• Tauser (8/5): Situación y descanso. - Son lugar a dudas la situación y la tranquilidad. Sin ruidos. Se descansa muy bien. El costo resulta un poco caro. Le faltaba un poco de mantenimiento.

• Sofia (10/5): Agradable - Lo única pega que pondría es que la zona de la cocina es muy pequeña. Para 2 personas está bien pero para tres se queda muy pequeño esa zona

• Dragos (10/5): Great place, we recommend it. - Location is 10/10, apartment ist very comfy and has everything it needs. Communication was easy and personal. The shower is not perfect and sometimes it leaks water in the entire bathroom.

• Isabel (10/5): - Me gusto todo estába muy bien equipado y j ubicación perfecta en el barrio la latina Pero tengo que destacar y mucho a Tatiana la chica que encargada del check in y el Check out una maravilla de persona súper atenta en todo lo que necesitábamos súper competente y amable um 10 .Muchas gracias de corazón Tatiana . Las almohadas no te dejan descansar son malísimas para lo organizado y confortable Está el piso es una pena q no tengan unas almohadas viscolasticas q se adapte a todo tipo de personas

• Carlos (9/5): Me hubiera gustado estar más tiempo. - Es un bonito apartamento, muy amplio, muy equipado tanto en cocina, cafe, menaje, baño, me sorprendió bastante lo buen equipado que estaba todo la verdad (comparándolo con otros que estuve). Tuvimos buen recibimiento cuando nos dieron las llaves. Todo funcionaba perfectamente en el apartamento. Sin duda recomendaría este apartamento. Las tres únicas pegas que pondría seria el precio que es un poco alto. Que las ventanas no tuvieran persianas porque aunque tuvieran cortinas por los lados salía luz. Y las almohadas eran pequeñas (por suerte me lleve la mía de mi casa).

Bardzo miła dziewczyna przekazująca klucze, dobry kontakt. Na kilka nocy dla 2 osób - zupełnie dobre. Dobrze zlokalizowane obok stacji metra. Cicho - okna wychodzą na boczną ulicę, na której niewiele się dzieje.

• MARIE CHRISTINE (9/5): - L'emplacement proche des monuments, le calme, la grande salle de bain et la grande chambre, le fait qu'il y ait un four plus un micro-ondes. Il y a aussi plusieurs étendoirs à linge, et une belle table à repasser. Il y a un bureau pratique pour le teletravail. La vaisselle est complète il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le frigo n'est pas calé il tombe quand on ouvre la porte, il est petit pour 4 personnes, Quand on déplie le lit dans la pièce à vivre il ne reste plus beaucoup de place autour,

• Valerie (9/5): Great central apartment for a few days in Madrid. - Nice modern apartment,clean,comfortable and quiet at night. The position of the apartment is very central, within walking distance to Saint Miguel market, Playa Mayor and a 15 minute walk to the Gran via. Tatiana, the lady who showed us the apartment was helpful and accommodating. The sitting room seemed a little cluttered with furniture.
• Kelly (10/5): Wonderful place south of city centre! - Small clean apartment but with separate bedroom area, it felt spacious. Amazing storage spaces to fit all our travel items and adequate amount of supplies made our stay comfortable. It is right by the La Latina neighbor with easy walking distance to Plaza Mayor and San Miguel Market. We had coffee and breakfast in a cafe a block away and there are lots of small markets nearby. We were so tired and they kindly let us come in a few hours before the check in time to stay in the cleaned bedroom while the living room and kitchen were being cleaned. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!! Nothing

They still greeted us although our flight was delayed and we only ended up arriving at 10pm. The place was somewhat small but very comfortable and cosy. It looked exactly like in the pictures. Nothing that I can think ok.

• Bobeica (10/5): I recommend it - The apartment has all you need. Location is really good, close to supermarkets, subway, and center. You need to be careful to not distroy the TV when you enter the apartment😂
