I was struggling a bit with my rental car when I pulled up and the owner immediately got his son to park it for me. Room was great and the facilities were great too. Close to where I needed to be and Sunset beach was right on the corner. 10/10.

• Mirjam (10/5): Fantastisch - De vriendelijke Novo zorgde meteen voor een thuisgevoel, erg behulpzaam en in voor een gezellig praatje. Samen met zijn zoon hebben ze de boel goed voor elkaar. Parkeerplaats bij het huis was erg fijn. Bushalte op 200 m, eigenlijk heb je geen auto nodig, supermarkt, strand, zee, wandelpaden en een korte route naar de haven, alles is erg goed bereikbaar. De dubrovnik pas is een aanrader. We willen graag nog een keer gaan en boeken dan zeker weer bij deze familie❤️ Alles was perfect

I love the location, you have the bus stop and the beach 3 min away by walk . The view from my room was amazing! The owner is very polite and charm, I really felt at home! I liked everything!

The location is super fine if you travel by car. You can get easily to the old town by Uber in 10 mins. Bus stop it’s some meter away also. The room I got has no kitchen , just consider that…. Despite if that it’s All just fine !

La habitación era lo suficientemente buena con televisor, aire acondicionado, servicios de utensilios, tazas, Hervidor para tomarnos un té, café, etc Pensaba que tenia servicio de limpieza diario, pero no nos influyó, disfrutamos del lugar y era confortable.

• Gregory (7/5): This property was an excellent location (and value) for a short stay in the LAPAD area of Dubrovnik - The host were Fantastic people. They were very welcoming and even did some laundry for us. All too willing to help and go above and beyond what would normally be expected. Room was small and a little bit claustrophobic since the window did not open to the outside view of anything.
• silva (10/5): Muito hospitaleiro. - Localização excelente, para ir à cidade velha pegar ônibus 4 e 15 minutos depois está no portão da cidade. Muitos restaurantes próximos da propriedade. Perto da praia porém a água estava gelada nesta época. O Novô (proprietário) explica tudo nos mínimos detalhes, nos arrumou taxi para irmos embora. O quarto é relativamente grande e dá para fazer café e lanchar. Tem 2 mercados a poucos metros de distancia. O ponto de ônibus é quase em frente. A Internet muito boa. Escadaria. O quarto fica no segundo andar mas o Novô levou as malas para cima.

La chambre est petite mais suffisante, avec un réfrigérateur et une bouilloire.

• Jordan (5/5): - The host is friendly, the room was reasonably clean and the communication was good. The room had AC, tea / coffee making facilities and was overall well appointed. The location is not good at all. Very far from most of the town and accessibility is poor. Some of the other reviews are misleading in this regard. The room was very small and shabby with a lack of attention to detail or modernisation. The price was high for the accommodation provided. It's not at all close to either the centre, the old town or the bus station. A car is a must have for this location. It took an hour to walk from the station. Sadly, a premium is being charged here for what is a very basic room in a poor location.

Best part is this stay has car parking which saves lot of money. • Seck Har (7/5): - Sina & his father is very friendly and helpful. They let us checked in at 12 noon, kept our luggages so that we can tour city of walls before checking out. They also provide us a kettle for boiling water. Location is good cos we can take a bus to the old town. Also walking distance to the seaside. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby! The bed is a bit small for 2 persons and a bit soft too.

• Anthony (10/5): Hidden gem! - The place and the room were very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location makes this place a hidden gem! I saw that it wasn't right near Old City, and wondered if it would be difficult to get around, but we found out immediately that there is a very convenient bus that is reliable that takes you there in less than 15 minutes and is cheap and easy to use. Being outside of the packed Old City area was amazing because there were no crowds so going home was peaceful and easy. It is also a two minute walk from beautiful beaches that we enjoyed. There was really nothing I didn't like.

• Birba (9/5): Comfortable room, suitable for families - Our room in "Vukosav Family Apartments and Rooms" was clean, spacious and comfy with a nice balcony and a drying rack, a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and stove and a bathroom (there was hairdryer, etc). The room has TV with Netflix, Wi fi and ac. The bed was comfortable and there was also a couch where could sleep another adult or child. The rooms are really close to Lapad beach, restaurants and super markets. Bus station is across the street. Our host was kind and helpful. If you opened the window was a bit of noise. In the room was a locked door (propably leading to another room or apartment but either way a little cringe).
• Nathalie (10/5): Heel fijn appartement en top locatie!! - Hele fijne locatie. 5 min lopen naar het strand, bushalte vlak voor de deur! Bakkerij en supermarkt op de hoek. Fijn appartement met alles wat je nodig heb, goeie wifi (belangrijk voor pubers ;-) ) fijne douches, meerdere balkons en badkamers en hele vriendelijke eigenaars. Een aanrader als je een appartement zoekt in het mooie Dubrovenik Een dikke pluspunt is het gratis parkeren van onze autos voor de deur. Een wasmachine aanwezig en zelfs kussens mee voor naar het strand. Bus naar de old town is 2,50 Niks
• Inmaculada (6/5): - Amabilidad y que esta cerca de una parada de bus para no bajar a Dubrovnik en coche. La habitación era un bajo, cuya ventana daba al lugar donde daba el coche, totalmente oscura, es una habitación sólo vale para pernoctar. No había luz natural.

Alojamiento insalubre. - Sólo puedo decir que lo mejor es que esta cerca de una miniplaya El servicio es inexistente, lugar sucio tanto en el exterior como en las habitaciones. Cuando ves el exterior ya te temes lo peor. Las habitaciones dan pena, dudo mucho que incluso cambien las sábanas de un huésped a otro, hay que hacer un verdadero esfuerzo para dormir en la cama, lo más respetuoso que podría decir es que daba ASCO. El baño más de lo mismo, un auténtico nido de excrementos. Suelo pegajoso y sucio. Toallas sucias. Las habitaciones y la casa entera olía a tabaco, a lugar cerrado, a rancio, una mezcla insoportable. Es una pena que en uno de los mejores sitios para pasar tus vacaciones en Dubrobnik acabáramos en un alojamiento tan lamentable. Sin duda el peor alojamiento que vi en toda mi vida.

La camera era accogliente e pulita, con tutto quello di cui c’è bisogno. La posizione è comoda, lontana dal traffico della città ma a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro storico. Ci sono bar e supermercati a pochi passi.

La chambre est bien située à côté d'une plage, de restaurants, et d'un arrêt de bus ligne directe pour se rendre au centre de la ville. Place de parking privée non négligeable en Croatie car les parkings sont chers.

The accomodations were excellent, the location was excellent, and it was super easy to get to old town. A major plus was having the bus stop right outside, within 10 minutes of old town. I definitely recommend these apartments and would certainly stay there again!

Podíamos usar los espacios comunes, lo cual fue ideal para desayunar o almorzar/cenar tranquilamente. El dueño fue muy amable en todo momento y nos ofrecieron un servicio de transfer al aeropuerto a un precio competitivo. Una buena opción para una estadía práctica y bien atendida. Royaal terras waar we gebruik van mochten maken (aan de weg). Parkeerplaats beschikbaar 👍. Onze kamer lag aan een drukke weg (tussen 08.00 en 22.30 uur) met het raam op straatniveau.

But the best was the staff our host was a very nice gentleman, and his son both were very polite and very helpful at all the time. Is had to complain about something in the middle of paradise. • Archan (9/5): Nice cosy rooms - Its a lovely cosy apartment style room in a guest house. The bus stop is just opposite which takes you directly to the old town. All basic amenities were there in the room and it was very neat and tidy We were ok with this so not a problem with us. However the flats are on floor 1 and 2 so anyone with mobility issues may find it hard to take the stairs

• Marc (10/5): Ich könnte die Unterkunft jedem bedenkenlos empfehlen. - Sehr nettes Apartment, langt vollkommen aus für 2-3 Tage. Der Vermieter und seine Frau waren super hilfsbereit und nett. Bis zum Meer waren es etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg. Leider ein wenig abseits der Altstadt. Ohne Mietauto etwas schwieriger.

• MARIA JOSÉ (8/5): - Parking en la puerta de la casa, muy cómodo para no tener que buscar por todas las calles. Al lado había una playa con atardeceres preciosos, muy recomendable. Estaba algo lejos del centro "Old Town", pero fuimos andando (50 min) y fue un paseo muy agradable. Pondría alguna cafetera/microondas en la habitación.

Equipado correctamente con lo básico para estar cómodo. Baño amplio. Todo limpio. El dueño muy amable! Encantador. Recomendado, tiene una playita cerca. No la pasamos muy bien. Mejoraría el secador de pelo como por decir algo.
