• Maria Victoria (10/5): - I booked this hotel to attend the Canton Fair. I read several reviews of different hotels, and I chose this one because it is to 200 meters of a shopping mall and Subway (line 21), very easy to get the fair from there. I also wanted a place with a washing machine, and this hotel has one in every room. There are many restaurants in the surroundings. The staff is always connected and they respond very fast to your texts. They don't speak english but they use the translator, it is not the best way to communicate but they do their best. Important, whatsapp is blocked in China and you need a VPN to use it. What they use in the country is Wechat. Google is also blocked, and google play. They pay everything with Electronic wallet, but only from China, I downloaded Alipay, it is very good and you can book DDI taxi (it is like Uber). You can fill the arrival card for customs. It would be perfect to have a clothesline to hang out the laundry.

• Svetlana (10/5): - The staff is always available and promptly resolves any issues. The room is big with high ceilings. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes from the metro. I would be happy to come back when I am in Guangzhou!

Балкон вроде есть - но 1 квм. В комнате большие тараканы. Стены из за влаги в плохом состоянии. Фотографии прилагаются. Мы приехали в2 часа ночи по этому должны были там остаться. Не смотря что платили за 6 ночи- утром побежали оттуда

• Rauan (10/5): Nice! - I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent – just a 2-3 minute walk from Shenzhou Lu metro station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. One of the things I really liked was the shopping mall right next to the hotel. It has a variety of stores, a supermarket with high-quality products, and several dining options, including McDonald’s and KFC. The area itself is also nice for simply walking around and relaxing. The apartment was overall very good – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also want to highlight the hotel staff – they were very helpful and attentive, and I truly appreciate their assistance. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

• Lucia (9/5): Would 1000% repeat - All the staff I met (reception and cleaners) were really friendly, good location next to the metro (30-35min. away from Canton Fair Complex). The bed and pillows are really comfortable, big space, balcony, washing machine,... It's clean in general, but for example, they came every day to change towels and make the bed, but they didn't clean the bathroom mirror and basin for a week. The kitchen is not really useful as you don't have anything to cook (there's an extractor but no stove/microwave, also no plates o cutlery)

• Virendra (7/5): My stay at Livetour hotel at Shrnzhoulu - About 100 meter to subway station - ShenzhouLu (shenzhou road). It takes about 35 minutes to reach Canton fair. So many eating joints around including Macdonald and KFC etc. Room was smaller than 40 meter square as described while booking. Kitchenette didn't have any hot plate, not serving any purpose. No breakfast
• Saksham (10/5): Home away from home - The ultra cooperative staff and wonderful service by the staff made me feel like home. Just one call, and you get everything at any point of time. They even helped us book the cabs. Really recommend the service. Would like to stay again in this hotel whenever i am in Guangzhou.

The Receptionist is friendly and helpful.Easy access to the room via a code. Some good choice of eating out and shopping in the area. The cleanliness is unsatisfactory for a hotel accommodation. The WiFi is poor and did not work . Same for the TV. There is some significant noise coming from outside due to lack of good insulation of the windows.

• Mot (7/5): The staffs are nice but the rooms should be renovated a bit more presentable. - Very close to metro. Very convenient to get food and groceries. A bit noisy at nights as there is big construction near by. A bit annoying with the pounding sound made by the renovation on one of the floor downstairs and or because of the construction(not very clear though). Apart from those sounds, thr room is comfortable. However the couch is a bit worn out. The standard room was the sad choice for me.
