The owner of the apartment insisted we pay the booking commision ourselves even though it wasn't listed in the costs Booking didn't reply to my attempts to contact them about the matter and the booking was non cancellable, so we had to pay or risk not being let into the property. During our stay he wrote me on WhatsApp to suggest we tell booking we never showed up so he wouldn't have to pay the commission to Booking and insisted when I said no.
