• Klavdiya (10/5): хорошая квартира, отличное расположение - Были в Риме в мае 2026 года. Превосходная квартира, расположена от всех достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности, в квартире все есть, рядом много ресторанов, кофеин, кафе, магазинчиков, в квартире все есть, хозяин очень приветливый, рассказал, показал, посоветовал много разный мест куда можно сходить. Спасибо ванная комната. нужен ремонт.

• Holly (7/5): Fantastic location and lovely manager. - Absolutely amazing location a short walk from a square with loads of restaurants and shops right next door to a lovely little café Perfect!! The manager was fantastic with his communication and was there waiting for us on arrival. Unfortunately the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable and the bathroom needed updating. The mirror was cracked and the shower doors were broken. The shower also wasn’t great definitely needs a refer.
• Cachop1957 (7/5): Good location for sightseeing - - Excellent location with good nearby cafe bar. - It was clean & tidy. - Good storage space in bedrooms. - Adequate accommodation for a short sightseeing stay in Rome. It should be made clear that access to the apartment is up 34 steps! We found the mattresses & pillows rather uncomfortable.
• Géraldine (7/5): Séjour agréable au cœur de Rome - Très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée. Nous avons pu arriver plus tôt et les gestionnaires de l’établissement sont réactifs et arrangeants. La qualité de la literie est franchement mauvaise, et ce pour tous les lits. Lits durs, dont on sent les ressorts. Compte tenu du prix de la prestation, un effort pour fournir une literie de qualité s’impose vraiment.
• Mads (8/5): Great location - Nice location in a quiet street, close to busy areas . Close to a lot of nice places, tourist attractions and restaurants. Specious apartment with all needed amenities. . The single beds on the loft were not comfortable. Springs could be felt through madress and one bed was very noisy.

• JEAN FRANCOIS (8/5): Un appartement très pratique et confortable. - Appartement très bien situé, assez grand grâce aux deux autres lits sur mezzanine. Le canapé était cassé il avait déjà été réparé. Pas du tout commode. Pas assez de luminosité.
• Lauren (9/5): - The location was amazing. We traveled with our 12 and 10 year old and it was an easy walk to all major sights. There were lots of food options nearby. The apartment was charming and had so much character. We would stay again. The couch is very uncomfortable so there is no where is sit and relax after a long day. But the apartment was very clean and inviting so the couch is certainly not a dealbreaker.

• Nathan (5/5): Passable - The location The temperature is controlled by the owner remotely and they kept it so hot the whole time. Even after asking for the owner to be contacted to lower the temp it was not. Also the fan provided did not work
• Sara (7/5): All in all, I would recommend the stay here 😊 - Location of the property is great, and it was very easy to take the key from the host. Things to keep in mind when booking: * 2nd floor without the elevator, so it might not be suitable for everyone. * If you are visiting during the colder months, bring warm pajamas. Heating is controlled by the municipality, and you cannot change it according to your wishes/needs. It works from 7am-10am and from 6pm-10pm. We had a couple of colder/rainy nights, and temperatures were lower, and it gets pretty chilly in the apartment. There is air conditioning, but we couldn’t find the controller. In any case I don’t think it is inverter. * Window on the second floor leaks. We weren’t aware of this, and since it was raining, my bed was completely wet. Make sure to position the bed so it is not underneath the window. * Lack of natural (and other types 😅) of lights, apartment is really dark,and even with the lights turned on, it is still pretty dark (especially the second floor which has only 1 small window). Most of the sockets are either in pretty bad condition or don't work. * Lack of soap in the bathroom, 1 roll of toilet paper for 7 night’s stay for 4 people and small things like this…

• Kahn (9/5): Wonderful!! - Location was fabulous and the space was perfect for our family. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We couldn’t find the trash take out location and the mattresses were very uncomfortable

• Heidy (8/5): Great location - This third-story walk up is in a great location inside the historic Jewish ghetto. The espresso machine, efficient AC, wifi, large closet, washing machine, kitchen and convenient location made for fabulous stay. We also appreciated that management let us drop off our bags early. There is a small shop right next store to get fruit and yogurt for breakfast, and the Pantheon was just a ten-minute walk away. We learned a couple weeks after our stay that the Curia di Pompeo - where Caesar was stabbed - was only a block from the apartment. They were preparing to open it to the public when we were there, but it is open now. Also, Grezzo Raw Chocolate on the corner by the turtle fountain has the best ice cream we had in all of Europe. The only negatives were the primary bed was rock hard and the shower was tiny.
• Robert (5/5): Nice place in a great location, very, very poor wifi - with a wifi only TV. Not great with kids - The host arranged a transfer but gave the driver an incorrect contact number which delayed our transfer. Had to wait a further 20 mins once at the property for someone to come and let us in!
• Marta (5/5): Hard or no communication, bringing a feeling of unsafety. - communication with the hosts, answers after 48-72 hours, the wc broken - dangerous usage, the shower not cleaned properly - the water flew back out from the shower
