in. He was available when I needed to call. There is a few concerns/downsides to this studio that if they were improved it would have made our stay 10 out of 10. 1. The floors were very dirty. It doesn't feel like it has been mopped in awhile. You can not walk around barefoot or in socks unless you want dirt on the bed. There was a lot of hair. 2. The shower is super small and the showerhead is too big for the shower space. You have to be completely up against the wall for the water to touch you which makes it uncomfortable and difficult. The water pressure wasn't the best either. It did get hot though which is a plus. There is also no counter space in the bathroom. Makes it difficult for the ladies doing their makeup and hair. 3. There was a broken blind that we had to cover as the neighbors across could see directly in from their patio. 4. The parking situation kind of sucks, but that's California for ya. Host can't control that. 5. They have a wall/window AC unit but it did not work. It wouldn't power on. There is no fans either or any ventilation besides cracking the front door. 6. The closest doors would not open, which limited our storage space. Due to this, we wish the night stands were slightly bigger. 7. There were no amenities per say, there were no soap of any kind (hand, dish, body). There was only 1 towel so we had to buy another one. There was no bath mat which caused water to drip on the floor. We had to purchase a hand towel to use as a bath mat, we left it there for the host for future guests to use. We couldn't find any silverware but they had plates bowls and pots. They didn't have any trash bags and it felt wrong to place trash into a trashcan without a bag. 8. On the first night there were neighbors that stayed up all night fighting loudly. On the second night there were neighbors across the street that stayed up all night having a party. This is something outside of the host's control but something to be aware of and prepared for.
