• Henrik (7/5): - Location The sliding door didn't slide very well and was hard to open. There was a second electronic lock on the door which didn't work, but if we were not careful it could lock the door and we would not be able to get in.
• Melissa (10/5): Lovely property close to the beach. - Lovely views and close to the beach and Mahon pool. Great communication from owner. An air-conditioner would be good for the warm weather as it gets abit stuffy when it's hot.

Maroubra is a great place to spend some time, not busy and easy to get into the city. We didn’t stay long enough!

• Lilia (1/5): Not recommended - Location was lovely There is no mention of this place being on the fourth floor without a lift. We arrived at the property with luggage with two elders and a pregnant woman. There were ants in the bed, no dishwasher or air conditioner and the hot water only lasted 5 min, the sink was also blocked. When contacting the property there was no resolution. Not okay for $600 per night.

• Peter (8/5): Great location, good connectivity - Location The house is run down. The basement is totally dirty and looks like junk at the washing machine area
• Jo (8/5): Very good - Awesome location, well appointed, good facilities, close to local shops & public transport. Lack of aircon & flyscreen door, which means on warm nights you need the windows & sliding door open, but it lets in the bugs, not ideal. There is a pedestal fan but it rattles when it's on & is not very effective.
