• Catherine (10/5): Relaxing stay in Seville - Cosy, modern apartment in traditional old building. In a peaceful street but close to loads of bars, restaurants and bustle in a genuine Seville neighbourhood. Best tapas bar in little plaza just 10 minute walk on the way to town centre. Gentle stroll to main monuments: Alcazar, Cathedral, La Giralda. We loved relaxing on the two spacious outside balcony areas which were very welcome in the daytime heat. Saw some wonderful Flamenco in a little courtyard on C. San Luis. All good but be aware there is no lift to top floor.

• Ann (6/5): Property needs repairs. - No safe. Balcony and terrace unpleasant and require refurbishment. Outdoor furniture also poor - very uncomfortable. Kitchen stools in need of repair. Kitchen tap loose. Communication with agent not great compared to others we’ve used.

We loved both terraces and sat there a lot. Quiet appartment in lively neighbourhood, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We explored the whole city on foot.

• Boseda (8/5): I loved the apartment & I felt very safe and re there. - Loved the outside spaces & heater to warm the place up on an evening when it got cold. I guess like most people all the stairs and there were alot. Wish it had a washing machine.

• Andreea (9/5): Friendly host, nice apartment - The location is about 23 minutes away from the centre. The place is safe, quiet. The communication with the owner was very easy and quick. The apartment is modern. Would recommend. We stayed for 1 week, so a broom to clean would have been useful.
• Mark (10/5): The location was great in a more residential area but the local cafes bars and restaurants were very friendly and 10 min - Very quiet and the terrace was great. No lift i was ok but my friend struggled as he is on a crutch and we were 3 floors up.
• Lin (7/5): Good - Terrace 1. The manager said that they would send us the information for check in one day before our arrival but they didn’t. I asked about the check in information on my day of arrival at 10ish via booking and whatsapp and only received a very unclear guidance (and not in a professional manner) two hours later when I sent the messages for the third time. 2. The bed linen (quilt cover) is not available when we arrived and we had to ask them again to know where to find it (as it’s hidden under the bed closet in the bedroom no way we would find it by ourselves). 3. No information on Wi-Fi and again I had to ask. 4. If your group is more than three people, better find somewhere else as the sofa bed is a torture. I have never experienced such an uncomfortable bed in my entire life. 5. It’s a little far away from the main attractions.

• Silvia (10/5): Super nice apartment in a friendly, comfy neighborhood - The apartment is perfectly equipped even for a longer stay (workation). You find Cafés, restaurants, bakery, market, supermarket etc. In proximity, 20min walk to the lively city center. The host is very friendly and helpful. We felt at home right from the beginning. Will come back!

We have stayed for 2 nights, but it is definitely worth staying for longer, and the apartment has everything you need. The location is good, in quiet neighbouring, but not far from the centre. • Zdeněk (10/5): Perfect place, recommended - Perfect appartment/flat in nice part of the city. It is not directly close to the heart of Sevilla, but the place is wonderful, quiet, with anything you need nearby. However you can get to the cathedral and palace on foot. -
