• Patrick2501 (8/5): Kurzbesuch Wels - Sehr schön eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett. Gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Zentrale Lage. Parkplatz inkl. Angenehmer Kontakt. Im Bad wäre der ein oder andere Wandhaken praktsich. Der Verdunkelungsvorhang könnte gerne die gesamte Fensterbreite abdecken. 🤔 Hier wurde an der falschen Stelle gespart. 😁 Die Wohnungstür ist sehr alt, und daher etwas dünn. Sie fällt zudem nicht automatisch ins Schloss, sondern muss abgeschlossen werden. Aber das sind allesamt Details, mit denen man leben kann.
• Beate (7/5): Schöne Einzimmerwohnung mit guter Ausstattung bis auf das Fehlen der Waschmaschine - Das Appartement war sehr schön. Die allgemeine Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Es wurde Kaffee, Tee, Öl, Essig, Pfeffer und Salz zur Benutzung zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Haus gab es Bauarbeiten, die vor der Buchung nicht angezeigt wurden und unangenehmen Lärm verursachten. Der Fahrstuhl war außer Betrieb, was vor der Buchung leider auch nicht kommuniziert wurde. Für Menschen mit Laufbeschwerden doch eine extreme Herausforderung, das Gepäck bis zur vierten Etage zu tragen. Im Zimmer roch es nach Farbe, was das Atmen erschwerte. Leider verflog dieser "Duft" auch nach ausgiebiger Lüftung nicht. An dieser Stelle bitten wir alle Beteiligten um mehr Transparenz vor der Buchung, damit es nicht zu unangenehmen Überraschungen kommt, da die Buchung auch nich kostenfrei stornierbar ist.
• Udo (8/5): ... wir hatten schöne Tage - soweit alles gut - Lage sehr zentral in der Stadt - Kommunikation problemlos .... leider wurde der Aufzug gerade ersetzt / ausgetasucht - 4 -Stock ! Wenn das Haus fertig saniert ist - dann ist es eine gute Möglichkeit schöne Tage in Wels zu verbringen.

• EMMANOUIL (9/5): - ολα ήταν πολύ καλά. ένα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σπίτι πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό του τρένου και το κέντρο της πόλης. δε του λείπει τίποτα ίσως θα έπρεπε να είχε να είχε μεγαλύτερη κουρτίνα για να μη μπαίνει φως . εμάς δεν μας ενόχλησε γιατί φεύγαμε νωρίς το πρωί

• Manuel (4/5): Podría haber sido mejor - Nos gustó la ubicación y que tenía plaza de aparcamiento, está bien decorado, cafetera con nespresso y café, y los anfitriones muy amables . No me gustó que me avisaran un día antes que el edificio estaba en obras, por suerte no se escuchó ruido. La entrada al portal está muy descuidada pese a estar en obras, los containers están en el portal con bolsas de basura tiradas por el suelo y abiertas y olía muy mal. La ducha por el tipo de mampara caía mucha agua al ducharte para mi pienso que es pequeña, el wc no descargaba nada bien , y creo que en la cocina Falta algún utensilio que otro y las almohadas, creo que podrían mejorar también la falta de espacio para colocar ropa ya que los que hay están cerrados y al ir cuatro personas creo que es un poco justo. Por suerte pasábamos prácticamente el día fuera pero alguna noche hemos cenado y demás allí y era Justito. En las fotos parece más grande

• Sinziana (9/5): Comfortable studio, centrally located, with all you need - Lovely studio downtown Wels. Very well equipped and nicely planned, with nice welcoming touches (like a bottle of sparkling wine). The bed is comfortable and the place was spotless. There was a bit of a strange smell in the apartment, and the blackout curtains didn't completely cover the windows. As an extra perk, it would have been nice to have a washing pod for the washing machine.

• Petra (10/5): We would love to come back - We like the apartment and location as well. Modern, clean, comfortable. Easy to check in and out. We would appreciate body size mirror. Also apartment comes with underground parking garage. If you drive VW Multivan ( or similar car) as we did or even big SUV, you will not fit under the ceiling. We got stuck between entrance gate ( closed) and parking level and couldn’t get in or out. For smaller car is perfect to have an option for parking as is very difficult to part on the streets.
