Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, wszędzie blisko pieszo. Właściciel bardzo pomocny i kontaktowy. Zdecydowanie polecam! 🌟

Паркінг знаходився на відстані 1,5 км від помешкання,, вартість — 60 євро; під'їхати власною машиною до помешкання неможливо, зона обмеженого руху. Помешкання знаходиться на останньому поверсі, підійматися треба дуже вузькими гвинтовими сходами, ніяка валіза не пройде, ліфта, звісно, нема. Меблями користуватися неможливо — дверцята розвалюються, шухляди не висуваються

Midden in de historische binnenstad dus alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand en de host is supervriendelijk, flexibel en goed en duidelijk in de communicatie. Aanrader! Niets

• Rachel (7/5): Authentic small apartment with an amazing private balcony space and attentive management. - The location was wonderful, easy to get to public transit yet a sense of privacy and within easy walking distance of all of the historic must sees. The balcony was amazing, we just couldn’t utilize it due to the cold weather. The trade off is the stairs you must take to access the unit are narrow and steep; allow extra time for luggage, kids, or anyone who may need assistance. Also to note: the second bed is a loft space above the main bed. It’s only accessed by ladder. This would not have worked if I had been traveling with my parents or small kids but was perfect for traveling with my young adult kids. We did have an issue with mold in the shower however the staff checked in with us during our stay and when I mentioned it they had someone come out and clean it up that day. So the attentiveness of those managing the property was stellar.
• Harshit (1/5): AVOID THIS SCAM – WORST APARTMENT & HOSTS IN ROME! - This is hands down the worst rental experience we've ever had. We stayed here from Feb 13 to Feb 18, when Rome was freezing, and there was NO HOT WATER the entire time. Despite reaching out to the owner and managing staff, they lied repeatedly, claiming an electrician had fixed it when in reality, nothing was done. Only on Feb 17—our second-last day—did they finally send someone to fix it, leaving our family of four unable to shower for five days. On top of that, we wasted an absurd amount of money on international roaming calls to Booking.com, who were equally useless. The property managers even put in writing that they would compensate us, only to later lie to Booking.com, claiming the issue was resolved. Beyond the hot water nightmare, the apartment itself is a joke. Everything is falling apart—the kitchen cabinets feel like they’ll collapse any second, the bathroom smells like a dead skunk, and the place is as bare-bones as it gets. For the insane price they charge, this is nothing short of a scam. There is not enough space to explain the agony we went through during this trip, runing my daughter's 10th , my 40th and my husband's birthday due to these scam artists. Save yourself the mental harassment and DO NOT stay here. Spend your money anywhere but this dump!

Lovely hostel. The stairs were very steep, narrow and very high. If you are not young, not thin and with suitcases to go up to the apartment will be an adventure.
• Adam (10/5): Our group really enjoyed our stay. It was really comfortable and cozy - The flat had such a cozy and warm feel. The terrace was amazing and the location was superb with easy access to all main attractions and restaurants.
