- Phill (7/5): Value for money in central location. - Location was central to our needs. Fans were covered in dust. Firmer pillows would be preferred. A waste bin is needed in the bathroom. The host provided advice that was incorrect regarding the access swipe card not being required for departure. Had we taken this advice, we would’ve been stranded.

- Felicity (8/5): Great, good value and was easy to work remotely and then access the event at the Star - I Liked that it was exactly where I needed to be for my work event, the communications from the property host were great and the collection of keys was easy.

- Davidson (6/5): - Beautiful place to stay Booked as an air BNB not through the hotel. Was an extra mission to get keys, Did not get room service. Was lucky to find a car park and the air con controls didn't work properly.

- Susan (8/5): Lovely stay, suited what I needed really well. Thanks - Really clean and close to the gccec. Property was great (I couldn’t find the kettle). Also I mentioned in a message that I arrived very late and didn’t realise that I wouldn’t be able to get the key from the grocery after midnight as they shut then. It was only luck that I got there as they were shutting, another minute and I would’ve been on the street! I v think mentioning that in the check in comms would be great (I don’t recall seeing it if it was there).

- Adam (9/5): Superb - Collecting the keys from the grocer and not having a dedicated car space was the only downside everything else was great
- Lan (2/5): Mediocre experience for $300 spend per night - The property is new and clean Checkin was a nightmare even though we are Aussies. It took us 1.5 hours, travelling to a lockbox location which was then advised that it has been changed. No instructions on parking either so we ended up circle around the area like treasure hunting to find keys and parking. I gave feedback to the owner privately and she didnt reply. Appx $300 stay per night for very mediocre experience and poor customer service. If you travel with luggage do not choose this place.

Not happy about the next door construction noises - Loved the view and facilities The construction site at the next building had workers there late Friday night and they started work before 6am as we were woken by the restive noise of the external trade elevator going up and down starting between 5-5:30am! Not happy about that
