• Valerie (10/5): It has everything you want. - It was in a great location. Surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants, markets and tourist attractions. It was very clean. The host has thought of everything you could possibly want. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Very quiet at night. No street noise. Felt safe. Home away from home. Would stay here again. The lift only goes to the 6th floor and the apartment is on the next level. It’s not a problem until you do 12 hours of walking and sightseeing.

La place de parking très accessible dans un parking couvert. Et la situation dans le centre-ville parfaite.La communication avec Dorliana très facile. RAS

• FRANCISCO (9/5): Agradable estancia en un apartamento coqueto y bien dotado - Apartamento muy coqueto y cómodo, aunque se encuentra en un edificio que no le hace justicia. Un diez para la anfitriona: atenta, comprensiva y agradable. El edificio es algo incómodo, con un ascensor deteriorado y olores a tuberías. Hay que subir un tramo de escalaras para acceder al ático, lo que puede ser un inconveniente para personas con movilidad reducida.
• Martin (10/5): Great property for exploring Oviedo and surrounding area - The appartment is fantastic and it’s furnished with everything you could possibly need. The location is great and it comes with parking. Terrific wifi is also a bonus If you have a large car you might find you have to manoeuvre a bit when parking - the parking space is generous but the location of a concrete column needs to be considered when parking

• Fuensanta (10/5): Espectacular - Nos encantó todo Los vecinos de abajo no saben subir ni bajar las persianas, deberían aprender un poco de civismo.
• Carmen Maria (5/5): Aceptable - La ubicación No tenía aire acondicionado. Estuvimos en agosto, en plena ola de calor y no pudimos descansar por las noches del calor que hacía. Es un ático, arriba está la terraza y la temperatura del apartamento no era agradable, demasiado claro y no teníamos aire acondicionado ni ventilador en todas las habitaciones
• Maria (10/5): Bonito, equipado y muy accesible a todo! - La ubicación es perfecta, ya que hay de todo alrededor, como tiendas de comestibles, farmacias.. y a muy poquito andando a la catedral, etc., el apartamento con todos los detalles posibles, super bien equipado, muy bonito, y con parking que nos ha facilitado la estancia allí 100%!!!! Ibamos con nuestra bebé de 11 meses y tienen cuna, trona, una bañera portátil, todo fenomenal. Estamos muy muy contentos de haber elegido este apartamento, sin duda, si volvemos a Oviedo, los elegiremos de nuevo. No puedo decir nada!

The parking situation was fabulous; having a place to easily park the car and be able to come and go without paying was wonderful. The location of the apartment and the parking was terrific as well.
