• T.Kotlarski (9/5): - Unkomplizierte und freundliche Kontaktaufnahme. Viel Platz und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, alle Küchengerät, die wir bräuchten waren vorhanden. Gut zu erreichen aus der Innenstadt. Die Decken waren für Herbst etwas zu dünn und es gab keine Wolldecke.

• Vanessa (10/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, das Bett wirklich komfortabel und der Blick auf Dresden ist atemberaubend. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war wirklich sauber.
• Angela (8/5): Ein so schöner Urlaub ,wir haben es sehr genossen . - Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen ,sie war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht . Sie liegt so ruhig man kann gut schlafen und Abschalten . Auch wenn der Vermieter nicht vor Ort war ,hat Allesallesder Schlüselübergabe geklappt. Ein Auto braucht man nicht ,die Anbindung zum Öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist prima. Wir denken im Hochsommer ist die Wohnung sehr warm , da werden die Ventilatoren nicht ausreichen . Die Bausubstanz gibt es nicht her ....aber die Dusche ist nichts für jeden . Jeder kann dort nicht duschen ,bei uns ging es noch .

• Aleksandr (10/5): - In 2 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, von der ein Bus in 15 Minuten ins Zentrum von Dresden fährt.
• Gruia (10/5): Exceptional - Huge loft with an exceptional view of Dresda, located in a very quiet neighborhood. It's just WOW ! Showering is a bit tricky due to low ceiling, but this was a minor inconvenient for us.

The apartment is very spacious and has a well-equipped kitchen, suitable also for longer stays. It offers a magnificent view of Dresden, including the famous balloons. There is major bus line going into city center. If you’re looking for an alternative to a cramped “loft” near a busy street – you just found it.
