• ROUSE (10/5): A DREAM STAY.Private Terrace, Host and Location of 10. - It's a penthouse with a private terrace where it's lovely to have breakfast or dinner, even have a late-night drink outdoors in perfect weather. The beds are huge and very comfortable, and we slept soundly. The host ( Alfonso) is the best I have ever met, as he gave me a comprehensive itinerary with excellent cultural and gastronomic recommendations that helped us a lot to get to know Seville very well. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Seville's historic center, and we could walk to the Cathedral, Giralda, and Royal Alcázar. A DREAM STAY.

• Eve (9/5): Parfait séjour, logement et hôte à recommander. - Emplacement parfait, tous les sites à 15 mn à pieds, la place d'Espagne à 25 mn grand maximum à pieds. Les photos correspondent parfaitement au logement, mais attention il n'y a pas 2 chambres individuelles mais 2 espaces lit. Une chambre sur la mezzanine qui est très grande et un lit dans l'espace salon protégé par des paravents. La communication avec Alfonso a été parfaite, les attentions à l'arrivée (bouteille de vin, cafés, viennoiseries). La literie est excellente, et l'équipement cuisine complet. La terrasse bien agréable. Le seul soucis et ce n'est pas du tout la faute de l'hôte, les travaux dans la rue qui commençaient à 7h30 le matin, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé, vu que nous partions de 8h. à 20h. découvrir cette magnifique ville. Alfonso nous a proposé le transfert privé de l'aéroport au logement et inversement lors de notre départ, pour un tarif à quelques petits euros similaires à des taxis, gain de temps. Rien tout était parfait pour nous. Le logement pour un couple était plus que suffisant et agréable.

La comunicación con Alfonso perfecta facilitándonos la recogida de llaves y recomendándonos diferentes lugares y restaurantes de la ciudad.

He gave us all the information we needed to explore the city and when our daughter got sick, he helped us take her to the hospital, even if it was in the weekend and everything was closed. • BENIT (10/5): Wonderful Duplex with Private Terrace, just 7 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Giralda. - The Accommodation is an Elegant Penthouse with a Private Terrace, the Master Suite Bedroom is in a Duplex and gives it very functional independence. Even on winter days we were able to eat on the Terrace, which has several armchairs and tables to enjoy food or a coffee. The bed is large and a perfect mattress that we slept very well in addition to the bedroom that is very well insulated from noise with acoustic windows. Super equipped kitchen with a Good Oven and Washing Machine and New Refrigerator. Alfonso, the host, is a Human Guide since he has a degree in History and offers you a thousand information and recommendations about the City of Seville. He also gave us Wine, Coffee and Sweets as a Welcome. Finally, the Apartment has a location in the Historic Center of Seville, you can walk to all areas of interest, for example, the Cathedral and Giralda are just a 7-minute walk away. Without a doubt we will repeat this Magnificent Duplex with Private Terrace.

• Marina (10/5): Bonito atico perfectamente situado y equipado para tus vacaciones - La ubicacion del apartamento es perfecta, justo en el centro pero sin ser ruidosa. Practicamente todo estaba accesible andando, salvo la estación de tren claro :). El anfitrion muy amable y pendiente, y eso que el checkout cayo en fin de semana de puente, El apartamento en si muy limpio, perfectamente equipado, incluso si quieres cocinar, o solo desayunar con cafetera, tostadora, hervidor, microondas, cocina, etc. Ademas todo estaba bien etiquetado para en todo momento saber para que son los interruptures, normas de la casa, wifi, etc. Nada negativo importante o algo que no esté claro en la descripción o en las fotos, pero para dar algunos elementos de mejora. La cama de arriba era perfecta, pero la de abajo sonaba bastante al moverse, lo cual es normal por el sistema que es, pero si alguien es sensible al ruido puede ser molesto, así como la nevera, que sonaba bastante y bastante rato. La bañera podría haber sido una ducha para hacerlo más accesible.

Bottle of wine on arrival, nice gesture Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Yes the pictures are true to life but you can't see that the stairs in the studio (yes this is a studio not an apartment)wobble, creak and not suitable for anyone with limited mobilty, or someone that gets up during the night Yes there was a bath, but no plug and to get to the shower you had to step into the bath, again not suitable for some people. The state of the oven was a dsigrace, so filthy , not sure when it was last professionally cleaned. To view the TV you had to sit on the bed, the couch was right angles to the TV. No streaming platforms when we were there. Asked for a late check out for 5.5 hours and was charged E100.

It truly was the perfect base for exploring this magical city. The location is absolutely unbeatable. The penthouse is literally on the doorstep of the town center, meaning every shop, historical site, and restaurant we wanted to visit was just a few steps away. We loved the convenience of being able to pop out for tapas or shopping without ever needing public transport. It truly felt like we were immersed in the heart of Seville from the moment we arrived. Beyond the fantastic property and location, the real highlight was our host, Alfonso. From booking through to departure, Alfonso was exceptional. He was always reachable, incredibly attentive, and helpful with absolutely anything we needed, big or small. His responsiveness and kindness made our stay completely stress-free and smooth—it felt like having a local expert on call. If you are planning a trip to Seville, especially for a longer stay like ours, this is the place to book. Thank you, Alfonso, for helping us create such brilliant family memories!

(10/5): Ático con terraza privada en el Centro de Sevilla - La ubicación es inmejorable, es un segundo piso de un edificio antiguo, cuando subes en el ascensor y llegas arriba, son varios apartamentos con terraza privada, que para desayunar o cenar se está muy agusto. Esta pegado a la Plaza del Duque de la Victoria, donde está el Corte Inglés y tienes un Aldi en la acera de enfrente, parada de taxis y de autobuses. al otro lado está La Campana, lugar emblemático y de donde nacen las calles Sierpes, Odonnell, etc. Si quieres ir al Guadalpark te pasa la linea 27 del autobús que te deja al lado y a Isla mágica un taxi es bastante económico. El anfitrión Alfonso, esta pendiente de ti y como dicen los otros comentarios, te envía toda la información para acceder al apartamento y un montón de rutas turísticas y recomendaciones gastronómicas. Tiene lavadora, productos de limpieza, hasta un pequeño surtido de arroz, pasta, aceite, etc que supongo que van dejando huéspedes anteriores. Tienes amenities como la botella de vino, capsulas para la cafetera Dolce Gusto, microondas, tostadora,etc. El apartamento es muy tranquilo y silencioso, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y las camas son muy cómodas. Es un alojamiento que recomiendo.

Totalmente equipado, lo que te permite cocinar y ahorrar algo de dinero. Hay que sacar la basura, el personal de limpieza no se hace cargo de ello y en las políticas de check-out no se especifica. Planea hacer tu check-out con tiempo y contemplar esta actividad adicional.

• Jeffs (8/5): Trip to Seville - We liked the terrace and how easy it was to get everywhere. The bar and the shop next door were really helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was spotless.Alfonso was great and really helpful 👌 The stairs to the bedroom were a little wobbly and the dishwasher unfortunately didn't work on this occasion. Also building work on the hotel next door led to early morning wake up...but that isn't anything the apartment can control and is common in Spain.

Coffee machine with capsules and bread snacks appreciated Bath to shower lever was broken and had to fiddle around to change the water. Slight odour in the bathroom.

It was a bit too cold to use the spacious terrace but would be lovely in the warmer weather. Overall cleanliness good. Some of the crockery and pans needed a wash before using.

It is the apartment where I have found the cleanest apartment and I have been staying in tourist apartments for 10 years. Alfonso the Host gave us a Seville Route Guide and we were delighted. He also invited us to Coffee Capsules and Croissants which we took advantage of to make quick breakfasts. The apartment has a terrace where you can sunbathe and have an aperitif or a wine. You can walk everywhere because it is in the Historic Center of Seville. Without a doubt I will stay again in this wonderful accommodation. CLEANLINESS is perfect and even the terrace is spotless. It has a wonderful Private Terrace of the Apartment and you can eat or have a glass of Wine Outdoors. This is a differentiating element to be in the center of Seville and we had a Magnificent breakfast on this Terrace. LOCATION THAT COMBINES A QUIET AREA TO SLEEP WITHOUT NOISE WITH BEING IN THE CENTER OF SEVILLE. The accommodation gives you details such as Nespresso coffee, water, sweets, etc. PRESENTIAL AND VERY ATTENTIVE CHECK-IN.
