• Maude (6/5): - Emplacement près de l'hôtel et bien sécurisé. Le sofa était tâché, l'appartement abîmé. Semble être un lieux de "party" car sa sentais l'alcool lorsqu'on est arrivé malgré le nettoyage. Les lits étaient propres mais le reste était ordinaire. Le personnel était pro actif notamment lorsque j'ai signalé le problème de lavabo. L'espace est grand et pratique lorsque vous avez un vol tôt le lendemain.

El checking perfecto incluso pudimos dejar las maletas antes del horario El apartamento en si estaba limpio, el fregadero tenía algunos pelos. Pero el sofá no era sucio, literalmente asqueroso. Lo que no deseas después de venir cansado de hacer visitas turísticas. Le tuvimos que poner una colcha encima para sentarnos que estaba casi tan sucia como el sofá. Todo desconchado y muy dejado. La cama incómoda. En fin un poco desastre.

• Mendel (5/5): Adequate. - The floors and bathroom were clean. Adequate towels. Clean and crisp sheets. AC worked wonderfully. Close walk to the airport in the morning. Slept well even though located in a busy roundabout. The shower does not have a door or curtain and gets the floor all wet and VERY slippery. Only sheets on the beds and the very soiled comforter was stuffed in the closet. Could not bring ourselves to use the blanket/comforter. Neighborhood a bit sketchy.

Good communication - but they were uncontactable at 8pm. - Excellent location for the Airport, and the Alibus between the Airport and Main Railway Station. We walked to the Airport at 4am, and felt fine. Nice, friendly restaurant / take away, a minute’s walk from the property. The property is spacious and has everything you need. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the cups, plates and crockery were dirty and needed washing before use; however, the sheets and towels etc were lovely and clean.
• Michele (8/5): Convenient and clean apartment convenient for airport. Practical choice. - Probably the best buy for a stay walking distance from the airport (or a v short taxi ride if you can’t wheel your case 10 mins). Kitchen has all you need to cook a meal, copious fridge and freezer. But we just stayed two nights and only needed it for OJ and milk! It’s very spacious. The room with twin beds is a proper bedroom- no sofa bed copout! Helpful touches like charger to borrow in the lounge drawer were appreciated, and the aircon worked well for sleeping. The check-in service gave clear directions and instructions. Be aware, they ask for the tourist tax at this stage. The pizza place downstairs is good, v good. Also there is a bakery over the road. No shop though, nothing nearby. If staying for a while, you’ll need groceries before you get there. Shower / hair wash and soap are provided, and towels. The bins are a bit of a walk away, and the sign on the wall threatening a £50 fine for not removing our waste, at the end of a two day stay, seems a bit OTT. I asked where the bins were and they then found out and provided a map. This should be provided upfront. Pillows were enough for two of us, becausea we grabbed the ones from the second bedroom. But if four were in the apartment, they may be uncomfortable with just one quite thin pillow each. There are one or two maintenance issues we flagged- the inoperative pop-up plug (reported) and the stain on the sofa. Also damp patches in the bathroom (only) causing plaster to fail in places. I don’t think the whole flat is damp or humid, just the bathroom seems to have this issue. The wash up kit was appreciated, but a tea towel would be more useful than a dishwasher tablet, in an apartment that doesn’t have a dishwasher. Some washing solution or powder for the (clothes) machine would be good. There are no nearby shops, so the basic pre-requisites of instant coffee, teabags, sugar and milk sachets, generally accepted as being supplied in such accommodation, would have been appreciated. In summary, more pillows, a tea towel, basic tea / coffee/ UHT milk, cleaning service that empties bins for a two night stay, and better maintenance on the property, would have gained a higher score for the applicable headings.

• Sunnie (4/5): Only worth if if you need a quick walk to airport and can bring your own kitchen and bath products. - Spacious, AC worked well. Fingerprint smudges and stains on doors and walls, couch had 2 huge stains. Bathroom smelled like mold. No coffee or spices, no detergent for washer. Only one sheet on beds and comforters were stored in closet.
• Shivani (7/5): Pleasant - The apartment is in walking distance to airport. Very big and spacious apartment. Neat and clean. Good rooms with comfortable mattress. Check in time of 3pm can be troublesome if you arrive early. Providing atleast tea/coffee/sugar pouches is basic service and should be there. Otherwise no issues.

• Joy (8/5): Very good - Cleanliness and convenience to airport. The difficulty getting into the unit. Was told wifi would be available at the entrance. It wasn't. It was available within the unit, but with our phone difficulties, it was a challenge contacting the person to let us enter.
• Suzanne (8/5): good for the airport - Well placed for airport, 5/10 minute walk away. Comfy beds and clean. Quiet considering it was by dual carriageway and airport! Not a nice area, no restaurants etc locally except for in airport. Not great value for money but that's due to location.

• Dario (7/5): Good - Only choice we found within walking distance from the airport. Flat is massive (sleeps 6), looks recently renovated but with some issues. It did the job and offered a comfortable sleep. Automatic check in worked OK. Not the cleanest and the flat has humidity issues, mostly aesthetic as with the air con sleeping was OK. Online check in process a bit convoluted.

• Carol (5/5): Ripped Off - I booked this for a friend and they stated it was clean and a nice apartment. When I booked the apartment the price was shown as £61 but when I paid the cost was €132 as in the small print was a ‘cleaning charge’ of €70. I believe this is a hidden charge and I would rather the owners were upfront about the actual cost. I was then unable to cancel the booking as it was non refundable. BEWARE of this charge. It is hidden very deep in the small print. I messaged booking.com who stated they would answer me within 24 hours. I’m still waiting!! This practice should be stopped. Ultimately it is not good for the owners or the guests. Honesty is the best policy if you want good reviews.

• Lisa (10/5): Great for a night before an early flight. - Very clean and comfortable apartment walking distance to the airport. Perfect for what we needed for an early departure. The walk felt safe Ben at 3:00 in the morning. Would’ve liked at least a bottle of water since we didn’t see anything close by.
• Kathleen (10/5): GREAT NIGHTS STOP CLOSE TO AIRPORT - We needed a stopover for the airport with an early flight. This unit was only up about 8 stairs and very spacious. Yes it’s close to a main road but off in a small laneway - short walk to airport in the morning
• Nigel (8/5): Nice venue for access to Naples airport, - Very close to Naples Airport, 10 minutes walk at most. Nice and spacious. Not easy to gain access or find, could do with a sign on the door to let you know where the apartment is. Easily accommodate a family of four, with good facilities. Not straight forward to find. Needs a sign on the door to identify where the apartment is. The twin bedroom could easily accommodate another bed. The apartment is very close to main road, OK for an overnight stay for airport. A little overpriced. It would benefit from a plug in kettle rather than a boil on stove version.
• Lee (8/5): We enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious apartment close to the airport! - This property is exceptionally spacious! The proximity to the airport is phenomenal! Apple Maps has the wrong location for the property and it was difficult to find. The refrigerator was not working when we arrived and was replaced during our stay. This shouldn't be a recurring problem.

Better take videos of the interior and equipment, especially before you check out - Mentioned above already After pretending we would have taken a face towel with us (which is definitely not true!) and our protest against this unjustified accuse they just deducted around 10 Euros from my Mastercard. Not acceptable, just naughty!
