• Şimşek (10/5): Çok keyifli bir konaklama - Kapalı Otopark olması büyük avantaj. Konumu çok iyi. Ev çok zevkli döşenmiş ve her türlü ihtiyaç için imkan var. Bulaşık makinesi, kurutuculu çamaşır makinesi dahi mevcut. Ev sahibi çok ilgili ve yardımsever.

• Joanna (4/5): Looks good, but very uncomfortable. - The location is good, close to the Sea Garden. The flat looked nice and new, with modern furniture, appliances, and kitchen utensils. Everything felt of good quality. The tumble dryer was also very useful, and the flat was well cleaned. The main drawback of the flat is that it’s on the ground floor and it's door is directly on the sidewalk, rather than accessing it through a building entrance. That significantly affects privacy. When the door is open, people walking by can see straight inside, which feels uncomfortable. Opening the window isn’t much better, as it faces tge open space infront of a neighboring nail salon. The space would likely be more suitable for a shop or a small salon rather than a flat. The flat is also quite damp.. If you don’t want to keep the door or windows open, it becomes stuffy. There are air conditioners in both rooms, which helps, but if you don’t like to use air conditioners, it isn’t ideal. One positive aspect was the tumble dryer, which was very convenient for drying bathing suits and clothes. Otherwise they wouldn't dry. In the photos, the flat appears to have a small garden, but in reality it’s part of the sidewalk fenced off with tall plants. While this provides a little privacy, it still didn’t feel comfortable to use the space, as you’re essentially sitting next to people passing by. The flat has also smaller than expected, about 40-45sqm. Overall, for short stays it might be manageable, but for a longer stay, I wouldn’t recommend it.

• Adnana (9/5): Nice apartament - -I liked the layout of the apartment, modern and beautiful. Located close to the beach and the city center, it helped us not to use the car. I liked the underground parking because I had the car safe. I liked the coffe machine and also was a lot of capsules, i loved this. I didn't like that we didn't receive the check-in instructions in a timely manner and we had to wait in front of the buildings to worry that we wouldn't be able to check in. Even though we arrived at 5:00 PM, we still hadn't received the check-in instructions. The instructions were quite unclear, without photos and delayed. The air conditioning in the living room didn't work :( we had to turn it on manually by always climbing on a chair to operate it manually. The air in the apartment is quite closed, the apartment is only ventilated through the bedroom and at night it becomes quite unpleasant not to have fresh air in the living room, we also opened the entrance door so that we had fresh air in the living room. It seems quite dark since the apartment is on the ground floor and it's not exactly a cool vibe. The shower gel and toilet paper were too little for 4 nights 5 days, more toilet paper and shower gel should be put in.
• Moenes (5/5): Passable - The apartment was clean and well designed We had a special circumstances, unfortunately) that we had to leave the apartment after only one night and we asked gentenly to have a refund for the other 2 nights ( or part of it ). The owner refused to do that without even asking about the reason. It was tough and not fair !!! We left the apartment clean and arranged as we took it.

• Jürgen (4/5): Will never come back. - The interior was nice. It was very dark in the appartement. And the worst thing was the construction work in the adjacent appartment. I had to work the half day, which was absolutely not possible with the noise level.

One toilet for 4 people is terrible! I’m not gonna go there for sure !!! For that kind of money you can go Grece with free parking better food and more nice place !!!
