• Aneta (10/5): - Skvelé ubytovanie, boli sme tu už druhýkrát a opäť maximálna spokojnosť. Apartmán bol čistý, všetko fungovalo bez problémov a komunikácia bola bezchybná. Veľké plus je metro hneď pri ubytovaní a do Starého Mesta sa dá dostať približne za 15 minút. Parkovanie v garáži bolo tiež veľmi pohodlné. Celkovo všetko tip top, určite odporúčame a radi sa sem opäť vrátime. Nemáme čo vytknúť.
• Juraj (8/5): Nice apartment in a great location - Nice apartment in a great location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was small, but we had everything we needed. The balcony with seating was a nice addition, and the underground parking was very convenient. The apartment could have been cleaner, especially the balcony. The balcony door also needs some adjustments. The interior was not very cozy, and we missed having a sofa. The instructions for getting to the apartment were quite complicated.

• Madalina (7/5): - The apartment was very spacious and well located, with shops and public transport nearby. It was modernly furnished and seemed to have been recently renovated. We also appreciated the underground parking space. Communication with the host could have been better. We received two incorrect access codes through Booking and lost quite a bit of time trying all the lockboxes in the courtyard before finally getting the correct code from the host via WhatsApp. In addition, there were roadworks on the street when we arrived, so we could not access the apartment by car using the route suggested by Maps or Waze. We ended up paying for parking nearby until locals helped us find an alternative route. A message from the host about the roadworks and alternative access would have been very helpful. Although the apartment was beautiful, some features were annoying. The bedside lamps were extremely bulky and took up most of the nightstand space, but we could not move them because they were glued to the nightstands. The foam mattress became very hot during the night. Despite the large room, there was not enough furniture or storage space for our belongings — a TV cabinet and bedside tables with drawers would have been useful. The fridge was quite noisy, making it uncomfortable to sleep nearby, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the sink drain. Also, although the apartment description mentioned a microwave, there was no microwave in the apartment.

Alle Informationen wurden vorab sehr gut zusammengefasst und durch Bilder veranschaulicht. Wir haben zudem noch eine Empfehlung für ein Restaurant erhalten. Außerdem hatten wir das Gefühl, dass wir jederzeit Fragen stellen konnten und sofort eine Antwort bekommen haben
• Simon (8/5): - The bed is good. The location is excellent. It is easy to access with several nice cafes next to the apartment. The apartment is very warm, with no clear way to control the temperature. The fridge is very loud, which as a studio could be problematic for light sleepers.

• Ruud (7/5): - The location was good, withe easy access to both metro and tram and not too far from the old historic centre of Prague Finding the key to access the apartment was a little difficult as the description told us that it was in a locker at the end of a fence whereas it was located at the corner in the fence. Hence we couldn't find it initially. Calling the telephone number helped as we were sent a short movie with the exact location of the locker.

• Yvona (8/5): Budu se ráda vracet. Mám časté cesty do Prahy. Je možné opravit či vyměnit lednici??? - V tomto apartmánu jsem nebyla poprvé a vracím se do něj velmi ráda. Prakticky vše je vyhovující včetně možnosti bezpečného parkování. Bohužel při minulém i posledním pobytu byla velmi hlučná lednice, což bylo moc nepříjemné. Myslím, že majitel to asi ani neví, protože hluk není neustálý, ale rozhodně je častý a silný, což člověk zaznamená zejména při delším pobytu... Je možno předat tuto zprávu majiteli?

• Cinzia (9/5): Bellissima città ed ottimo alloggio. - Appartamento molto bello, pulito e ottimamente servito. Stazione metro a neanche 500 metri, supermercato e servizi vari tutti nei pressi e ovunque.

• Simon (9/5): Lovely apartment, great location, easy to check-in. I will definitely stay again. - Great location in Karlin. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with clean towels provided. The fridge is a little loud, and as the apartment is 1+kk it was a bit distracting at night time.

• Szakal (10/5): Exceptional - The process was straightforward and the owner provided step by step instructions with images. The parking garage was a big plus, especially given the location. The apartment was great quality and very clean. There were nice soaps/shampoo/conditioner etc. provided. There's even a great ceiling fan to beat the August heat. Key collection - The instructions were written twice in the message. The first set of instructions had a different key lock box code number, which was incorrect. It took us a bit to realize there was another, correct number to use.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment, full of light. The placement is just great and there is a big terrasse. The apartment is fully equipped, there is a comfortable bed. The garage is in the basement. In the neighborhood there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. We will be back for sure! :)
