• Juan (6/5): - Localización, muy cerca de la parada de metro y con supermercados justo al lado. Limpio Un solo rollo de papel higiénico para 4 personas durante 6 días. Cuando se nos acabó pedimos que nos trajeron más, nos dijeron que lo traerían pero, tras insistir dos veces, nunca nos lo trajeron. Es lamentable que con el precio del alojamiento hayamos tenido que comprar nuestro propio papel higiénico. Muy decepcionados por eso

• Birgit (5/5): Lage gut,Ausstattung müsste erneuert werden - Super Lage, sehr gute U-Bahn-Anbindung. Betten waren sauber und bequem. Toilette muss dringend erneuert werden, Backofen total verschmutzt, Herd ok, Kühlschrank komplett vereist, Arbeitsplatte kaputt, an den Schranktüren fehlten teilweise die Griffe.

• Ingrid (8/5): gute Wohnung in sehr, sehr guter Lage - sehr gute Lage, ein paar Schritte zur U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Größe der Räume und die Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend schon ein wenig abgewohnt, wackeliger Sessel (Schrauben rausgefallen, Bestecklade fast nicht zu öffnen, Kaffeemaschine hatte auch schon bessere Tage)

• Juha (10/5): Juha - Sijainti loistava.Metro,ratikka vieressä. Samoin kuppilat,ravintolat,kaupat. Majoituksen hintalaatusuhde aivan huippuluokkaa. Talo kaipaa hieman remonttia. Haitat siis lähinnä esteettisiä ja hissi kovin pieni jos tarvii esim.lasterattaita liikuttaa.

• drogo (7/5): - La posizione è ottima. Vicino alla stazione metro e tram. Ben servito anche da supermercati farmacia bar ristoranti La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Nessun tipo di bagnoschiuma e shampoo trovato nel bagno, abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi all' acquisto. Nessun tipo di prodotto per la pulizia quotidiana del bagno (disinfettante , igienizzante) .....per un soggiorno di cinque notti,mi sembra il minimo. Da migliorare anche i letti..... cuscini fatiscenti...

• Qaseem (3/5): Worse Experience, avoid it - Only Location Will raise with Booking.com that how this property was published as 3 star Long list of issues - can't imagine this place was advertised as 3 star when it lacks the basic necessities. We reached the property when the temperature was 31c and they only provide 1 medium size fan (plastic cheap fan) and 1 small fan (again a cheap one). When asked for additional fans, they inform that the temperature will improve the next day. If you open the window, it was so noisy due to traffic that you can't sleep 2) Dirty bathroom, kitchen stove fan was dirty 3) only one cupboard which was provided in a room where beds are put Infront of it so you can't use it 4) The provided mob was broken 5) Main room lights were fused 6) smaller window handles were broken so we had to open big windows to make the property cool Only 4 photos are allowed to attach though I want to attach more

• Alejandro (7/5): - Great location right next to a subway station and tramways, making trips to central Vienna very convenient and easy. Plenty of stores, cafes and restaurants around, and a very convenient supermarket 1 minute away. P Master bedroom is extremely tight and has almost no place to hang clothes. There is no actual living room. The TV and dining table are in one of the rooms. But that's as advertised, I guess. When we arrived the elevator didn't work, which wasn't great with luggage. However, this got fixed the last day of our stay, which helped a lot when bringing luggage down.

• Archana (9/5): A comfortable and conveniently located apartment that’s great for a short stay in Vienna - The apartment was clean, spacious . It’s conveniently located close to public transport and just a short walk from Stadthalle and other local attractions.

• Marta (9/5): Superb - Things We Liked: 1. The location was perfect — just a few steps from the subway. 2. The price was reasonable. However, we stayed during the off-season, so it might be different during peak tourist season. 3. The interior was modern and nicely designed. 4. The kitchen had coffee, tea, and sugar, which was a nice touch. 5. There was a washing machine and a place to dry clothes, which was very convenient. 6. The kitchen was well-equipped with various appliances, such as a microwave and an electric kettle, along with plenty of cutlery. 7. There is an elevator in the building, which is very helpful if you have luggage. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. If I visit Vienna again, I would definitely choose the same apartment. Things That Could Be Improved: 1. There was no cutting board, which made cooking a bit inconvenient. 2. We didn’t know where to throw out the trash, so after three days, the bin was quite full. Also, there were no trash bags—having a few would be really helpful. 3. Since the apartments are in an old Austrian building (though well renovated), the windows are not soundproof. This might be an issue for light sleepers. 4. The hallway door leading to the apartment doors did not have any apartment numbers on it, so it was a bit confusing to figure out which way to go from the staircase.

• Szabolcs (9/5): The price of this apartment is fair. I recommend it. - Close to the metro station and the city centre. There is 3 room. Easy to enter, no need any keys. The apartment is mainly renovated, the kitchen is well equipped. Only the toilet wasn't renovated, I think the fan is not working properly in it
• Ondřej (8/5): Very good - Very nice apartment near Stadthalle and not to far from Schönbrunn. Great for a family or group of friends. If you need to open the windows during the night, you should be prepared, that it can be noisy out there.
