• Elizabeth (1/5): Pésima experiencia - Nada Estacionamos el auto de mi hijo obvio en el hotel el cual se paga por cierto , por la mañana vimos que el auto estaba chocado con toda la parte delantera en el piso !!!! Hasta ahora nadie se ha hecho responsable de eso !! Supuestamente dejas tu carro ahí el cual se paga y nadie se hace responsable!!! Nadie no había manager ni nadie que diera una explicación. Perdimos los tiket del parque y tuvimos que rentar un auto para volver a casa pésimo !!! También nos cambiaron de habitación porque el agua de la ducha no funcionaba y en la otra habitación no había toallas ni papel higiénico pésima estancia , No lo recomendamos nunca me había pasado algo así .

• Carlos (8/5): Good overall with great beds, which is my number one thing to look for. - Regarding location the hotel was in them middle of a lot of restaurants and attractions which is why I picked it. It was perfect. The facilities were somewhat dates but the value was good so it was a good trade off.

• Alexis (10/5): It was wonderful! I paid for 3 people, yet hotel resources were for 2 people. - Snack/drink time from 5-6:30 pm. I love the snack and drink time because we had something to enjoy at the hotel. The drinks and snacks taste good! Overall, I feel the staff were falling behind in keeping snacks, clean dishes, and clean table readily available at all times Staff could be more efficient and effective in having plates turnover between washing and having it available to use. There was a 15-20 min. break where there were no clean plates on table to get snacks. Popcorn bucket was empty and it took them 10-15 min. to bring out another bucket. I improvised and used napkins to put the snacks on. It would be nice that the tables are clean after other guests used them. I cleaned up the previous guests' mess on the table so I could use it. The breakfast brunch was delicious! We absolutely love how the eggs were cooked to perfection! Please keep the breakfast brunch the way it is. :). The staff serving the breakfast time were friendly, efficient, and on point. The cook who made my egg white vegan with cheese omelette smiled at me when he gave me the omelette. It was a happy lasting memory even after I left the hotel. :) The smell of the room smells clean and it was good cleaning in that room. Please keep up the good work! The sofa bed was really soft and think. I could feel the metal wires beneath the mattress and sunk in. It was not a good mattress to sleep on. The cushions on the couch had stains and was dirty. We paid for a party of 3 for the hotel. The evening wine and snacks session: the receptionist only gave us 2 vouchers explaining that it was for adults only because alcohol was served. We found out that non-alcoholic beverages were also served. My child didn't get to enjoy this offer.

• Gwendolyn (6/5): I truly enjoyed my stay. - I love the breakfast that the Embassy Suites offer. It is always amazing. I love the fact that Embassy offers their guest complimentary drinks and snacks on a daily basis. I feel that it is past time to be renovated; however, this property has a great location for the area. It is surrounded in the heart of all the action on International Drive. All of the employees have excellent Customer Service. While we visited for 2 days, we had no room service. They never came to tight up the bed, take out the trash, or change out our towels. I would have to say that this was the biggest disappointment. On the other hand, I didn't like that this residence requires you to pay to park and you have to be inconvenienced when arriving on the property and leaving the premises.

• Tom (6/5): It was alright. - Place looked cool, staff was nice Got charged for parking, which wasn't even closed up when I got back at 2:30 am, never saw a security guard. Then when I went to leave I couldn't because now the gates were down and it said I needed my room key to open it. Which I already turned in because I checked out. I was trapped. Couldn't get anyone on the phone, had to walk back in to get let out. Really frustrating to pay extra for parking (which I've never had to do at any other hotel, ever) and not receive any extra security then a headache when I want to leave. Really shitty.

The breakfast was very good and had many options We was able to get two free drinks everyday from 530 until 630. I will definitely stay again and recommend others to stay. No I have no negative comments to extend.

• A'Ja (8/5): It was great over all but I do not think I would stay here again due to these issues but I know Hilton is great so I wil - It was close to everything! Loved seeing the sun rise and being only 5 minutes away from ICON park. The pool outside and the jacuzzi were amazing. It seems that it needs to be renovated, pieces under bathroom sink were missing, the bathroom is extremely small, and the toilet paper is great but it seems way too full for the pipes in the toilet, the toilet kept getting clogged and when we called down to the front desk about it at 2AM we had to wait two hours for one. One of the elevators were out of service causing a small delay in getting to your room so I hope you didn’t forget anything lol, the staff was okay, during breakfast it seems like they rush you to eat to grab your plate even interrupting conversation rudely to grab it, another staff person was rude as well in how he spoke to people including me. Two staff people were great though! very nice. The inside pool could have been done a bit better, cleaning wise.
