• Fallon (8/5): Spacious, clean and well equipped with Lake view - Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. The lock on the main front door for the building was not working. No fault of the apartment owner.

• Ville (9/5): - Mielenkiintoinen miljöö ja erikoinen asunto. Raitiovaunulla pääsi lähes oven edestä muutamassa minuutissa keskustaan Valtava huonekorkeus ja isot ikkunat tekivät asunnosta hyvin kaikuvan. Tämä häiritsi jonkin verran
• Anni (10/5): - Siisti asunto ja selkeät majoittumis ohjeet. Käytän jatkossa samaa paikkaa myös Tampereella oleskellessa
• Juha-Pekka (9/5): Siisti uusi huoneisto hyvien ratikkayhteyksien varrella. - Siisti käytännössä uusi asunto. Riittävä neljälle aikuiselle, joista yksi nukkuu sohvapedillä. Kaikki tarpeellinen oli ja autokin mahtui talon autohalliin, josta tosin täytyi maksaa erikseen. Hyvä yhteys parin minuutin kävelymatkan päästä ratikalla kaupunkikeskustaan. Hurja kaiku huoneistossa - korkeus varmaan viisi metriä ja kovat seinät. Ei toki isommin haitannut. Ympäristö osittain vasta rakentumassa - esim. vanhat tehdasrakennukset ihan rähjässä kunnossa.

• Sascha (8/5): - Das Apartment ist luxuriös und modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber und bietet alles was man braucht und mehr. Die Lage ist zentral, in Sichtweite des Sees und ausgezeichnet mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angebunden. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Was man wissen sollte: Das Areal um die Wohnung ist aktuell eine Baustelle, auch wenn man innerhalb des Apartments nichts davon mitbekommen hat. Der Check-in ist voll elektronisch und unkompliziert. Kinderbetten und Kindergatter vorhanden... Perfekt! Der mehrspurige Schnellweg, die Tram und die anderen befahrenen Straßen und Brücken bringen eine permanente Geräuschkulisse mit sich, auch wenn man das eigentlich in nur auf dem Balkon mitbekommt. Die Parkplätze waren in unserem Fall sehr rar. Das Parkhaus unterm Gebäude sieht nur sehr sehr wenige Besucherparkplätze vor und alle anderen Parkplätze sind zwar in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar aber bieten ab 8 Uhr morgens nur zeitlich begrenztes Parken mit Parkscheibe. Bei Missachtung drohen Bußgelder. Mit Auto und Kleinkindern, wie in unserem Falle, doch etwas umständlicher, wenn das Parkhaus besetzt ist. Wer ohne Auto anreist wird es wohl am entspanntesten haben.
• Tomi (8/5): Hyvää ja huonoa - Siisti uudehko asunto. Rauhallinen paikka. Kauniit näkymät näsijärvelle. Asunnossa ei ilmeisesti ilmastoonti toiminut. Kuuma oli yölläkin 28,5 astetta vaikka säädetty 18 astetta. Toki ulkona +30. Rumia museoviraston purkukuntoisia suojelukohteita vieressä.

• Olli Majanen (9/5): Perheen miniloma Tampereella - Asunto oli siisti ja sopivan kokoinen. Majoituspaikan varustelu oli hyvä. Näkymä parvekkeelta Näsijärvelle oli upea. Sijainti oli hyvä ja ympäristö rauhallinen. Kalustus oli hiukan halpaa. Opastus majoituspaikan sisäänkäyntiin olisi voinut olla selkeämpi. Samoin ohjeistus pysäköintipaikoille. Alue oli vielä kovin keskeneräinen. Palveluita (ravintolat, kaupat) ei ollut lähistöllä.

• Neringa (9/5): Superb - Very nice and modern apartment. Beautiful balcony with lake view. Clean and tiny, beds are comfy. Amazing location, only few min away from town centre with public transport. Walking distance from Sierkaniemi park as well. I have to say that huge downside of the apartment is parking. Not a lot of available parking spaces and it's also extra 13e per day only payable via the app.
• Lorenza (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful view on the lake from the kitchen. A really modern apartment with all the necessary items for staying. It was slightly cold and the temperature never increased during our stay. The bedroom was nice but it was annoying that the two single beds easily opened in the middle. Would have been nice to have access to the common sauna in the building even under payment.
