• Maia (6/5): Buena calidad-precio - Ubicación en un buen barrio y cerca del centro No hay sofá cama y la cama principal es de difícil acceso y muy incómoda. Sólo hay una copa de vino y éramos 2. Las persianas y la cortina no tapan del todo la luz. El baño muy pequeño.

• Monique (9/5): Cosy studioflat at a good location near the city centre. - A very cosy and clean place. I liked the layout of the room. All the facilities were there. Location near the railway station and city centre is a bonus. Host gave instructions beforehand how to get to the place and how to get into the studio. I couldn't find the keylock to the door at first, as there were five others inside the gate area. The location of the one I needed wasn't in the same area but outside. After a phone call, that issue was resolved. I appreciated the help of two local girls. 😃
• Evoléna (7/5): - The host was very friendly. I guess this is the right place for people who aren’t really noise sensitive and look for something easy and not too expensive. The mattress is really thin and you can feel the floor. It lacks a wooden box spring to be comfortable. There’s no real small light with a switch next to the bed so I needed to use my phone torch to climb and read in bed, which would be very easily fixed. The sound insulation was quite annoying (I am very very sensitive to it). Because the bed is right under the ceiling, you can hear the neighbors above. The fridge was also quite loud at times. I ended up leaving the place one night before the end of my stay for that reason.

• Francisco (10/5): - The studio is super comfy and beautifully designed. It has everything you need for a good stay, clean space, well equipped kitchen, and bathroom amenities. The upper bed design makes it feel extra cozy. Check-in was very easy, and the host was extremely helpful, doing everything they could to make my stay pleasant and accommodating my requests. The only thing I didn’t love was the bed. The mattress is quite thin, and since it’s set directly on floor, it wasn’t as soft or comfortable as desired.

• Kiho (8/5): Overall a comfy and lovely stay. Recommend for solo travelers who prefer compact rooms. - Practical and compact. There were bugs in the room and in the fridge (I stayed during the summer) but there is a vacuum cleaner available in the room.
• OIaf (2/5): Reinfall - Die Hilfsbereitschaft von Frau Ye ! Das Appartement hat in keinster Weise unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen! Die Schlafmöglichkeit ist ein Hochbett, das so dicht unter der Zimmerdecke war, so daß es nicht mal möglich war, sich aufrecht hinzusetzen! Um dieses "Bett" zu erreichen muß man eine ungesicherte Wendeltreppe durch die Küche hochsteigen! Und das sogenannten Bad war so eng bemessen, daß man sich kaum darin bewegen kann! Die Bilder bei der Buchung waren unserer Meinung nach ein Fake und hatten mit der Wirklichkeit nichts zu tun! Dies muß man aber auch Booking.com ankreiden, weil wir den Eindruck haben, daß sich Booking.com schlecht über dieses Angebot informiert hat!

• Tünde (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was the same as on the pictures, clean, beautiful apartman with everything you maybe need (coffee, tea). Ye was really kind, and give us informations about everything. It is near to the city center.

The location was very convenient and everything matched the description perfectly - no surprises, just a smooth and comfortable stay. The only downside was the bed, which was not very comfortable and it felt like sleeping almost directly on the floor.
• Yulduz (10/5): Perfect - Very clean and comfy place for my one-night stay, will come again. The host is very nice. It was confusing to search for address, but the host sent perfectly easy to follow guideline with photos, so all was good.
• Ruby (2/5): Not recommended. - If i dnt have a friend in Finland we will not able to enter on her studio coz building door code was change without informing us. We need to bring down the bed coz it is so dangerous, the stair has no railings and when you sit down my head is bumping the ceiling. Overall i cannot cancel my booking coz my payment will not refunded. So i just patiently stay there. One more thing it is in the 2nd floor and very very dark and our baggage was so heavy. The review and advertisement is very deceiving.

The neighbour upstairs have been constantly very loud (music and footsteps and arranging furniture all night long) thorugb day and night time. For that reason I changed apartments. I hope this problem can be solved. Cause the apartment and the host are both perfect. Also in that case the host was very helpful and understanding.

• Marketa (10/5): Cozy flat, convenient location and great value - Everything was perfect – the flat really has everything you need and the host is very responsive. Sleeping area upstairs might be a little tight for two but there's also a sofa that is perfectly fine for sleeping. The kitchen is surprisingly well equiped and we appreciated the provided coffee capsules as a bonus. It's located in a cool neighbourhood within walking distance to the center and to the sea.

• Macarena (10/5): Lovely studio close to the city centre - It was at walking distance from the city centre, has a small supermarket a block away for essentials, and the flat has everything you need for a stay in Helsinki The bed location - I imagine as it is above the bathroom with a towels rack on just below, the room gets very warm, however, we opened the window and it really improved! (We were there during Spring with crisps/warm days)

Clean bathroom with shampoo and towels. - Cozy lighting and overall lovely design - Climbing the bedroom stairs requires some dexterity, but is overall safe if you mind the steps
• Tomáš (8/5): Very good - Small but cozy and stylish apartment located in an old building. Very clear instructions on how to get there. Basic equipment available in the kitchen. Close to the ferry terminal, bus station, walkable to the city center or you can take a bus (stop is nearby). We didn’t hear any noise from the street and it was warm inside. Wifi, TV with Netflix available. Overall it was ok for short stay. The bathroom was just too small. After shower the water was everywhere and I couldn’t even stand straight when brushing my teeth. The bed is “upstairs” above the kitchen. Some light up there would be nice.

• Monikavej (9/5): Superb - Full equipped and clean apartment in the center of Helsinki. Good and detailed description of self check-in, we found everything. I rate very well. The bathroom was a little cramped and the shower didn't have a full cover, but everything was clean and manageable. The bed was placed near the ceiling above the bathroom with access via a narrow staircase, which may be a problem for people with claustrophobia. But nothing that can't be handled.
