• Derk-Jan (8/5): Nice stay outside of downtown, clean and comfortable. - Nice place to stay. Somewhat out of the city, but with good connection with trams every 5 to 15mins. Neighborhood is ok, quiet, but with a few shops, restaurants and facilities sprinkled around. Some printed/laminated explanations about the property, transportation, neighborhood and city in English would definitely be a good improvement. I can find my way, but it can make a persons stay a lot more comfortable if you have something to fall back on.

• Raffaele (9/5): Spazioso, confortevole e ben servito - Gradevolissimo appartamento, pulito e ben curato nei dettagli. Il riscaldamento rende l'ambiente caldo e confortevole nel periodo invernale. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario e la doccia è comoda e spaziosa. Un kit, anche basico, per la colazione sarebbe cosa più che gradita. Un paio di cialde per il caffè e una bottiglietta d'acqua avrebbero fatto la differenza per una recensione a pieni voti.

• Inirida (10/5): Cozy and comfortable apartment! You will love it - We had a great stay at the apartment with a super convenient location for our purpose: near Polimi - Bovisa Campus. The flat is very conveniently located and moving around Milan is easy. The apartment is nice and neat with a very comfortable bed. Stylish decor and very clean with everything you need. Clear instructions sent in advance by the host. Check-in and Check-out process was also very easy. Overall, it was a perfect stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Milan. If we ever come back, we'd love to go back to this one again.
• Meindert (10/5): Very nice. Will choose this apartment again. - Nice spacious apartment. Somewhat noise from naighbours. But not to much. Check the main light in living room. It is only red. Bed is a bit wobbly
• Maha (7/5): Cute place but plan your location and check in/out - This is a clean, spacious and very well equipped apartment at santa rosa. Definitely a nice place to stay if you need to stay in this area, but do keep in mind that it is quite far away from the city crnter (duomo area) and there is only one tram that takes you there in about 35-40mins. So this is not an ideal location for a tourist, but i booked this knowing that as i needed to be in that area, but i would say i think its overpriced for its location. I think the biggest negative thing i would say about this accomodation is key collection and checking in. After making the non-refundable booking, i received a message that check ins are only accepted until a certain time and that later check ins would be charged extra (i believe upto €60) and later check in after 1.45am would need to wait until the next morning. This was problematic because we came from Florence and had to change our plans to avoid being charged extra. Finally, check out was at 10am which is unreasonably early in my opinion. We asked to stay for an extra 30mins until our ride to the airport arrived but were not accomodated. This meant that we just stood outside during the heatwave until out driver (who was unfortunately also late) came. That wasnt very pleasant- we were hot and sweaty even before out trip started.
• Sajid (4/5): Terrible; wont choose again even if I am offered for free. - It is a good location and the apartment is good sized. The apartment is well equiped. I was made to wait more than 90 minutes for the keys. The person over the phone said they do not have people to send for check in as they are busy. The people were rude. The property was dirty with cobwebs and ants crawling.
