Also the staff was very friendly and helpful with any problems we had and replied quickly (also on a public holiday). Proper ventilation in the room and a full length mirror would be nice since the only mirror is in the bathroom.

• Harald (1/5): - Kann nicht viel dazu sagen, haben das bezahlte Zimmer nie gesehen.... Schlüssebox funktionierte nicht, Ersatzschlüssel-Box war LEER. Nach fast 3h in der Kälte Angebot für ein Zimmer in der Stadt (Fußweg 54 min, mit Koffer!). Was für eine Katastrophe und verlorener Tag! Habe dann storniert und im benachbarten Ibis-Hotel eingecheckt. Einzig Gutes war, dass bereits am Folgetag die 100%ige Rückerstattung akzepzeti und bestätigt wurde.... Zum Glück!

• Sören (8/5): Ich bin zufrieden, weil die Lage für mich perfekt war. - Die Lage zur Kongresshalle war mehr als Perfekt! Der Zugang zum Apartment war einfach und super beschrieben. Fantastischer Ausblick vom Balkon. Das Badezimmer-Zubehör (Duschvorhang, Duschbrause) sollte getauscht und der Abfluss in der Dusche sollte gereinigt werden. Dann wäre das Bad einwandfrei zu nutzen.

• Smoliagin (7/5): Es war ganz okay, aber es hätte besser sein können - Sehr gute Lage Schöner Blick auf die Stadt Küche mit Herd Kaffeemaschine, Toaster sowie Tee und Kaffee vorhanden Bequeme Schlafplätze Der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel ist nicht nutzbar, man muss einen Stellplatz weiter entfernt suchen Das Gebäude wirkt insgesamt nicht sehr gepflegt Schmutz im Aufzug und auch im Zimmer Keine Mikrowelle, kein Backofen und keine Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche WLAN-Verbindung funktionierte trotz Anleitung zur Anreise nicht Die Zahlung über Booking war nicht möglich, stattdessen musste über einen externen Link auf der Hotelwebsite bezahlt werden, was etwas verunsichernd war

• JuNaumann (7/5): Ein guter Ort mit wunderschönem Blick über die Stadt. Technik klappte leider nicht so gut. - Der Blick über die Stadt ist ein Traum. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und hell mit schönem Balkon. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte unkompliziert über einen Schlüsselsafe in der Nähe des Eingangs. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Die TV-Fernbedienung ging leider auch nicht. Im Wohnzimmer fehlte es an Licht. Keine Deckenlampe, eine Tischlampe war defekt. Der Techniker sollte dann erst am 3. Tag - dem Tag meiner Abreise -erscheinen.

• Heike (4/5): - Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, der Blick über Augsburg👍👍👍, der Check in hat nach anfänglichen Problemen geklappt!!Es war Alles sehr sauber! Der Kontakt zum Kundenservice war sehr freundlich, jedoch teilweise ( WLAN+ Duschprobleme) ineffizient Die WLan Verbindung war nicht nutzbar ( es befindet sich ein Gigacube/ Vodafone im Appartement mit dem TV sehen möglich ist, ein Login meiner Beiden Handys jedoch nicht! Um ein funktionierendes WLAN zu finden ,bin ich dann ins Hotel nebenan ( was mich zusätzliche Zeit kostet! ( Ich war zu einer Fortbildung in Augsburg! Hätte gerne nach der Ankunft geduscht, dies war jedoch nicht möglich, da der Umschalthebel für den Duschkopf NICHT funktioniert, habe dies am nächsten Morgen reklamiert, mir wurde Abhilfe versprochen, aber Alleine der Hinweis ,das ein Umschaltknopf existiert, macht den Duschkopf NICHT funktionstüchtig!!) Die Fernbedienung des TV's ist erklärungsbedürftig, erst wenn man Netflix anwählt, und dann den " Back" Button anklickt kommt man ins" normale" TV Programm! Die Superlage entschädigt auch nicht für die Mängel an Komfort! Die Schlafcouch die als Zusatzschlafmöglichkeit zur Verfügung steht ( jedoch v.mir nicht benötigt wurde) ist an der li oberen Ecke beschädigt ( Bezug ist aufgerissen) , was aber offenbar nicht bemerkt wurde, bzw. eine Reparatur nicht geplant ist! Es vermittelt den Eindruck, das hier nicht das " Wohlfühlen" des Gastes im Vordergrund steht sondern nur die wirtschaftliche Nutzung dieser Unterkunft! Da hilft der Preisnachlässe für die nächste Buchung auch nicht,ich werde sicher nicht mehr bei " Arbio" buchen!! Am besten vorher die ( Webseite) für VERMIETER besuchen!!

Además, el jabón de manos, gel de cuerpo y champú era el mismo producto pero en diferentes envases. Por otra parte, el sofá cama era incómodo, estaba sucio, y sus cogines olían fatal .

Были чёткие инструкции по заселению и выезду, поэтому всё прошло легко. Посуды и кухонных принадлежностей было достаточно. Отлично, что есть и плита, и микроволновая печь. Из-за неисправности роутера или обрыва на линии у нас не было WiFi. Не понравилось качество уборка в комнате: по углам не убрано, пылесос грязный, на балконе не убрали.

Dusche defekt 6. Badewanne hält kein Wasser 7. Ameisen in der Küche 8. Mehrere Steckdosen defekt 9. Balkontür schließt nicht ganz 10. Wohnung ungepflegt und mangelhaft gereinigt 11. Jointreste und Kronkorken auf Balkon 12. Service-Mitarbeiterinnen konnten teilweise nur mangelhaft deutsch 13. Service teilweise bemüht, aber hilflos und überfordert. 14. Schriftverkehr mit schlecht trainierten AI-Chatbot eine Katastrophe Bei uns hat die Schlüsselübergabe leidlich funktioniert. Bei anderen Gästen offenbar nicht. Wir haben täglich Reisende gesehen, die hilflos vor dem Gebäude rumgeirrt sind. Wir haben geholfen, wo wir konnten. Leider ist niemand von Arbio vor Ort. Für den Preis eine Unverschämtheit. Finger weg!!! Das Booking so etwas überhaupt listet...
• Wolfgang (7/5): Grundsätzlich gute Wahl für einen Kurzurlaub - Zentrumsnahe Lage, trotzdem ruhig, schöne Aussicht WLAN hat nicht funktioniert, Mobiliar altbacken
• Timo (1/5): Katastrophe, ständig am nachhaken, damit das WLAN Problem gelöst wird. Nur Hinhaltetechnik und falsche Informationen. - Lage, Balkon. Der Service war extrem schlecht. Das Wlan ging bei einem 5 Nächte Aufenthalt von Tag 1 an nicht. Wir wurden 3x aufgefordert das Online Formular für Mängel auszufüllen, was wir auch gemacht haben. Inklusive Bilder der Verkabelung des Modems und der Fehlermeldungen bzgl. des DSL Anschlusses. Es war recht offensichtlich, dass ein Kabel fehlt bzw. getauscht werden muss. Uns wurde an jedem Tag versichert, dass ein Techniker kommen würde. An Tag 1 kam niemand, also nochmal nachgefragt. Dann wurde gesagt es komme an Tag 2 jemand um den Router komplett zu tauschen. Wir sollen dafür bitte extra zurück zur Wohnung kommen und den Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox deponieren, damit er Zutritt bekommt. Es war an dem Tag jemand in der Wohnung aber weder der Router wurden getauscht, noch das Kabel. Wir haben danach jeden Tag nachgefragt und es ist NICHTS passiert und niemand ist nochmal in die Wohnung gekommen, noch hat sich jemand dem Problem angenommen. 5 Tage ohne WLAN, obwohl wir extra in eine ausgestattete Ferienwohnung sind um dort arbeiten zu können. Auf telefonische Anfragen wusste nie jemand, was der Kollege / die Kollegin bereits veranlasst hatte und was nicht. Am letzten Tag wurden wir letztlich damit vertröstet, dass sich die eigenen Techniker aus der Ferne gerade darum kümmern würden? Danach wieder kein Update, immer nur auf eigenes Tun bekam man die Meldung, dass sich jemand darum kümmern würde - eine Lüge, 5 Tage hat niemand das Problem gelöst, noch uns erklärt, warum das Ganze so lange dauert. Abseits davon war der Boden dreckig und staubig bei Einzug, das Geschirr nicht ordentlich abgespült. Weder WLAN (trotz leuchtender Lampe am Router) noch die Sauberkeit wurden wohl beim letzten Check-Out geprüft.

Kitchen very well equipped but tiny The 'app' for check-in and checkout is too complicated and not efficient. You get many messages but not enough info. We couldn't check out as there were no instructions how to leave the key. Our WhatsApp messages were not replied, We had to call and wait before the lady agreed that we leave the key in the room as smth was wrong with the 'system'. Would be much easier to send guests just usual messages

• Gábor (5/5): Below expectations with good view. - Nice view. Close to city center. The place promised ample parking space, it was hard to find places to park on the street. We have asked for a baby cot, we were told there will be one without mattress and bedding, we need to bring our own. First this is like, there is a bed for a paying guest but no mattress, kind of ridiculous. Then when we get there there was a mattress in the baby cot. We still brought our own and then a couple days later this provided mattress was taken away by someone. Check-in was thru getting keys from a locked bike within a stack and using some maintenance entrance, we were notified not to talk to the staff or the other residents, like we are not welcome in the building.
• Mike (8/5): was ok but flooded balcony ruined what could of been a great stay - nice apt the balcony was flooded with water couldn’t use it . the reason plugged drain and other balconies had same issue no quality control seems persistent especially frustrating when you had a beautiful view and could access outside balcony 😎 other concern accessing building keys initially complicated system especially if you have kids or bad weather. Witnessed a family struggle to understand and retrieve keys going back and forth in rain only to find pout they didn’t have code and no internet . better to manage it another way this system is a bit outdated evolve modernise it you’ll get better results and stays
