• OAkdemir (6/5): Enttäuschend – beim nächsten Mal lieber eine andere Wahl - Leider war unser Aufenthalt von mehreren Problemen begleitet, die den Gesamteindruck deutlich getrübt haben. Bereits zu Beginn gab es einen Defekt in unserem Bad: Der Spülknopf der Toilette war kaputt, wodurch das Bad unter Wasser stand. Nach mehreren Anrufen bei der Rezeption kam schließlich jemand vom Technikteam und behob das Problem — die Reaktionszeit war jedoch alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Darüber hinaus entsprach die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und Bäder leider nicht den Erwartungen, die man an ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse stellen darf. Das Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung — das sei fairerweise erwähnt. Das größte Problem bleibt jedoch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Für denselben Preis hätte man in Istanbul problemlos ein zentral gelegenes Hotel mit deutlich besserem Standard buchen können. Diese Wahl würden wir beim nächsten Mal anders treffen. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist die mangelnde Sauberkeit — sowohl in den Zimmern als auch in den Bädern. Die Reinigung wurde offensichtlich nicht mit der nötigen Sorgfalt durchgeführt, was den Aufenthalt leider deutlich beeinträchtigt hat.
• Ruslan (7/5): A decent place for the layover without anything special. - The property has got everything needed for a comfortable layover, for example: - All the facilities inside the room - A very nice shower - Relatively spacious room The breakfast was a very nice but basic, so don't expect anything extraordinary, but it was decent, with nice food and a high level of cleanness in the room. Though under my bed I could discover the socks of previous guests and some used tissues, so it wasn't pleasant to see that. Also, our bedroom window was going into the indoor area of the hotel, not to the street, so that's why it wasn't as fresh as we would like to have it. Also, there is nothing in the area of the hotel if you would like to get any food or access to any shopping malls. Be ready to use the taxi. Even getting to and from the airport, you would definitely need to use the taxi, because there is no metro station nearby.

• Ruri (10/5): - During my stay, the staff were very kind and helpful. When I went to borrow a luggage scale, they politely assisted me without hesitation. After check-in, they also provided complimentary fruit, which was a thoughtful and pleasant surprise. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, and I was very satisfied with how affordable, clean, and comfortable it was. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again.

• MARGARITA (10/5): BEST OPTION FOR IST AIRPORT - Chose this hotel for its location close to the IST airport and stayed twice. Although many planes fly by really close, no noise is perceived as you sleep. Breakfast is remarkably good, with all options for Turkish and international breakfast and the chef is very attentive to get clients what they want. We also had dinner at the Hotel restaurant and enjoyed the carefully crafted food. Employees are very well trained and super helpful. We initially got a room which smelled of cigarette but, as we complained, they inmediately gave us another room and a complimentary fruit platter. There are 2 supermarkets very close by which come in handy. We had reserved an UBER driver to go to the airport but he dumped the reseve at the last minute. One of the employees at reception got us a taxi super fast. UBER in Turkey is in general not reliable. Despite the hotel being rather new, the rooms are quite basic. Guess the owners know that clients use this hotel for 1 night before flights, But a little more care in design and quality never harms.

• MARGARITA (10/5): Perfecto para alojamiento previo a un vuelo desde IST - The staff is very amicable and ready to serve and help. The hotel serves a very tasty turkish breakfast, including ready-made omelets, coffee not good .... The room size is rather small but since it is mostly used for 1 night, it could be acceptable. Tried to reserve through Booking.com but the two dates I needed were not available - so I reserved directly at the Hotel's website. The very next day I looked again in Booking.com and it seems the Hotel released rooms to them (it was for a very close date). The same room that Ramada charged $139, I managed to reserve in Booking.com for $64. Fortunately I always opt for the cancellable price! The quality of the room and Hotel is certainly NOT for a $139 price tag.

• Robert (8/5): Great stay if you need to crush a night somewhere before your next flight. - The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The room felt super cold and I only had a thin blanket so I called help desk and they came with 2 additional blankets. Also the breakfast was quite nice. The price value is definitely great! The hotel is next to a highway, so I believe without earplugs I would have been able to sleep really well. Also at 5:50 I got up by the singing in the mosque nearby. The hotel is not far from the airport, but still payed 18 EUR for the uber. If you can, better take the H-6 bus which only costs about 2 EUR

Also helped with getting around the city. The hotel was nice and comfortable The only drawback - it was a bit further from the airport than I expected. Not VERY near to IST -18 mins; but TOO far to Taksim -40 min - Location immediately in a Motorway like Road in a nondescript distant suburb of Istanbul. Main redeeming factor is relative proximity (Avg 17 mins drive) to the new IST Airport Istanbul. Modern hotel with rather dark colours hue for the interiors. Excellent Value for money Hammam and Spa; niche soup only restaurant in the basement; well organised standard hotel overpriced food in the main breakfast dinner restaurant. Very limited facilities within walking distance, therefore it hasaMotel like vibe to it. For an authentic and typical Turkish style Restaurant walkable (11 mins walk) AND open for dinner time (post 8 pm), is Musa Usta Turkish Grill; a few steps after the IBIS as you walk by its main entrance on your RHS. Its well posted from afar, and Google Maps course will get you to the door front, even if you navigate as bad as my new age son. M. Usta is predominantly a local resident's frequented place, wit deliveries providing significant source of income. ONLY one of the waiters speaks English beyond the very basic "hands & feet"; but no worries, soonest they spot you as foreign a silver fox grey haired elderly waiter will be assigned to you without doubt. Pleasant and speaks coherent English, so you have all you need The value is superb, the quantities are humongous, and the quality. Enjoyed and appreciated every meal there, now touching double digit; but is you consume it for days on end as well as being the only non-native there, the whole set up gets rather tiring, regardless of how hospitable the staff become, especially as they get used to you. One further tip, the plated grills are simply too large for any sized human being to fully consume, I would not recommend to get a starter nor even a side ... in any case, regardless of however detailed you instruct, all the food will come at the same time, starter, side, main and accompaniments, even desert and and post dinner cai too if you were foolish enough to order all at the outset. Surrounding area remote and with no sign of life if 6:30 to 7 om; exception of above mentioned local grill restaurant, which is a saviour for Ramada Encore Arnavutkoy, and vice versa I guess. They complete each other I guess.

The hotel is clean, elegant, and offers a very comfortable atmosphere. The food is exceptionally delicious, and the staff are professional, welcoming, and make the entire experience feel effortless. Overall, I feel that this hotel stands out compared to other options in the area. On the downside, I found the prices to be relatively high. In addition, Turkey is well known for its amazing baked goods, so I would have loved it if the hotel provided freshly baked pastries for breakfast and throughout the day.

Staff are trying really hard but this is a newish hotel and it shows ... nothing is quite jelling yet. For example, the snack shop in the foyer appeared to be open and staffed during daylight hours, yet when we tried to go in to buy a coke we were told it was closed.

• Murat (10/5): A perfect and comfortable stay , I’d definitely come back! - I stayed at this hotel for just one night, but it was such a wonderful experience! The entrance and the rooms were beautiful, and everything was spotless clean. The food and desserts were absolutely delicious. I especially appreciated the safe parking area for my car. Even though my stay was short, I truly felt at home. Everything was perfect , I would definitely love to come back! There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.
• TANVEERUL (6/5): Decent hotel when transiting through Istanbul airport - nice location, good breakfast I booked a 30 SQM room for my family of 4, but they gave me a very small room, barely 20 SQM, with 3 single beds, which turned out to be super inconvenient for all of us. I checked with the reception and they told me they allotted my room to someone else. the rooms need better sound proofing to take care of the massive traffic noise right outside the busy road.
• Sofia Ines (9/5): Excelente opción para pasar noche cerca del Aeropuerto IST - Excelente opción para alojarse en una zona relativamente cerca del Aeropuerto IST de Estambul, un viaje de 15min en taxi. Relación calidad-precio muy acorde, y cabe destacar en primer lugar el Servicio de comida a la habitación, la comida estaba deliciosa! De hecho, estuvimos en Estambul allí nuestro primer día, y por todo el resto del viaje, no volvimos a probar un Kebab tan bueno como el del hotel. Segundo, el personal del hotel es muy amable y atento, nos ayudaron con muchas indicaciones y dudas que teníamos con total amabilidad. La habitación es cómoda y practica, gran opción para pasar noche cerca del aeropuerto.

• bruno (6/5): Peu d’hôtels proche de l'aéroport d'Istanbul (IST) mais celui-ci est loin d'être le meilleur ! - La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté. La literie peu confortable, la situation géographique affreuse entre axes routiers majeures, zone industrielle et chantiers de construction, le bruit de l'extérieur, pas d'alcool (même bière) servi au bar, l'impossibilité d'obtenir un facture !

• Andrey (8/5): Забыл вещи в номере, не вернули и не сообщили о находке моих вещей. - Цена/качество Забыл в номере в шкафу вещи, заметил это только через неделю когда был в другом городе Турции, странно, что после моего выезда из отеля мне не сообщили о забытых моих вещах в номере. Так как номер проверяют сразу после выезда.

• SERTAN (10/5): Der Gastgeber/die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefü - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und genauso wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Lage und die gute Ausstattung – es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht.

• Zafer (10/5): Top Lage zum Flughafen - Zum Istanbul Flughafen ist ein Katzen Sprung. Direkt in der Nähe. Kostenlose Tiefgarage. Super Frühstück und sehr nettes ind hilfsbereites Personal. Ist echt empfehlenswert. Der Abfluss der Dusche war leider nicht richtig funktionsfähig. Sonst alles einwandfrei.

• Claudia (9/5): Very satisfied with proximitiy, staff and room. Fruit bowl welcome in room was exceptional. - Best buffet of whole 5 week trip. Needed ATM availability without a long walk.

A lot went wrong, air conditioner was insufficient, but breakfast was good and surpris - Location, great breakfast, kind staff Given the wrong room- we booked 3 twin beds and were given one twin and one Queen, so two of us had to share a bed. The welcome letter by the bowl of fruit was addressed to a man, not us. We were too exhausted to go back to the lobby to ask for our correct room. The twin bed had sugar or salt in the sheets, not clean. The room was ground floor, facing east. The air conditioner barely tricked out cold air. We woke up to blazing sun hitting our drapes and the room was super hot. I woke up gasping for breath due to the heat. We had to prop the door open to the hallway to allow cool air into our room. We set up our own little handheld battery operated fans around and proceeded to get showered and dressed with the door to the hallway wide open. It was that hot.

• Alinne (9/5): Superb - everything the guy at the fromt desk when we arrived did not provide any information about rooms , breakfast , he was busy with sometjing else and did not care about our artival. We enter in the elevator looking for our room and tje room was at the ground floor , we had to ho back to the front desk. Also, I booked 2 rooms he didn't advise which room had 2 beda and which had 1 bed even when I asked he just gave me the keys and didn't care. The lady with red hair in the morrning she was tbe opposite, she was very helpful and friendly.
