• MoonShing Michael (8/5): It is very suitable for family to stay 3-4 days. Go to some viewpoints are very convenient . - Clean and tidy, very convenient to go to train station and underground. Toilet is small and a little bit dirty.

• Ioana (10/5): Wonderful stay - very easy checkin procedure communicated 1 day before arrival, with key box located at the building entrance door 15-20' by tram to Opera good links to City Center - U and tram located 2' away big rooms, good vibe comfortable beds and pillows nice wooden floors kitchen area was sooo nice! kitchen with all utensils you can think of - lots of small and big plates, glasses, bowls, cups, pans, pots big refrigerator, stoveand oven nice and comfortable eating area the sofa area not very bright but we did not use it much becaused we used the kitchen dining area dishwasher, dishwasher caps, washing machine, laundry detergent tea and coffee, cofee filters kitchen napkin, dishcloth toilet paper we did not have to buy anything one bedroom facing the main street a bit noisy if you have a light sleep the other bedroom facing the interie yard is very quiet very quiet building, we did not hear any of the neighbours in the 4 days Neflix, Amazon Prime available We hope to return! It was one of the experiences with booking! Nothing

• Hofmann (10/5): - Super schöne Wohnung in Laufnähe zum Bahnhof und zentral, um gut die Stadt zu erkunden. In der Wohnung ist für alles gesorgt. Bequeme Betten und viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Tolle Küche. Der sehr nette Gastgeber ist super zu erreichen und das Ein- und Auschecken ist easy. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und wir kommen wieder!

• naoko (10/5): とても素晴らしい部屋でした！ - とても広い部屋なのでスーツケースも広げられる。4人で宿泊したが、大きなベッドで快適でよく眠れた。 大きい通りに面しているが雑音がほとんど聞こえない。キッチン用品、お皿、カップがたくさん置いてあった。食器洗い機の性能がよかった。シャワーの水圧、貸し出しタオルもふわふわだった。4泊中1度タオル交換を頼み、翌朝に持って来てくれた。部屋全体がよく温まる暖房だった。部屋のインテリアもおしゃれで綺麗。洗濯機が備え付けなのがとても有り難かった。電源がたくさんあったので、変換器をもっと持ってくればよかったと感じた。駅からも歩ける距離、またスーパーも近い。コーヒーが美味しかった。 キッチンの床が軋んで音が出るのが少し気になった。

El anfitrión (muy amable y atento) nos buscó alternativa enseguida, pero consistió en mudarnos de apartamento.

But it was quiet enough for us. The house is equipped with all the cooking utensils which allows us to make simple meals. The house is very clean. The check in and check out was very easy. The host was also very helpful in giving clear instructions to us. None

Tesisin içerisinde ayakkabı ile dolaşmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz terlik hizmeti istediğimizde talebimiz red edildi. Herhangi bir atıştırmalık bir şey bırakılabilirdi bu da yapılmamıştı. Son olarak valizlerimiz konusunda da yardımcı olamayacaklarını söylemişlerdi neyse ki onu halletmen çözümünü bir uğraşla buldular . Genel olarak neredeyse taleplerimizin hepsine red cevabı verdiler bu bizi oldukça zor durumlara düşürdü.

Centrale ligging in een veilige buurt en direct bij OV opstapplaatsen. Station dichtbij. Een zeer rustig appartementencomplex. Kortom, een heel fijn verblijf, een echte aanrader. Slapen in de slaapkamer aan de voorkant (straatzijde) vraagt wel oordopjes.

Se estaba muy calentito al llegar, cosa que se agradece, y era un barrio muy tranquilo. El hospedaje realmente grande y muy bien equipado. Muy acogedor, y el anfitrión nos dejó quedarnos un rato más para poder dejar las maletas. Realmente repetiria! El suelo del comedor sonaba un poco al andar, pero nada exagerado. Todo lo demás perfecto

The beds were super comfortable with lovely smelling bed linen 😊. We had everything we needed for a great stay. It was lovely and warm and cosy despite being an old building with large rooms and -8 degrees outside! The apartment was a little dusty and tired looking in places but the space and comfort more than made up for it.

Very close to Belvedere Palace and supermarkets are nearby. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need - dishwasher, full kitchenware, even seasonings. Great for groups with plenty of space. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Highly recommend for your Vienna stay!

• Seniz (9/5): Overall this apartment was superb, a great size for a family of 5 and the location was fab - Loved the location, away from main busy center of town. Only a short tram ride to get to town - D tram and 71 tram very frequent. We had a supermarket 'Hoffer' nearby. Apartment was well kitted out in kitchen, plenty of towels for guests. The beds were all very comfortable. Rooms were pleasantly decorated in loft apartment style. Everything was really fantastic, I guess if I had to give some pointers for improvement then I'd say it would have been good to have had another comfortable chair in living area for when people are in the apartment relaxing.

• رحال (9/5): - اعجبني تعاون إحدى الموظفات لا أذكر اسمها ولكنها كانت حقا متعاونه جدا حيث اجرت اتصالاتها لمحاولة ادخالنا الشقه قبل الساعه الثالثه مساءا .كل الشكر والتقدير لها. الالتزام الحرفي بتوقيت الدخول والخروج حتى لغاية نصف ساعه من الشقه بدون وضع اي اعتبار لحالة الجو والظرف الذي قد يتعرض له المستأجر.

Mieszkanie zlokalizowane w kamienicy, więc na początku było trochę chłodniej. Potem już ok. Atutem jest odległość od dworca kolejowego. Przystanek tramwajowy zaraz pod budynkiem. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo sprawny. Na bieżąco wysyłał wiadomości odnośnie zakwaterowania.

• Claire (6/5): Great location, some minor issues - The location of this apartment is fantastic, and the mattresses were very comfortable. The kitchen has the basics for cooking (and a dining table in the kitchen) and the hosts left coffee for the coffee percolator. It is quite spacious. The host was very communicative and left a useful booklet of local recommendations. Check in was made very easy and check out was pleasingly simple with no need to strip the beds or take the bins out (always nice when you are rushing to the airport!) Although the hosts were forthcoming with the lift being broken once they realised, this was inconvenient as the apartment is up 4 flights of stairs. The bathroom door is a bit flimsy and does not close properly but we managed fine. The bathroom didn't appear to have been thoroughly cleaned - there was a pair of rubber earring backs left out and what looked like half the backing of an.anti snoring strip on the floor.

Its a good location near the castle, we walked into the centre in about 30 minutes but there were also various public transport options right outside. There is main no central heating control so you have to adjust every radiator, it was fine after the initial fiddling! Could be more attention to detail with cleanliness.

• Sendilmen (9/5): Bir daha Viyana’ya gelirsem yine aynı evde kalırım. - Öncelikle evi konumla çok rahat bulduk. Çok temiz ve sıcacıktı. Yatak takımları, koltuklar, sıcacık banyo ve elbette manzarasıyla çok hoştu. Açıkçası bir eve gidiyor olmanın tedirginliği vardı ama çok iyi bulduk evi. Mutfak malzemeleri eksiksizdi. Masada vazoya bırakılmış taze kasımpatı demeti ise çok hoş bir detaydı. Tuvalette lavabo olmaması ve bunun için banyoya gitmemiz küçük bir sıkıntıydı. Bir de evin döşemeleri normalden fazla ses çıkarıyordu.

• Colin (7/5): Good location to access public transport - which once you got the hang of was very easy to use - Our host was very helpful with directions and information of how to get to the property and ease of access - we were close to transport which was good to get around Vienna We were on a very busy road and was quite noisy in the front bedroom so you couldn't open windows - some items were left in the kitchen which probably should have been thrown away - food items etc and there were two dirty wash cloths in one of the drawers
