• Ioana (10/5): - La perfecta comunicación con el dueño ante cualquier duda y para la entrega de las llaves. Limpeza perfecta, localizacion inmejorable, y el apartamento está dotado de todo lo necesario para la estancia. Nosotros íbamos con un bebé y nos habían preparado una cuna para el. También viajábamos con nuestro perro, y no nos han puesto ningún problema cuando n su estancia. Todo perfecto! Volvería sin cualquier duda. Un 100/100

• Kellie (8/5): Great apartment in fab location. - Loved the location & size of apartment. Views were amazing especially for morning sunrise :) Showers were also great - hot water heated really quick as well. Check in was easy with key in lock box also. Great communication from owner prior to stay also, would highly recommend this place for a beach stay, right on beach and Central to shops & restaurants. Beds felt quite hard initially but actually really comfy once you got used to them.

• Mandeep (8/5): Fantastic apartment with amazing beach views! Fabulous location and a great host - The location was excellent with the beach being literally a couple mins walk away. The views from the balcony were spectacular of both the beach and gardens. The apartment was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was very well equipped with everything that we needed for our 5 night stay. The Garden was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our evening walks there. The host was fantastic who answered any queries promptly and professionally. The property could do with some minor upgrades but nothing that spoilt our stay.
• Na (9/5): Hler kann man sich erholen. - Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Waschmaschine, Toaster, genug Handtücher, Klimaanlage und Heizung etc. Die Safe Box zu finden war schwierig. Kamen Mitternacht an,zum Glück wussten andere Mieter Bescheid.
• Sally Ann (9/5): Brilliant we loved it 🥰 - It was clean and spacious. The double bed was so comfortable. Had everything we needed. Brilliant location, just a minute from the seafront and restaurants. It was very clean everywhere and lots of bins. We loved it and would definitely go back. The two single beds weren’t quite as comfortable as the double.
• Andrew (9/5): Great apartment - Spacious well maintained apartment in great location, Some older reviews mentioned problems with wifi - it looks like they have a new router and we had no problems logging in with good signal. More of a tip than a complaint - it took us a few minutes to find the keysafe, for future visitors this is located on side wall a few metres to right of the stairs up to the door.

• Louise (9/5): Spacious with a great morning balcony, good location easy access to cafes, restaurants an - Spacious property with two bathrooms and a large balcony. Huge hallway and dining area. Main bed was comfy, not sure about other singles. Great location- I like the space at this end of the strip. Access to promenade and beach was easy. Parking great (though it does get busy at the weekends). We stayed for a month out of season, got to know the area and the nice cafes etc on the back avenue. Mariola responded quickly to a couple of initial issues( WiFi and elextrication shutter) These were sorted straight away. Kitchen was spacious with lots of equipment I wouldn’t use. A few basics were missing, Mariola sorted this out (kettle, toastie maker, corkscrew, scissors!) I added a couple of bits for the duration!

• Paul (9/5): Great location for a short break to the sun - Great proximity to the airport, beach and Malaga city. Close to beach bars and restaurants. We had to chase details of where/when to pick up the keys and only received them the day before we traveled.
• Rose (10/5): - Everything was perfect, clean apartment and host very accommodating, grounds were fabulous When booking in booking.com it stated that pools were open for our stay, but when we got there they were closed.

• Maureen (8/5): We had a fantastic stay, really good value for money, attentive host and great value for money - There was no breakfast provided, this was a self catering apartment, the kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and a good fridge freezer, we had everything we needed, and there were plenty of lovely places to get a good breakfast. The location could not have been better, across the road from the beach and lots of fabulous restaurants The only thing we found difficult was that we could not get the WiFi to work, very annoying these days . On a positive note, we had a problem with the patio doors which was delt with immediately

• JC (8/5): - Excellent garden area to relax and soak up the sun. Good location to access promenade and beach. Owner allowed us to stay longer in resort to align with taxi transfer. No kettle provided, even after being promised one by the owner. No welcome pack giving details of WiFi, amenities, resort rules, etc. Only 1 set of keys - another set of keys would have made access / egress from resort easier. Single beds uncomfortable. Shower hose wrong way round, but I fixed.
• Ray (7/5): Great family holiday. - Fantastic garden and pool area. There was only one of the three pools open, but it was never crowded. Location was great only across the road from the beach. Lovely sea view from the balcony. We had the grandkids with us. So we were a little disappointed that the kiddies pool was closed.
• Debbie (7/5): So close to the beach - The location was perfect, right across the road from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The beds were quite firm, so very comfy for my group, and the balcony was perfect. Make sure you don't miss the gardens/fountain/pools, such a peaceful place. Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of cupboard and drawer space. There weren't enough knives and forks and some of the kitchen cupboards and drawers were a little tired. One of the toilet seats was only held on with one hinge so prone to slipping! We couldn't get the air-con to work for some reason...probably not pressing the right buttons! None of this made it unpleaseant, we still enjoyed our stay.

• Françoise (6/5): A great location, but some improvements are necessary to meet expectations. - The apartment was very well located, in a quiet and very clean residence We were disappointed with the condition of the bathrooms. Both shower hoses were leaking, and in one of the bathrooms, it was not possible to use the showerhead at all. After requesting an intervention from the owner, we were eventually able to use the showerhead, but the hose was still leaking and was never replaced. Overall, we found the service unsatisfactory.
• Mhairi (10/5): Great apartment - This apartment is perfect! There were 6 of us and the space served us well. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The balcony was fabulous and we spent alot of time on it enjoying the sun. The location was the best bit for us. A one minute walk from the beach, lovely shops, restaurants and beach restaurants near by and only a short walk from the old town. Loved it will certainly be back

• Adrian (8/5): Well worth the money , lovely place and stunning view - Brilliant location, brilliant view , close to local amenities, very secure and easy to access, nice decor and fully equipped apartment 👌 Loved everything about the apartment,area just wished there were more towels!!! That’s it was a lovely place , the electricity tripped out once but was quickly given the solution, and was sorted out straight away
• Olaf (8/5): Fatastic location - Fantastic location: beach and sea view from the terrace. Friendly cleaning lady cleaned up very well. Spacious apartment with 1 livingroom, 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We had a fantastic stay here. Highly recommended! The toilet seat in bathroom 1 is broke and that hurted a lot, fysical! The fridge smelled like fish. The hot shower water gets cold very quickly. The boiler does not have enough warm water.
• Rune (8/5): Very good - Location near the Beach, stores, bars, restaurants. Clean and big apartment with big balcony. 3 big bedroms, big citchen with everything. My bed was a little to hard.

• Theresa (5/5): Great location for a family holiday - The apartment is a very good size in a great location, the beach is across the road if the pool is closed out of season. The apartment is very tired, the bedding and towels are old. There was only 1 tea spoon and no toaster. Also a welcome pack of some water and maybe tea/coffee is usual. An information pack with Wi-Fi code, emergency number’s etc would be good. An old mouldy fridge on the balcony would be better removed.
• Tamilla (9/5): Superb - Perfect location of the building, so close to the beach and restaurants; large and convenient apartment; balcony is large enough and has a great view; easy and friendly communication with the owner, would definetely recommend it.
• Teresa (3/5): Not 8.8. After we left we stayed in MS SUITES graded 8.5. This place was a palace in comparison Graded 8.5 - I reported the property to booking.com. Twice 4 days ago and heard nothing back. We had to leave the apartment. I requested a refund of 3 nights. No response….The booking ref gave the apartment 8.8. I disagree strongly with this grade. I will share photos with u of our observations. We arrived at 10:30 at night ( too late to find accommodation) only three beds had bed clothes on them, the booking was for 5. The bed clothes were in poor condition and stained, 2 beds had none on them. We had to sleep on top of the the beds with no clothes. pillows were cheap and one on the floor. the towels that were here look like the floors had been washed with them. One in particular had black mascara & lipstip stains all over it. Broken light in bed room. Stained dinning chairs.no soap or bin in any toilet, the kitchen fridge is very old visible rust on it, the cups we are expected to use are big yellow ones. the whole apartment is in need of modernisation. one of the fundamental factors in the booking was that the pool would be open. The pool is not open. We are vacating now and leaving the key in the lock box and I’m looking for a refund asap See above,
• Rita (8/5): A great apartment with great potential, unfortunately looked a bit tired. - Great location as near beach. Very spacious apartment with just about everything that is needed. Free WiFi. Very quiet and safe. Wasn’t informed that the pool was shut until last week in May, very disappointed. Not enough cups for 6 adults, no toaster. Only 1 set of keys making it difficult when going out separately. Check out should have been 12pm but owners brother arrived just after 11am and wanted us to leave immediately.

My husband and I and 3 children 50+ spent mornings and evenings on balcony with perfect views of sea but in shade, brilliant in 40° heat. Would stay again if 1 bedroom option available. There was nowhere to.park and charge mobility scooter, despite being reassured otherwise by owner. Two of the.bedrooms had rock hard mattresses on the single beds. Large bed extremely comfortable. Both small rooms had large desks taking up lots of space.. problems with blinds on door to balcony and single.bedroom. loose lid on toilet. Despite these problems still a lovely place to.stay
