• Shannyn (7/5): - Great spot The car park was too low, even tho we fitted under the opening g there were pipes hanging down over the top of our allocated park 12c. So we had to find other parking. It did not mention on the booking add there were height restrictions for car park. A penthouse is normally on top with a balcony so we were abit disappointed to see there was not one.

• Rebecca (9/5): Beautiful views in luxurious comfort. - The location is absolutely outstanding. We were within a short walk to everything that we needed, along with trams right on the corner. Nightlife available if you wanted it, along with convenience stores close by if necessary. The beds were comfortable and apartment spacious. The apartment had most things that you would need for staples of cooking (although we didn't). The TV was a bit frustrating to work, but we really didn't use it much. Making sure that there are a couple of toilet rolls on hand would be an added benefit (particularly for this amount of money), as running out and none at the 7-Eleven was not pleasing.

• Raquel (10/5): Absolute 10/10 experience! - I cannot recommend this place highly enough! From start to finish, the hosts went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. They were incredibly helpful, obliging, and truly went out of their way to assist with everything I needed. ​The accommodation itself is amazing and located right in the heart of everything. Being so central made transport and getting around so convenient. Small touches like a coffee machine and some condiments, access to a car spot if you need one and very timely communication were highlights. If you're looking for a top-tier host and a perfect location, book this place now.

Hosts were responsive, fantastic view of Melbourne, apartment had everything you need, kitchen, coffee machine, etc, would stay there again and recommend as a perfect central stay in Melbourne .

• Melissa (9/5): Birthday girls trip - The location of this unit was fantastic. A few steps down from Collins St where you could access the free tram network around the city. The apartment was well set up with a great supply of kitchenware and cooking utensils. The view from both levels was amazing. Would love to stay in this apartment again for future trips. Only downside was the hot water in the shower. Took forever to get hot water, but that not owners fault, more the fact that on 24th floor and had to travel a long way.

Awesome view, especially from the main bedroom when you wake up. In the living room, very comfortable seats to admire the view. Prime Location: Centrally located, the property is within walking distance of major attractions like Crown Casino and Southbank Promenade—making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Well-Appointed Amenities: Spacious and well-equipped, the apartment includes a full kitchen, indoor heated pool, sauna, and free private parking—ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay. Private parking place. This is a must, specially in Melbourne downtown area. Full laundry facilities (washer and dryer) making them suitable for both short and extended stays. The guest allowed us to check in earlier, which was very convenient to us. Internet Speed: While Wi-Fi is available, the connection speed was below expectations. This was the main reason we could not give the accommodation a maximum rating. Improving the internet would significantly enhance the overall guest experience, particularly for those who need reliable access for work or streaming. Luggage: The apartment would benefit from the addition of at least two luggage racks to allow guests to store and access their bags more comfortably.

On the top floor of the private residences it is just wonderful. We did not cook when there but the fully equipped kitchen is great too. The location is brilliant too and we were able to walk everywhere and free trammed where we needed a little more distance.

The interior is stylish, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and more. The coffee machine is "Delonghi", very good. Washing machine and Dryer work perfectly. The communication with the owner was very good, check-in and -out easy. We highly recommend this apartment!

• Kristy (10/5): Wonderful, we would stay again and LOVED this apartment. - Views are just spectacular and the location A+. The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and clean. So grateful for the free parking in the city. Trains and attractions are mostly walking distance. The Oak and Vine restaurant downstairs was delicious and convenient. My fault - I didn't realise the check in was not at the Oaks Hotel desk, so I felt a little silly. I re-read the booking and realised this room was part of the private residence within the building. I called the mobile number provided on the booking, the host was lovely and very helpful checking me in and getting the room key.
