• Yovko (10/5): Много хубав апартамент в центъра на града - Апартаментът е в центъра на града, има хубава тераса и гараж. Стаите са просторни и чисти. Мебелите и електроуредите са нови. Има асансьор до нивото на гаража.

• diego (10/5): - Appartamento spazioso ,luminoso ben arredato , molto bello e particolare sito al.3 piano.di un bell' immobile , con ascensore . Cucina attrezzata per cucinare . Camera da letto di giuste dimensioni , funzionale , letto comodissimo . Prese vicino al.letto . Bel.bagno spazioso . Presenza di lavastoviglie , asciugatrice e lavastoviglie . Posizione perfetta in piena centro . La presenza di un parcheggio privato e' sicuramente un valore aggiunto . Ottima comunicazione con l' host . Consigliatissimo. Non ci sono tende , un po per privacy un po per la.luce al mattino .

Чист и добре оборудван апартамент в центъра на гр.Бургас, с бонус парко място, което е задължително за пътуващите с автомобил. Лесна комуникация със собственика на жилището. Препоръки за по-голям комфорт: 1. Микровълнова фурна 2. Завеси на прозорците 3. Кафе 4. Вода
• Dachev (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, genau im Zentrum der Stadt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt in der Tiefgarage und ist sehr bequem zu erreichen.

• Anna Nacheva (10/5): Страхотен уикенд! - Очаровани сме от апартамента, много чисто, подредено, в топ център. А наличието на подземен гараж е голямо предимство във центъра, Бихме отседнали отново там. Няма нищо, което да не ми хареса.
• Serghei (10/5): - The apartment is located in the center and has parking. The apartment is well-equipped for long and short stays. That was our second stay in this apartment. If we need an apartment and this one is free, we definitely will book it again.

• koraykoc (8/5): Güzel bir Burgaz Gezisi - Tesisin konumu, temizliği, olanakları, fiyat dengesini çok sevdim Tesisteki pencerelerde perde olmaması biraz sıkıntı olabiliyordu

• Rasa (8/5): - Nuostabi vieta, pats centras. Puiku, kad turi savo garažą, nes parkavimas centre net labai problematiškas. Taip pat puiku, kad yra kondicionieriai, mes buvome rudenį, tai gal neaktualu, bet vasarą praverstų. Kaip pliusą pažymėčiau, kad yra skalbyklė ir džiovyklė, taip pat pilnai įrengta virtuvė įskaitant indaplovę. Apartamentuose trūksta elementarios higienos ir tvarkos. Spintose mėtosi kalėdiniai žaisliukai, terasoje buvusių svečių guminės šlepetės, vonioje yra muilo dozatorius su seno muilo likučiais (nepavyko išspausti nei lašo :)) Vonioje trūko švaros. Virtuvėje jau ne kartą naudotos kempinėlės, o ant virtuvinio rankšluosčio, kuris padėtas kaip indų džiovyklė, matosi taurių žymės, net nenoriu galvoti kiek laiko jis ten guli. Terasoje užsikimšęs lietvamzdis, taigi lyjant kaupiasi vanduo. Lova labai girgžda ir trūksta kelių čiužinio grotelių. Kaip ir sutvarkomi dalykai ir gan lengvai, gal tik mums taip nepasisekė, bet iš apartamentų, kurie įvertinti 9,7 tikėjausi daugiau.
• Emilis (10/5): - Puikūs apartamentai. Švaru, centre, stotis netoli, geras susisiekimas su oro uostu. Aiški įsikraustymo instrukcija. Aplinkui daug kavinių. Netoli kelios maisto parduotuvės. Mielai apsistočiau dar kartą.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Convenient apartment within walking distance of the harbor. - Private parking on site was a huge plus since parking in Burgas is tough. The balcony is really nice in the evenings. The apartment and kitchen had everything we needed.

• Schultz (8/5): - The location, size, and modern facilities were exactly as advertised. This third-floor apartment had many windows and a great balcony for morning tea. It was very quiet.; I was able to work from the apartment all day, two or three times per week. Having a washer and dryer meant I could travel light, a small roll-on, and a backpack. Being close to Bella, a bakery, and a mini-mart made everyday shopping simple. The outside coffee cafe meant a mid-morning break was just 50 steps away from the building. Being close to several restaurants made evening dining a pleasant experience. Downside: no microwave. I never managed to connect the TV to the internet - no news is good news.
