El piso tiene escalones en los accesos a las estancias que no da tiempo a habituarte y seguro te llevas un tropezón.
• evagelia sereveta (9/5): Εξαιρετική διαμονή. Καταπληκτικό κατάλυμα. - Το κατάλυμα είναι φανταστικό . Έχει τέσσερεις κρεβατοκάμαρες μεγάλες. Ότι έπρεπε για τρία ζευγάρια με παιδιά. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική. Τα έχει όλα, για φαγητό, κοντά το μετρό, φαρμακεία. Τα πάντα. Ο Simone εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Χαμογελαστός και ευγενέστατος. Δεν έχω τίποτα αρνητικό να πω. όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Επίσης μας είχε και ένα καλάθι καλωσορίσματος με διάφορα φαγώσιμα. Θέα Βατικανό από το μπαλκόνι του. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
• Alaitz (9/5): - El apartamento es perfecto para un grupo grande (nosotros eramos 9). La terraza, con buen tiempo, es perfecta. Está muy bien comunicado. Las paradas del metro y del autobús 46 están justo al lado, lo que hace que puedas ir a los lugares más céntricos de forma fácil. Y la parada del autobús del aeropuerto Fiumicino también está a pocos minutos andando. Simone, el propietario, es muy agradable y nos ayudó con todo. Aunque a nosotros no nos afectó, el piso tiene peldaños para entrar en las distintas habitaciones, por lo que no es recomendable par las personas con problemas de movilidad. Hay que pagar el importe de la tasa turística en metálico, no se acepta tarjeta. Sería recomendable informarlo previamente.
• Barbara (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt, super lokalizacja - Polecam dla dużej rodziny lub grupy znajomych. Apartament zgodny z opisem i zdjęciami na Booking. Bardzo życzliwy i miły gospodarz. Miła niespodzianka -kosz na powitanie. Jesteśmy bardzo wdzieczni, bo mogliśmy zostawić nasze bagaże o 10 rano zaraz po przylocie. Pyszna kawa dostepna w apartamencie. Bardzo wygodne materace i poduszki, co przy intensywnym zwiedzaniu pomagało sie zregenerować. Duża jadalnia, wszyscy goście mieszczą sie przy stole na wspólnym śniadaniu. Idealna lokalizacja - 400 metrów jest przystanek SIT shuttle bus, jesli lądujesz na lotnisku Fiumicino- przejazd autobusem z lotniska i powrót bez przesiadek za 15 euro ( bilet tam i powrót). 200 metrów od budynku jest stacja metra Baldo degli ubaldi lini A pomarańczowej - można dojechac do Watykanu, innych atrakcji, do dworca Termini i przesiąść sie na tym samym bilecie w kolejną linie metra i dojechać do Koloseum. Spokojna okolica, w pobliżu sa sklepy, restauracje, lodziarnia z pysznymi lodami. Polecam apartament- wszyscy jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni!!
• Mirko (10/5): Ottimo - Buona posizione, fermata sotto casa che ti porta a Termini, da lì vai ovunque. Per la zona Vaticano ci sono autobus sotto casa che passano ogni 15 minuti e ti lasciano vicino alle attrazioni. Volendo si possono usare anche autobus per le zone centrali. Ottimi gli spazi per un elevato numero di persone, noi eravamo in 11.

Mr. Simón is one of the best hosts, the apartment is super clean and spacious, very comfortable, and has a phenomenal view of the Vatican.

• Juan Carlos (4/5): - Simone es excepcional, muy amable. Al lado del edificio hay una lavanderia muy eficiente y a 2 cuadras hay una pizzeria demasiado buena se llama L'osteria del mare. Todo. Todo no me gustó. La zona es fea, muchos contenedores de basura por la calle, es lejos de las atracciones de Roma, lo unico cerca es el vaticano y aun asi el uber son 20 euros, la estacion de metro esta cerca pero es bastante fea y se siente el ambiente pesado. El edificio no es bonito, el ascensor funciona solo con 3 personas a la vez, el apartamento aunque es amplio esta bastante necesitado de reformas, las sabanas y toallas son malas, en 2 baños no drenaba el agua de la ducha y se quedaba estancada. Hay una terraza con una medio vista a la cupula de la Basilica de San Pedro (se ven mas los techos de los demas edificios y casas, antenas, cables etc) ipero no la pudimos disfrutar por el frío. El apartamento tiene niveles, asi que mucho cuidado donde caminas, casi me caigo entrando a un cuarto y en la entrada a un lado de la cocina. Creo que vale la pena pagar un poco mas y quedarse en un sitio mas bonito y mejor ubicado.

• Risky (9/5): Really appreciate the warm welcome - Close to Metro station. Lots of room. Beautiful view of St. Peter’s dome from porch. Very warm hosts. Welcome gift basket. One bathroom needs shelf for toiletries. Some sheets and towels can be updated. Shower can be cleaner. Elevator a bit small.

We will defonately stay here again. - The property for extremely well located and have ample room for our family trip (11 people). The hosts were extreme kind, warm, and welcoming. They even provided us a welcome basket and great tips about the area and things to do. The washrooms are slightly outdated but worked well.

• Irene (10/5): - We like the spacious of the apartment it has 4 rooms and in every room has its own toilet.We are family of 11 persons and it's accommodate us very well.And special mention to Simone, very attentive persons.Thanks Simone for everything. And the welcome tray of food in the table is a plus.... The only thing is that it was a little bit far far from the center..but a few steps you have a train line station and busses.

• Jojo (8/5): Perfect Accommodation for a Big Group - The location is great --100 meters from a metro station. It has a terrace, washer dryer and a nice view. Simon is a great guy. The issue of a hot shower--water gets cold after a few showers from our group. I hope Simon will look into it and get it resolved.

• Roberto (9/5): Perfect Location for Large Groups to Travel Rome via Metro and Experience Italian Hospitality! - There were so many things about this apartment and the host, Andrea that I have to summarize (below) but needless to say, if you are looking for a place to stay in Rome for a large group, look no further! - First Andrea is an extraordinary host. He and his wife met us in front of the apartment building and helped us bring our luggage into the apartment and then walked us through the orientation of the apartment. There was also an incredibly generous and beautiful basket of pasta and crackers and nosh waiting for us when we arrived. It was such a special touch and the only accommodation we stayed at in over 2 weeks that showed us that kind of generosity. And Andrea went way above and beyond being an amazing host. One of our party had to leave for the airport at 3am 2 days before our departure date and he helped us get a taxi to pick us up at that hour but then he HIMSELF picked us up from the airport at 4:30 in the morning and brought us back to the apartment. His heart is the size of a mountain. - The location of the apartment is gold. Just a block-and-a-half from the Rome Metro, our entire group (there were 10 of us) was able to ride the train to almost everywhere we had to go, saving us buckets of euros on taxis or Ubers. - The apartment was incredibly spacious. We each had our rooms and were never on top of each other. The social area/dining room was able to accommodate us comfortably when we were hanging out in the apartment. And the balcony was a bonus. - The value was very good for our stay. The towels were not so great and we could have used another garbage pail in the kitchen as we were all full up by the 2nd day of our stay. The apartment has several steps up and down (between rooms) so one has to be careful so as not to trip. There were 2 elder people with us so we were concerned they would fall. Fortunately no one did. The elevator is incredibly small so only 3 people (or 1 person and 3 suitcases) can fit in it at the same time. However, this aside, this place is still a great find and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

He answered all my questions promptly. He even arranged our transportation from the cruise terminal to the apartment and then again to the airport. Could not have asked for a better experience and I have travelled a lot and have stayed in many AirBnB’s. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Lorenzo was wonderful - Lorenzo was a wonderful host - he and the owners mother were kind and hospitable - they left us with water and a basket of goodies. The space was large for our family of 11 - each room with their own bathroom and AC. It’s a bit further from the major sites but hard to find a large enough place close to the sites. The metro was down the street unfortunately after one day we found out the metro was closed for service for 10 days so it was a bit more difficult and expensive to get around since we were a larger group.

• Aurelian (10/5): Excellent for large groups/families - Very good location for a large group or a big family. We were 9 people which fit perfectly in the 4 separate bedrooms, the rooms being large to very large. A great plus is that each bedroom has its own toilette. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. Also a pretty terrace with view to Vatican City which pleasant for an evening glass of wine. The place is very good located, near Irnerio square, the subway is 100m away and is located 3-4 stops to the main attraction points, there are bus stations very near to go in all directions. Also a lot of places to eat nearby (but you should make a reservation first in order to be sure). There are small markets and a Carrefour in the area for small shopping. This is not a luxury apartment but it is clean, cozy and very well adapted to accommodate larger groups, very well located and with a very good price.

• Stark (10/5): Great place for a large group. - Our host was great, met us with the keys and provided a tour of the place. The apartment has 4 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. The kitchen amenities were great and the view from the terrace patio was wonderful. There is an elevator that accommodates 2 people with luggage, so it is small but appreciated, as this is on the 5th floor. The host assisted us with getting taxi's and the welcome basket on the table was a warm touch. There is a washing machine available, and a rack to dry your clothing. There are nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Found a little pizza place with the best pizza I've ever had. The bathroom shower stalls are small, so if you are a larger person like me, be aware. The walk to the metro was about 15 minutes. The space did not have a living room, so there were no soft chairs to relax in. The patio furniture could be more comfortable as an alternative.

The apartment although on a busy street was very quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the roof terrace every morning and evening. Our host, Simone was fantastic. He was readily avaliable before and during our stay to help with local information, table reservations and transport bookings. His help was invaluable to us and certainly made our trip more enjoyable. Nothing not to like

• Mgm (10/5): An amazing stay! - The Villa was centrally located not far from Vatican City, we took an uber there for about 36 Euros and then jumped on a hop on hop off bus to get to the other sites. The Villa was spacious and very well appointed for our group of 7, we especially enjoyed the terrace. Simone was an extremely accommodating host who provided great recommendations and was constantly available conveniently through WhatsApp.

Host extremely accommodating and very prompt communication before and throughout our stay. We received early check-in, extra keys and late collection for some of our baggage on departure. Issue with 1 shower resolved on day of notification.
