It was very nice , maybe needs a freshen up with paint as was looking a bit tired in places but still very nice place to stay, a bottle of water for arrival would be nice and a few more condiments would be great.

• Moniek (8/5): We hebben ons prima vermaakt - De ruimte, het buiten terras met tuin tafel, bank en ligstoelen , en de locatie. Onderweg naar appartement bericht gestuurd dat we onderweg waren en op van te voren gemelde tijd zouden aankomen, geen reactie en geen ontvangst. Stonden voor dichte poort niemand bij de receptie, gebeld werd ons verteld dat er we moesten wachten toto er weer iemand bij de receptie zou zijn of als andere mensen in of uit zouden gaan naar binnen moesten gaan… Er zou een baby bed klaar staan werd er gezegd. Bij aankomt geen baby bed, contact persoon gebeld die zei dat die in de kast stond. die moesten we zelf (zonder beschrijving) dus maar in elkaar zetten om onze baby naar bed te kunnen brengen. De badkamer rook niet bepaald fris (urine) en de wc was niet erg schoon. Er was maar 1 handdoek per persoon voor 4 dagen en ook niet eens een extra wc rol. Geen zeep en handdoek in de keuken (ook niks aan koffie, thee of water) We waren met z’n 5e dus vroegen om een extra sleutel en pas voor de poort, geen reactie.. zelf bij receptie gevraagd die heeft de contactpersoon gebeld en in overleg met haar mochten we voor €20,- een pas voor de poort kopen, heel bijzonder.. Het enige moment dat ons werd gevraagd of alles naar wens was , was dat we al in het vliegtuig terug naar huis zaten.
• Emilio (9/5): Fenomenal apartamento en pleno Puerto Banús, con todas las calidades. Perfecto para familias. - El apartamento es fantástico. Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. El mobiliario de calidad, las camas muy cómodas y los baños amplios y con muy buena calidad. No creo que haya muchos apartamentos de esta calidad en Puerto Banús. Y el acceso a las zonas comunes y piscinas, perfecto para niños. Un 10. Gracias Sarah! Quizás haya que revisar las humedades del apartamento, tanto en habitaciones como en baños. Pero nada que incomode o reduzca la calidad general.

• Carla (9/5): Lovely apartment and great location, would stay again. - Convenient location, close to supermarket and marina, nice and clean, outdoor seating area. Also two pool, and could pay 1 euro for a sun bed if you didn't want to lay on the grass. A few condiments would've been nice, enough toilet roll for the stay, a little washing powder and a bottle of water on arrival would also be nice. Its small touches like this that are appreciated especially when paying a lot for accommodation.

• Imarna (10/5): Amazing - The entire property was beautiful, it was so clean and immaculate throughout. The location was perfect with only a 3 minute walk to the front of the port, shops and bars a stones throw away but best of all, it was in a secure gated residency so it felt very safe. It was modern throughout with stunning gardens and terrace areas where we could relax. The host was so accommodating and kind, communication and response time was impeccable. I will definitely be re-visiting and would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Banus. Perfect for couples, girls holiday and families! Not a bad thing to say.

• Amandeep (9/5): Superb - Wow! What an apartment! Myself and two friends stayed in Sarah's stunning apartment and everything was great! The apartment itself was very clean, modern and had a lovely garden area! The location was phenomenal as all the recommended restaurants/ clubs and beaches were near walking distance. Only time we took an uber was to Nikki Beach. Communication with Sarah was fantastic, she responded quickly and also was very accommodating when we asked for an iron and other things! The communal pool was lovely and clean and there were 4 pools in total so lots of space! Beds were very comfy and clean and we had a smart TV in one of the rooms as well as the living rooms. the entire apartment looked like a showroom, incredible! It is honestly perfect for a friends or family holiday, I cannot fault it and i will most definitely be back! There were only a few things that could improve. - The fuse kept turning off when we put the oven on which led us to not being able to use this. However i informed Sarah she fixed this quickly but it continued to happen after. - one of the shower heads pressure was low - cameras are installed in the living room which is understandable although i did feel like we didn't have much privacy which did change our experience slightly as we felt we were being watched. - But overall it was fantastic and with little twerks it would be the perfect stay in Marbella, Puerto Banus
