• Serge (9/5): A great place for those visiting the Convention Center - A great place for those visiting the Convention Center. Convenient parking. The real highlight is the large pool, with plenty of space around it to relax—especially after an intensive day at the exhibition. There are always enough available poolside lounge chairs and complimentary towels, as well as an open-air restaurant and bar by the pool. Although we requested a quiet room, the soundproofing was terrible. We could hear almost every word of a phone conversation from the person in the room next door, who clearly didn’t bother with basic manners. The shower setup felt quite basic, without a handheld option. The old showerhead produced weak water pressure and a lot of noise. The complimentary internet comes with data limits, and the paid option appears to have restrictions as well, which was a bit surprising for a hotel of this category

• Inga (7/5): Praktische Lage zum Convention Center - Perfekte Lage für das Convention Center. Bequeme Betten. Viele Abläufe waren etwas umständlich und wenig kundenfreundlich. Unser Zimmer wurde mehrmals gereinigt als wir nachmittags zurück kamen und uns etwas entspannen wollten. Ich kenne es eigentlich so, dass das vormittags gemacht wird. Auch war es nicht möglich, das Gepäck mit einem Gepäckwagen vom Parkplatz zu holen. Die einzige Option war, das Auto nochmals vor den Eingang zu fahren und dann wieder zu parken. Bei der Abreise bestanden die Mitarbeiter darauf, den Autoschlüssel zu behalten, bis das Gepäck eingeladen war. Sehr merkwürdig.

• Stephanie (8/5): Overall I enjoyed my time at Rosen Centre and would return again - Overall the facility and staff were friendly. There was a good amount of food choices within the hotel. I was there for an event at OCC so I really loved how there was a sky bridge to walk from the hotel to OCC. check in and check out was quick and easy I wish the process to place a to go order was a little better, you have to cram into the middle of the bar in between guest sitting at the bar which was a little chaotic and typically I always had to wait for the bartender to finish with the orders at the bar first before getting service, which is understandable but also a bit of a customer dissatisfaction in my opinion
• Ashley (8/5): Excellent - The pool. The convention center sky bridge. The food My ac in my room wasn't the Greatest. We stayed in room 1942. It seemed to cut off when we were gone. It also seemed to cut off while we were sleeping. It would get hot in there. The only other problem was the electricity shut down, but that was an entire block, not just the hotel. The pillows world be another complaint. The pillows at cabana Bay were amazing. The pillows here were small and stiff. Other than that, I love the rosen and we will be back.

I confirmed this was the case with my friend staying in another room across the hall as well. Could be cleaner, but I didn’t feel super unsafe, either. Trade off for location.

The elevator systems were exceptional, never a long wait. The staff were very helpful. The TV service was poor. The ratio of pool chairs to guests was abominable.

A lot of amenities within the hotel, made it convenient to not have to leave to get quick food or drink. Morning breakfast room service was great. Excellent porter and Concierge service, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. No negative experience. It is pricey for food and daily parking, but it’s Orlando and you pay for the convenience of not leaving property. I can say the quality of the pizza in the food hall was pretty horrible.

• Irma (10/5): Excellent Stay and Very Close to Convention Center West Wing - room was clean and updated, bed was very comfortable, pillows were very good and we enjoyed our stay and the distance it was to the convention center. found a very small roach in the bathroom but I know sometimes that is hard to control :( It was dead so it only tells me fumigation is happening.

The elevators are fast and plenty of them. I will definitely stay here again for any future needs to be in Orlando. Nothing having a microwave to reheat my coffee.

• Te’Reen (8/5): Excellent - The amenities, the staff, the food was great (breakfast). The parking was a bit expensive but manageable. The far away parking, but I found out that there was continental shuttles that took you to and from the car. I found out a day before check out. So future reference make sure you let people know that does the self parking that they are shuttles taking you to and from the parking garage.
