• Sabine (9/5): Je recommande cet appartement pour son emplacement et son confort - Bel appartement, avec de beaux volumes et très bien équipé avec un petit extérieur a 40 minutes à pied du centre de Florence ou 15 minutes en bus. Le propriétaire nous a remis les clés à notre arrivée avec une visite des lieux. Bonne literie, environnement calme, propreté du logement rien à dire. Quartier vivant avec également des commerces et de bon restaurant à proximité Un petit couac de communication a notre arrivée, mauvaise information sur l'arrêt de la ligne de bus la plus proche ce qui nous a obligé a trainer nos valises sur un long trajet alors qu'un arrêt se trouve à 2 pas de l'appartement.

• Gwyndolyn (9/5): Great stay, very much enjoyed the property and we were very comfortable - Very close to bus stop, easy to get around. Walking distance to cafes, grocery store, and a few good restaurants. The apartment itself was big and had a nice living room area to hang out in. The bedrooms were also spacious and the crib already set up was a welcome addition for our stay. The bath tub was also nice to have, none of the other places we stayed in Italy had one! Could have included a few coffee pods/tea bags for the first morning

• Meliha (9/5): - The location was fantastic. Bus stop at the corner, you can take bus 23 and you will get the centrum for 10 minutes, near the apartment has everything - good restaurant for take way, supermarkets and etc. No coffee capsules at the apartment

Приємний хлопець, який заселяв нас. Непогана локація, автобусна остановка прям поряд з будинком. Класна кухня, така автентична. Головне- це паркінг,але це мабуть у всій Флоренції, парковка платна і ще потрібно знайти, де припаркуватись. Також в апартаментах треба зробити апгрейд, білизна вже виглядає дуже втомлено, кондиціонер протікає, садочок занедбаний. Як то кажуть, є нюанси, але якщо доробити все це, то буде клас
• Sarfaraj (7/5): Nice and clean apartment - The place was very quite and peaceful. They also kitchen garden. Very far from train station.
• Kacey (4/5): It was okay - The location was close to a bus stop that took you into the city centre, the house was large good for 4 adults The bedroom had mould down the wall where the aircon was leaking constantly, the backyard was overgrown, the kitchen was poorly equipped and dirty dishes, the exhaust over the oven was broken, the dishwasher was fully loaded when we arrived, we only were given one rubbish bag for a 5 day stay.
• Bo (7/5): Spacious apartment - Spacious apartment. 2 bedrooms. Large bathroom with bathtub and shower. Fast internet. Check in and out without problems. Drying rack for clothes. There is a small garden but it's not well maintained and gets little sun. Cleaning could be better. Especially the cutlery. But the dishwasher was not working well so that's probably the explanation. No place to hang coats near the entrance.

Bus stop at the corner, amazing pizza shop, pastry cafe, and wonderful restaurant ….all at the roundabout within a 2 min walk Not supplied with water or coffee to as least get us started on our first day until could find a market. We never did find one close by.

• Andreea (8/5): Nice staying - Very clean accommodation. You have all you need as facilities. The shower works very well. You have also hot tube and shower. Beds very comfortable. Access to interior garden. Apartment very spacious. You have at the entrance buses to the central places. Restaurant near the apartment which is very 😊 The host who handled us the keys has made us pay a tax because we have arrived after 21 with only 4 minutes. The kitchen is not equipped very well, but you have the essentials :microwave, oven, fridge.

• Victoria (9/5): Superb - We liked the apartment, it's huge, and clean, everyone has his or her own space, the garden is lovely! The location is also good, 30 min of walk to the centre. The bus stop is 50 meters from the front door. It's a little noisy from the street if you want to sleep with the windows open. If you close the window and sleep with air conditioning on, it's ok.

Very helpful people iin the area. We struggled to get to the apartment from Firenze Novella train station. The Guidance from the host could have been better.

• Zeljko (9/5): Superb - Great spacious apartment with yard, good location, bus 23 that goes to center is just in front with station. Apartman is for 10, but agency is running it and they are not like real hosts, most important for them is to collect the money and they dont give your good instructions for enything, like for example parking! It is not just blue line and to pay parking like they said to me, you must watch over also for sign for cleaning the streets or your car can be removed and that happened to me!
