- Robyn (2/5): Wouldnt recommend - Didn't stay at the property as an alarm went off and continued over 3 hours oy 5 minutes after we arrived. The alarm was deafening and could be heard from the street. When messaging/calling for support, we never got clear answers back, and the property tried to get us to fix the alarm system rather than send someone out to the property. They refused a refund after the issues we were having, and we advised we could not stay with the noise without the risk of hearing damage. The property then had the audacity to try to charge another £250 for damages that were already existing when we got to the property a week after our "stay".

- Natasha (7/5): - The beds were comfortable Fridge was cold Hundreds of pieces of broken glass everywhere outside on the patio when i went to smoke,which i had to try and sweep up,i brought glass back into our flat on my shoes not realising until my daughter trod on one..found broken glass under one of the beds.Cigerette butts thrown all over the patio floor.Pillows were old and gave us bad necks so we had to go buy our own.My white socks turn black,realizing the floors were dirty,probably not mopped before we stayed i had to throw two pairs in the bin they were so black,lots of dust and other peoples hair were also stuck to my socks not pleased about the cleanliness of the floor and around the beds.No fan in this heat,no full length mirror.Dining chair and table were very wonky,we couldn't sit on one of the chairs.Also the shower head is loose and does not stay upright so I had to hold the shower head to wash.The bins outside were always blocking our access so we had to keep moving big rubbish bins to get in and out of the front of the accommodation.The hoover that is in our wardrobe had not been emptied so i either had to do that myself or hang my clothes next to a dirty hoover.I had a single quilt but the cover was for a double quilt so kept getting tangled in my quilt.

- Mark (4/5): Disappointing - Reasonable location Fact we had to pay either a deposit or extra to rent. Absolutely not made clear before booking. Cheap furniture and fittings. Main front door lock not working
- Tim (1/5): Useless, couldn't access the flat and host kept my money - The host didn't send the access details in time. I phoned 6 times but never got an answer. I had to stay in another hotel, and the host refused to refund me.
