Οι κουρτίνες black out ειναι μικρές για τα ανοίγματα των παραθύρων και έτσι δεν φτάνουν για να καλύψουν τον ήλιο το πρωί και γενικά τον φωτισμό απο έξω. Λείπει ένας φούρνος μικροκυμάτων. Λείπουν οι κρεμάστρες όταν μπαίνεις. Το πάρκινγκ στη γυρω περιοχή σε ωρες αιχμής ειναι δύσκολο. Δεν θα το έλεγα value for money κατάλυμα.

Wonderful, friendly and responsive host. Spotless clean. Modern sleek interior. The most comfortable bedroom with a lovely little balcony. A huge living room with a massive, gorgeously decorated terrace accessed by a patio door. Large couch which doubles as a super comfy bed. Functional kitchen with all the necessary utensils and items for home cooking. Powerful shower. Safe private access with a lift. Cannot recommend this accommodation enough Nothing!

Αργά το βράδυ είναι τα καταστήματα κλειστά και έχει πάντα πάρκινγκ.Μοσχομύριζε! - Το κατάλυμα είναι στο Κέντρο της Γλυφαδας παρόλα αυτά ήσυχο και πεντακάθαρο. Μοσχομύριζε κατά την άφιξη μας. Εχετε στο μπαλκόνι δύο μεγάλες όμορφες γλάστρες αλλά λογικά δν προλάβατε να τοποθετήσετε φυτά. Είναι κρίμα ένα τόσο προσεγμένο σπίτι να μην έχει αυτή την τόσο μικρή λεπτομέρεια. Οχι ότι στιγματίζει φυσικά, είμαι σίγουρη πως το λάβετε υπόψιν.

The balcony was lovely for our morning coffee and breakfast. Great appliances and kitchen to make our own breakfast at home. The location is great. Very close to the shops and the waterfront. The host was very receptive to any questions I had Not a major issue, but the apartment is right next to the open-air theatre. This can be noisy with the sound and vibrations from the movie being heard until past 11pm.

• Kosta (10/5): Book this place for your quick time through Athens. Ioannis is a Top Host! - The place was the perfect size for two people, suitable for a stay of about 2-4 days in the Glyfada area. You are minutes away from the most desirable suburb of Athens. Restaurants, shopping, beach - it's all here, in a safe neighborhood with mid to high-level income type of crowds. A few of the best Cafes are here, drawing crowds of people, perfect for people watching. The apartment was super cute with a massive balcony to boot. Living area, kitchenette, Queen-size bed (very comfy) and great pillows, bathroom, although on the narrow side, felt spacious and open. Everything worked in the place, including both A/C units, stove, TV, lighting, and huge closets. Ioannis set up this place very efficiently and comfortably. Yes, I would return, wouldn't even hesitate. There's also an excellent Italian restaurant right next door. It's a cozy spot with no extra noise, just great food. Ioannis was ALWAYS available to answer any questions and make your stay pleasant. Outside the building could have been a bit cleaner, but that's not the fault of the apartment owner. Ioannis promised to fix this himself if the owner did not. Not much, if anything, to complain about.

It was in a good location, less than a minute walk away from the tram line, a few minutes walk away from the beach and the main high streets with plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. 25 minutes taxi ride to Athens, which cost around €18, which was great for us as we wanted to explore the main city! The property was clean and prepared for our arrival well, we even had bottles of water in the fridge ready for us which was a great touch. The property was furnished well, with all the amenities you would need to be comfortable for however long your stay might be. The property owner was really helpful and attentive when needed, overall we had a great stay and would recommend this to others! Only downfall is there is an amazing open air cinema just behind the apartment complex, meaning when certain action films are being played at 9pm-11pm it can vibrate a little through the apartment. (Even with this, we would still recommend staying at this apartment and visiting the open air cinema, as the windows and doors did stop the majority of all noise and it’s a cute evening out)

Those pillows are incredible, like sleeping on clouds, would love to buy them for myself if possible to buy in the UK-let me know if you know please. The interior of the flat is very stylish and the air con is amazing. Lovely balcony too, we loved sitting there for our breakfast and late night drinks. The blinds in the bedroom could be better, but I need pitchblack environment to sleep so other people will probably be fine as my husband had no complaints 😃 Nothing to do with the property or host, but the beaches are really not great around this area, was surprised by this tbh.

All furniture was very high quality. The facilities worked well including the washing machine, shower etc. Nothing!

• Costel (10/5): O vacanta frumoasă - The apartment was recently renovated with all the facilities you need and a large enough terrace, it is located very close to the center and several beaches, many restaurants in the area and cafes. Ianis a very kind man and very cooperative with everything I requested, he even bought beach towels when I asked him if he offers this service. when leaving, I left two t-shirts in the apartment and Ianis personally came to Athens to bring them to me, very nice of him. thanks for everything!!! More like a recommendation, on booking there are pictures of two apartments, you don't know when you make the reservation which apartment you booked until after you make the payment, unfortunately I got the smaller apartment of the two and it was a bit uncomfortable for 3 people, the fact that we stayed for 4 nights didn't bother us so much as to spoil our vacation. The recommendation would be for the website to show which apartment you are renting before you pay.
• Salma (10/5): A great apartment right in the heart of Glyfada. - Everything q about this apartment is great, the host (Ioannis) was very communicative and helpful, always making sure everything is good with the apt, the location is central just 1 minute walk to the main shopping street and very close the beach. the apartment was very modern and super clean and smelled great, the bed was extra comfortable , great value for money specially in glyfada where this is not a common thing. will be going back for sure.

Nice stylish interior with greek vintage vibe, the interior where attention was paid to every detail 2. Excellent positioning in Glyfada 3. High-quality conditioners, you can turn off the led lights for better sleep 4. High quality mattress and bed sheets/pillows — the owner put his heart in your good sleep 5. Shampoos, blankets, new Panasonic ionic hair dryer — everything you need is here and of high quality 6. If you want to eat there is a kitchen with coffee machine, batch of teas and beautiful luxury terrace with designer furniture So if you are a connoisseur of aesthetics and authentic Athens vintage vibe choose these appartments 👌 I didn't have time to find it)
