The apartment is big and has spectacular views and has everything you need! The windows aren’t double glazed - you here all the street and nightlife music

- Christine (9/5): Property was very central to CBD, waterfront views, easy to access was neat, tidy and spacious - The location was very central and easy to access, lots to do and see in the area. The property was neat, tidy and spacious. The property has a wonderful open plan living kitchen, dining, lounge and balcony, with the most beautiful view of the water front/ bay. It was great for our annual gathering to set up a grazing table, sit, talk and watch the days and nights go by out the windows. Strolling into Westfield for groceries and shopping and dining at the cafes and restaurants all in walking distance. Great space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and one car parking space. The property was NOT recently vacuumed nor cleaned, there was dust, fluff, bugs, flies and crumbs on surfaces and floors.
There was LOTS of road noise from the cars, restaurants, pubs, night clubs and nightly loud long rubbish and bottle collections.
We had a lovely stay as five grown adults ladies, who were having an annual catch up. However we don't think it would be suitable for guests wanting restful night sleep, nor for children.
Host should inform guests that when exiting the room, it needs to be locked with the key, as turning the lock on back of door, will reopen after closing door, we didn't realise and each time we returned the room was unlocked.

- Mary (8/5): Great Location at Pier Point 3, we would happily return. - The location of Pier Point 3 was lovely, right on the Geelong Waterfront and walking distance to bars, restaurants and a great coffee shop downstairs. It had a spacious living area and was clean. Our hostess was super helpful and met us with the key. The bathrooms were a little small but we were thankful we had two. The parking was a problem, it was very hard to manoeuvre in and out and only had room for one car in a 3 bedroom apartment was difficult as we found it hard finding a spot for the second car.

- Karen (8/5): - The apartment was fantastic, great size and very comfortable for our group of 5 The provisions were not satisfactory. The soap situation in both bathrooms were very poor. In one bathroom there was 2 empty pump hand soaps.
