• Pavel (9/5): Good place to stay - The host was very helpful and tried to assist with every request. The location is extremely good. The only AC unit located in the living room wasn’t powerful enough for such a large apartment.
• Timur (10/5): - The apartment is located 3 minutes from the beach. There are many shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The owner of the apartment works nearby and met us to give us the keys. The owner was very friendly, sociable, and helped us with all our problems. The apartment has a washing machine, refrigerator, two bedrooms, and a large kitchen-dining room. The bathroom is comfortable, and there were no problems with the water. The air conditioner was weak, but overall, it was enough.

• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Very hospitable host, location of the property is outstanding, proximity to the beach, groceries are located within short walking distance, very clean, neaty district, cozy rooms, comfortable furniture, great sets of kitchenware and utensils. This place become my second home.
• Pavel (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect. Groceries, dining, beach, park - everything is just outside the doorstep. Historical center is 20 minutes away by taxi. The owner is a hospitable and polite man. Always ready to help and attentive to tenant's needs.
