• Chad (10/5): Great place for a getaway and recharge - Location was perfect as we were going to see The Teskey Brothers at The Blues Festival at Kurrawa Park. The instructions were great but the entry from the 3rd level car park to Tower 1 was difficult as the swipe card to let us in made a sound that normally means “Denied” or Error and flashes red, even though it worked. There were a few other people that thought they had the wrong entry point as well. Other than that, everything was great!
• Trish (3/5): We will never stay at this apartment again - The Fridge and the television and the beds were comfortable There was very little hot water for showers and was not hot enough to shave with. My wife was not able to have a shower after me as there was NO hot water. The parking cost us $120 to exit. This was unexpected.

• Emma (5/5): If you want a cheap place to stay with good location but only 1 key was a pain and picking up the key down the road was - Location, gym and pool Getting the key was a pain, unclean sheets and towels (stains), only 1 key

• Dewayne (6/5): - Location was great Restaurants were hard to get into, our room was average. The wait time for lifts were bad. Main tv was malfunctioning so kids were not happy in our down/chill time.

• Julius (10/5): Excellent amenities located right at the Star Casino - The amenities itself are new and well provisioned. There was a high pitched ringing noise that came on intermittently. It's not due to the apartment itself. Management was very responsive when I reported this.
• Diana (10/5): Loved the central location to the casino and the apartment was lovely with beautiful views. - We loved the unit it was beautifully appointed and had a lovely view over the hinterland. The facilities were amazing and loved the bbq area on the 20th floor. Would be nice to host a birthday party up there. The only thing will be when the new tower opens you will be directly looking into someone else’s apartment. No parking was also inconvenient.

• Yvonne (7/5): Good - Bed was comfortable amenities were great. No parking close by. Picking the key up across the road. Having to drive to two separate places before walking 1km to lift. Pillows were horrible flat with no comfort at all.
• Diane (9/5): Location perfect with short walks into the heart of Broadbeach and to the beach itself. - Location - we went down to Broadbeach for the Country Groundwater Festival. The unit is located next door to the casino and you can enter through the casino or around the side. It is a short walk into Broadbeach and to all of the venues for the festival and then you have the casino right there for drinks, dinners, breakfast. The unit gave you access to the pool and spa which was lovely with views for miles. There is also a gym and a steam room. Also communication with the owner was amazing and assisted with any questions we had in a very timely manner making the stay smooth and easy. The pillows, they were terrible. My suggestion - take your own. Otherwise it was great.
• Kirsty (8/5): Very good - The bed was really comfortable Location of the room keys was unprofessional. And there was no milk for tea or coffee.
• Ryan (8/5): Very good - Nice and good location The checking process was difficult instructions to pick up the key was at a 7/11 across the road no one can give you any information about the accommodation it’s just a place to pick up and drop off keys. The accommodation has no parking available unless you want to pay $35 at the casino parking or again travel to another location to park the car. that needs to be improved. Apart from those things it was a really nice place to stay staff were very helpful. I did have to call for help and they were very friendly and easy to talk too. Overall a great place to stay
• Lindarose (6/5): Pleasant - The bed the view and amenities The apartment everytime we left and came inside it had a odour Also found apartment floors weren't cleaned inside cupboards and draws were not wiped out bathmat in bathroom dirty so I washed and dried handtowel and bathmat also white we didn't use we bought our own bowels vacunm cleaner didn't work we swept floors before settling as my daughter has really bad allergies
• Nicole (5/5): Disappointed - It was close to everything I needed Picking up and returning the key from a different location. Couches were uncomfortable and dirty. Bed is only a double and the linen and pillows were average considering the cost per night.
