- Cynthia (7/5): A nice place for 2night stay - The room is clean and comfortable, we can walk to the cable car station . Lots of Chinese restaurants around. The staff are friendly and helpful. You can not wash your underwear, socks with their Washing machine

- Rakan (8/5): Clean and Good location hotel - The hotel is right in front of Zhangjiajie train station, (not the station that you will arrive at ) which is mostly the west railway station ) just a 3-minute walk from the bus station and less than 10 minutes walking to the Tianmen Mountain cable car entrance. It’s within 2-3 bus stops of the hotel, and the surrounding area is full of grocery stores and restaurants. The hotel room was clean and modern, with free laundry service available on the third floor. The staff was friendly, even though they don't speak English—they try to help you explore the area. The room is slightly smaller than most hotel rooms in China. The hotel doesn’t provide breakfast or any other food. If you plan to explore Wulingyuan scenic area, you can take a bus from the bus station for only 30 yuan and it takes 1:30 hours to reach the area.

Personal muy amable y servicial (inglés algo escaso) pero con traductor de movil perfecto. Habitación amplia, agradable con aire y calefacción funcionando. WiFi que iba bien. Baño limpio con cosas de aseo. Hotel bien correcto El primer día el baño olía un poco a las calles después de una fiesta, pero luego desapareció ese olor tras ventilar y la limpieza del dia siguiente.

- Odival (10/5): Estadia prática e confortável! - A localização era ideal para quem visitar a montanha Tianmen. Fica a uma distância de 10 minutos a pé do teleférico. O quarto era muito confortável. O hotel tem lavandaria grátis para os hospedes. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. Deixámos as nossas malas durante o dia porque o nosso comboio era de noite e quando chegámos deram-nos duas águas para a viagem. Gostámos muito! Recomendamos este hotel.

- David (10/5): Great Location and Comfortable Rooms - The staff are friendly and accomdative. The location is adjacent to the train station and the cable car station to Tianmen Mountain is within waking distance. Apparently the more 'metropolitan' part of the city is on the other side of the river. For those who miss KFCs and McDonald's after days of Tujia dishes would find it a bit inconvenient.

- Hui (7/5): Good - Location is great for visiting Tianmen Mountain. It takes only 15 minutes by walk to access Tianmen Mountain and just 10 minutes by taxi to reach the airport. The family room is small and there's no much space for our luggages. The smell of smoke in the room is quite annoying.

- Cynthia (6/5): Good location. - Good location, close to Tianamen cableway station. Room smelled of cigarettes. Small room but for the price and one night it was ok.
- Tommaso (7/5): Good - Very clean rooms, everything new and very responsive and helpful staff. The location is great if you want a place close to the station, but a bit far from the core of the city. The building was a work in progress at the time of my staying, but I guess in few months they'll finish the works.
- Tuomas (10/5): Exceptional - Nice room with comfortable beds, and it's a short walk from the Tianmenshan cable car. Right next to the south railway station and bus station, many HSR trains seem to use the west station but they offered us free pick up from there. People at the reception were helpful though didn't speak much English.
