• Peter (2/5): - Nichts. Das Appartement war leider nicht wirklich sauber und die Küche voll mit Ameisen. Statt des in der Beschreibung angegebenen Schlafsofas gab es zwei lieblose Matratzen auf dem Fußboden für unsere Kinder. Der Garten war ebenso chaotisch und weit entfernt von "cozy" wie der Titel der Unterkunft verspricht. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf gar keinen Fall weiterempfehlen oder wieder buchen. Sollte man auch ganz aus der Vermietung nehmen.

• Meyers (8/5): - Really liked the privacy and the amount of things supplied. The communication with host was exceptional and really helpful. Loved the outdoor setting the most and privacy. Great to take your pets. And accessible to the station for city trips! Just found parking a little hard at first for unpacking but eventually it was ok. Property just needs storage for clothing as only had hanging space.

• Nouman (4/5): Disappointing - Location Wrong pincode was given, no baby cot was there, had to ring owner multiple times. The cot provided was not safe for child.
• Bonnie (7/5): Good value cabin - Basic accomodation but clean and tidy with everything you need for a longer stay. Close enough to shops and train to walk. Nice park nearby. Nice garden for a dog. Good heating as we went in winter and it was cold. The lounge room only has a bed no chairs which wasn't very comfortable, would be better to have a sleeper couch that you can sit on to watch TV and use as a bed if needed.
• Sabnam (10/5): It was confortable and cozy as it is named - Easier to access, good parking availability. Excellent host and on time message reply. Nothing really. It will be better if there is some bigger bin in kitchen

• Yoon (10/5): Clean and cosy place for a family of 3. - The place has everything that we need - heaters, wifi , tv , blankets, washing machine and dryer. We felt warm during winter nights. Floors are cold - could use some indoor slippers or carpet Soundproof not the best ( inside and from outside property) but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Location was perfect and accessible to train station and taxis were not a problem. Awesome experience. It was just too short a stay
• Chun (6/5): Good-ish, but could be lot better. - It was quiet. It was confusing to locate the actual apartment. The 'apartment' was more of a granny apartment behind a hiuse, and it was not visible from the road. The address given by the host was of the house, which was occupied by rent paying tenants. So when we mistaken the house to be the location, both we and the tenants got a rather unpleasant surprise. Not exactly how I want to start my stay.

• Rachel (9/5): Wonderful, simple and elegant, fantastic value for money especially being pet friendly. - This place is great little find in Padstow and it was wonderful as I had my dog with me. Beuatiful, simple, elegant set up wnd everthying you need. friendly neighbours and surrounds. Will rebook. Fridge seal might need looking at, fridge door did not seem to close properly. Otherwise everything was fine.
• Janine (10/5): This was our second stay here and we were very happy with everything - Location was perfect. Very quiet street. 15 mins walk to train station and Padstow shopping strip. Easy to contact owners to arrange more bedding and their response was immediate and helpful.
• Hasan (9/5): Home away from home! - As the name says, Cosy Guesthouse with private garden. A perfect home away from home. Its private, quite, it has all the essential amenities required. It's a Gem in a quite suburbia. Less than 30 mins to City, Airport and 5 mins to A5. Could not ask for more. Thank you. N/A
• Travelling (7/5): would be great if cleanliness is attended to - parking off street right at front. secluded. self contained with pantry. bathroom with good hot water and pressure. economical option in a suburb with rapid train into city. the smell! it stinks of musty sweat which I believe is from the sofa. it's so bad we didn't really want to sit on it. there's no antenna or cable reception at all for the TV. the bed is past it's prime time and sinks a bit too much. the hot water isn't enough for two people to go shower in a row. the garden is nice if it can be kept more tidy and clean.
