• Patrick (3/5): Extrêmement médiocre. C’est dommage - L’emplacement de l’immeuble dans Venise Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par cet appartement. Contrairement aux photos, il est totalement défraîchi et usé, même s’il était propre. Les murs et les plinthes sont marqués de coups multiples. Tout est à repeindre. La literie est obsolète et creusée . La télécommande de la PAC / climatisation etait sans piles et non fonctionnelle. L’équipement est propre mais totalement minime . La décoration est minimaliste également. C’est extrêmement dommage car nous n’avons eu aucune envie de dîner dans l’appartement pour ces raisons.

• Christian (1/5): Terrible place!! Pick somewhere else - Looks new but nothing works Everything, there was no hot water, the heating didn't work and when I had to try to fix it it worked terribly. Narrow stairs with no lights no elevator. Weird garbage rules. Bad thin blankets. I was catching a cold by the end of my stay, I never got a restful sleep any of the 3 nights. No one should go here.

Anche in assenza di relazione diretta con il gestore della struttura, tutte le operazioni di check-in, le indicazioni su come accedere all'appartamento e le risposte alle richieste di informazione/supporto sono state chiare ed esaustive. L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di qualche piccola attività di manutenzione, non si presenta in stato ottimale: si iniziano a vedere segni di usura dovuti all'utilizzo/passaggio dei turisti.

• Emiliano (7/5): Appartamento carino zona Rialto - Appartamento carino, fornito di molti elettrodomestici, situato a pochi passi dalla zona di Rialto. La disponibilità da parte dell’agenzia che lo gestiste rispetto alle esigenze del cliente è molto scarsa. L’appartamento non è fornito di nessun bene di prima necessità (sale, caffè , zucchero, etc) e neanche di un kit di benvenuto (una bottiglia d’acqua, qualche biscotto o altro). Si presenta in uno stato non ottimale infatti dovrebbero essere fatte delle piccole riparazioni.

• Zsuzsanna (5/5): - The location of the apartman is very good it's close to the Mercato, Rialto, Despar there is lot's of good restaurant nearby. The size of the apartman is enough for 2 people. The apartman was not well equiped. In the pictures was totaly different....there wasn't courtain in the windows, no clothes dryer, the wardrobe was bad but they repaired it when we tell them. The apartman need a bit renovation.

• Karen (9/5): Venice is a dream, wherever you are staying. Botteri was perfect. - The location was gorgeous. Local to everything yet not too loud outside. No elevator but we expected that so it was fine.

• E-k (10/5): A fast trip to Venice. - Location was very good, at the centre of the city and bridges/ passing boats nearby. The market was a few steps away, small everyday grocery store nearby. We liked our stay. We stayed at the apt for three nights. The communication with the owner was good and we got good instructions before we arrived. The beds were not too cosy, but after long walks every day we got a good night´s sleep.

And we have to clean up the floor by ourselves as it’s already late at night when we arrived. Then Propety owner did offer to help, but he said the next day. We cannot stand the dust in the house, and prefer to clean it by ourself. The pathway of the stairs was very narrow and dirty.. small rocks were all over with all the Renovation equipment. Imagine, carrying 6 big luggages up to 3rd floor was a nightmare! In general, the location is ok. The amenities is ok. The toilet is small. And it is just an old building

• Janet (8/5): The one bedroom apartment was idealy located near the fish market and water front. - We had no amenities. That was our only complaint. No kitchen coffee etc. No soap in the bathrooms. Place was clean. However no air conditioning. It was hot. If they had something for coffee for morning. Or some bottles of water after a long way from train station. There were no instructions in the unit as to where to go for water taxis Or anything that would help a tourist. did't feel the love. Not that that was their problem, but no elevator so stairs to unit. So you must be strong.

Easy instructions to get to the apartment etc. Beds were great, lots of storage etc. Highly reccomend. Nothing really. We couldn’t find bowls to eat our breakfast cereal etc.

• Svetlana (1/5): terrible and false advertising! - location everything else. first it was very hard to find as the host provided directions with the pictures of the place(restaurant) that doesn’t exist. second, apartment doesn’t look anything like the pictures. it is absolutely ran down, super small, missing basics like hand soap. the worst part is that is it advertised as air conditioned. however the is no ac in the bedroom!!!!

The bathroom needs more shelves to put your cosmetics. The insect nets were broken. In the apartment you have washing machine but no washing detergent.

Floors of the apartment weren’t clean, some rubbish in bathroom from ?previous guests, Would suggest some hand soap/bottle in the bathroom for guests to use to wash their hands after going toilet.

The air conditioning wasn’t working in the main living area. One of the bathrooms is too small for a shower. The living space is very small especially when the sofa bed was pulled out.

• Alexis (7/5): Book in advance to get better prices options but it’s nice clean and right in middle of everything - The location was wonderful and the beds? Though firm were quite comfy and gave us all plenty of sleep. Plenty of blankets for keeping warm as well. It looked as well kept as it did online There was no coffee, tea, water or nothing provided. I’ve traveled over 50 countries (My second time in Venice) and not once have a stayed a place offering nothing. The responsibility for the garbage is a bit much as it defeats the point of a cleaning fee. Just as we are asked to take trash out after two days the cleaning crew can as well. The tvs were also smaller than my laptop. These small conveniences go a long way especially for the price point.

The apartment wasn’t clean enough. The sofa-bed was not very comfortable. Be aware that there isn’t an elevator like most of Venice’s buildings.

Very detailed instructions on how to find it and access it. Didn't like the 4 floors of narrow steep steps that you had to climb to get to it. With luggage it was problematic.

• Irina (8/5): Very good - The apartment is right in the heart of Venice, very close to almost everything. The hosts are very helpful and giving lots of infos about how to get to the flat, how to get the keys etc. The apartment was warm during our stay and quiet. Per general we had a good accommodation during our 3 days stay. The beds are not comfortable at all. The bed from bedroom was from 2 mattresses which you cannot sleep bcoz all night it is moving around. The sofa bed was broken and we had to put some pillows underneath to hold it together, and making a bad noise. The cutleries were dirty and some items need to be changed.
• Just.g (7/5): Great location in the heart of Venice. - Amazing location, close to everything and lots of authentic cafes and restaurants around. The apartment itself was not as spacious as it looked in the photos for a family of five though. It has everything we needed and if you need a good comfortable place to sleep with ease of access to everything, its great! Too many rules to follow from the host. With all the rules they placed, we expected amazing facilities but it lacked a few basic things, such as no soap in the bathrooms, no soap holder in one of the bathrooms. The master bed was 2 beds pushed together so it was a little uncomfortable. The sofa bed was also a little uncomfortable as it was not straight and dipped in the middle. Also be careful, you have to climb three flights of stairs.
• Angus (10/5): Lovely apartment in a fabulous location - Amazing location just next to the Rialto market and a few minutes' walk from the Rialto bridge. Close to restaurants and shops but very quiet and peaceful in the apartment. Clean, tidy and well-equipped. We had a lovely stay.
• Myroslava (3/5): Not recommend for the family stay - Next to Rialto bridge, but horribly to find if you are getting from another side as described in the directions. Why not to send a Google tag/coordinates ??? Air conditioner was horribly loud , like a tractor, every 3 miniatures screaming in the bedroom… we couldn’t sleep…more over, it’s only in master bedroom. We have been sleeping in another 2 rooms and it was too hot inside… Nothing useful on the kitchen - what is the use of all those pans if there is no sugar, no oil, no coffee or tea and even no salt… The small WC next to the kitchen didn’t work.

• Gustav (8/5): Would stay again - It’s an apartment. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is kind of sparse when it comes to equipment. But it works. The apartment was clean. Kitchen was clean. It had AC. The main bed was good and the pull out couch bed was fine for what it is. Wifi worked fine. There’s not many negatives to it really. Not much light, perhaps, but it’s Venice.
• Stefania (8/5): We would definitely stay again in this apartment. - The location was perfect. It was close to some of the best restaurants we ate at, supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, farmers market, fish market, water taxi’s and San Marco square. The travel agency/management company handling our stay at this apartment were wonderful. They were very responsive through WhatsApp and helped us with our bookings for a taxi and a place to store our luggage. The living room/kitchen was smaller than we expected so it got a little crowded when we were all in the same room, but it really wasn’t that big of a deal since most of the day we were out sight seeing. The bathrooms don’t have toilet paper holders which was a bit odd, so you had to leave the toilet paper on the floor (lay a towel down) or on the heater. Again, not a big deal.

The staircase to the apartment. I also don’t think the apartment is ideal for families with children younger than 6yrs old.

Close to Rialto Mercato and Rialto stops on the Grand Canal right by Rialto Bridge. Plenty of restaurant options close by. Easy walk to Sam Marco square. couldn’t fault the location! Apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. A few stairs up a lovely narrow stair well - can be a challenge with heavy luggage (we’d heeded the warnings of not to pack excessively for a Europe trip so not too bad!)

• Liv (8/5): Great location! - The location is fantastic , the apartment was small and clean, and had a washing machine in the facility. the couch also folds out into a bed as well. I travel a good bit, having a small starter pack of supplies has been super helpful. This property had limited or no supplies (no hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, no coffee, tea, sugar, etc etc).

Helpful host that checked in with us during our stay to make sure our stay was going well. Checkout was at 10am. Host did however offer to help find storage spaces for our luggage for after our check-out.

• Colton (2/5): Avoid this place - Good location Friendly neighbor stores Has a laundry machine I regret to write this negative review, but my recent stay at this rental property was nothing short of a disappointment. Although the location was convenient and the neighboring stores were friendly, the numerous issues we encountered far outweighed any benefits. The most impactful issue we faced was the broken and missing items throughout the rental. The kitchen faucet was disconnected from the countertop, and the property had a variety of dead, flickering, or mismatched light bulbs. Upon arrival, we found the doorknob missing, and although a repairman showed up to fix it, he barged in after only knocking once, which was quite unsettling. The bathroom was also in disarray, with a constantly running toilet, a flush panel that kept falling off, and a broken shower height rod that resulted in the showerhead falling on my wife's head. The bathroom sink was missing its nozzle, causing water to spray everywhere when used. Furthermore, the rental lacked basic amenities, such as sufficient toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and trash bags. This left us scrambling to purchase these necessities during our stay. Additionally, the property was riddled with stringent rules that were only disclosed upon check-in. These rules included turning off lights when leaving, sorting trash into three piles without bags, and adhering to a 10 am checkout time. Non-compliance would result in fines, which added stress to our stay. Lastly, the sleeping arrangements were subpar, with loose, thin bed sheets and no mattress protection. The advertised "queen" bed was actually two uncomfortable twin mattresses pushed together, causing a restless and unsatisfactory night's sleep. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this rental property due to the numerous issues we faced, particularly the broken and missing items. Although the location was a plus, the overall experience left much to be desired.
