• leanne (2/5): Renovation required not suitable for adults below 60 - The location was great. Close to the beach front, shops and restaurants, bus stops and market. The apartment was outdated throughout. Smelt of cigarettes and in poor condition. Lots of faults, broken plug sockets, architrave falling off, no power shower. Apartment was not clean on arrival. There was only 1 key between 4 adults which was needed to gain access to the site, the building, the pool in and out which made separation of the group difficult. There is no luggage room for early arrivals and later flights home so we had to waste time both days sitting in the bar outside the complex with our cases. Communication was 1 sided, always a response when the company wanted information but our request were either delayed or ignored.
• Michael (6/5): Ok for location. Not great for feel / comfort if you spend a lot of time in appartment. - Location. Pool. Sea view. Comms and directions for key / access from agent. Snacks on arrival. Washing machine. No lock on balcony door. Old and dated apartment. Needs refurbish / refresh. No aircon. Not an issue in jan/ feb. Would be an issue in hotter months. Non working window blinds. Water / milk would have been nice with snacks.
• Linda (8/5): - Er was geen lawaai.in de appartementen naast ons waren geen bewoners aanwezig.het is niet ver van het strand De schuifdeur naar het terras gaat moeilijk open.

• Arjon (9/5): We hebben genoten. - Het appartement werd erg schoon opgeleverd. De locatie was lekker overal dichtbij. We zaten hoog en hadden daardoor een mooi uitzicht op zee en op de Teide (met sneeuw deze keer). Ons bed was goed, maar de kinderen vonden de losse bedden veel te hard.
• Alessandro (10/5): - Eravamo in tre amici dall'Italia, ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa spaziosa e pulita, un ambiente confortevole, posizione ottima in un quartiere tranquillo, con alcuni locali e pub all'inglese sotto casa molto carini per bersi una birra in compagnia o fare un brunch al mattino. Dalla finestra e dal balcone si poteva vedere l'oceano che era vicino, il balcone spazioso con un tavolo per poter mangiare e sedersi in tre o quattro, e uno stendino per mettere ad asciugare i vestiti. Non abbiamo usato la lavatrice, ma era presente nel bagno. Ho trovato la doccia comoda, sebbene avesse la tenda. Erano presenti un po' di asciugamani, anche alcuni teli da mare nell'armadio. Eravamo al settimo piano e dal balcone potevamo ammirare il complesso abitativo con un grande cortile in mezzo e in là si vedeva la strada e l'oceano. L'ascensore funzionava bene. Ci tornerei molto volentieri , ci siamo trovati bene! Non capivamo come aprire le tende del balcone che abbiamo lasciate socchiuse, abbiamo preferito lasciarle così, non è stato un problema per i giorni che siamo stati lí dal momento che passava lo stesso un po' di luce fra una tenda e l"altra, sicuramente avremo trovato il modo per aprirle o avremmo chiesto aiuto. Siamo stati redarguiti su booking dopo il primo giorno per aver disturbato nelle ore notturne il vicinato che si è lamentato, dopo che siamo tornati a casa di notte, non è stato carino intimarci di dover lasciare la casa se avessimo continuato, ma è corretto così nei confronti del vicinato, infatti abbiamo cercato di fare meno rumore possibile nei giorni successivi.

• Iain (8/5): Good apartment apart from the lift - Location really good, pool area nice, the apartment it’s self is lovely Our apartment was on the 7th floor and was not informed before that the lift was not working, unfortunately one member of the party really struggled.
