• Penelope (9/5): Good location and communication. - Very central location. The host provided all the necessary information. The apartment had everything we needed. The bathroom window wouldn’t lock but the owner will be fixing this. Would prefer proper mugs rather than plastic ones.

• Jessica (5/5): Good enough - Good location, felt safe. Bed was small, shower drain overflowed when in use, flooding the bathroom and bedroom. Do not wash your hair here.
• hui (6/5): - The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable. Host is friendly and responsive. Location is quite good with 10-15 minutes walk to the center. There are lots of cafes and shops nearby ( with 5-10 minutes walk ). The hot water supply is inconsistent, which is quite a concern as Bogota is quite cold at that time. The host has sent the cleaning lady to help and check for the shower, but the problem could not be fixed and there was no solution for that during my stay. Furthermore, the wifi is also inconsistent and it happened to be no connection / very slow in speed. The problem is also not fixed during my stay.

• Yunus (1/5): Unfortunately not reliable accommodation , because it’s too cold and owner even couldn’t put one heater ….. - Location is good. security is good. There is no heater we are freezing here, and there are no bathroom kit like hand soap etc , but on pictures they put.
• Patricia (4/5): Disappointing - The communication with the property representant was good. Everything went smooth. The apartament is in a dangerous area. We had 2 taxi drivers tell us to leave as soon as possible from that area and to never walk in the night by ourselves, as we were 3 girls.

• Carolyn (8/5): Home style living - Lovely cute flat with all the amenities! Was located in a great area, so everything was in walkable distance. The room had no heating and little sunlight reaching the room, so it was very cold. Additionally the shower didn't get very hot, so really hard to warm yourself up.
• Annette (7/5): Friendly host, okay place, if you are not noise sensitive - The apartment itself is fine – a new, small, clean studio. The host is very friendly and communication with her was good. The morning light is nice. The biggest issue is noise. There is little sound insulation, so if anyone else is making noise you hear it. Whether the noise is from other tenants outside, in the hallway or upstairs, it sounds like they are in the apartment with you. This was a problem on one of the two nights we stayed in the unit, the other night was quiet. There are also loud church bells at 6:30am from the church next door. The apartment could use a few upgrades. The lighting at night is harsh; the coffee mugs, bowls and “glasses” are plastic; and the towels are somewhat old. Also, there is no heating (or air conditioning) system, so it was a bit cool in the apartment in the evening.

• Carl (9/5): Great stay in Bogota! - Great location close to many of the main attractions. The property is clean and gives everything you need. I felt very safe with the security there.
• Elisabetta (7/5): Good location and overall a pleasant place to stay. - Good location in a safe complex. There were no bedside lamps. I was expecting a minimum of breakfast items, like tea or coffee on arrival.
• Blaine (10/5): A great place to stay in a Bogota! - This is a great studio apartment. We came from Salitre Terminal via taxi and it was easy to find. Our host gave us clear instructions on how to get the keys. Its a fully equipped place and very comfortable also convenient to walk to the historical centre.
• Elhamb (9/5): Kind owner ready check-in - Bed mattress was comfortable The owner was very kind, we had an easy check-in and we could stay beyond 11 am because our flight was late in the evening The number and quality of dishware in the kitchen. No washing machine
• Priya (6/5): Great location however the apartment and amenities need work - The location was fantastic and the apartment is very well furnished. The host Stefania is lovely and very attentive. Checkin was easy but be prepared for staff that only speak Spanish. Sockets were in convenient places. There was a microwave and iron. The bedding felt dirty. There was thicker blanket that had stains so felt unclean. The walls were so thin, there was constant noise whether it be the church next door or from noisy neighbours in the corridor. There was no hairdryer, so I wasn’t able to wash my hair for my entire stay. All the available channels on the tv were in Spanish only. The international reporting channels were just not available. The toilet itself felt unclean, didn’t flush that well. Could not flush the toilet with tissue paper, that had to be deposed, in a bin which was rather small so if you’re staying there a long period it’s not ideal. There was no other dustbin so you have to separately collect your rubbish. I was looking forward to leaving.

There was 24/7 security and it was close to many attractions. The security was helpful and let us store our bags with them on our last day. Nothing all was great.

• Suhayb (9/5): Awesome apartment, Excellent location, 10/10. - As a backpacker who has been travelling for the past year through out South America, This Apartment was not only great but exceeded my expectations in all aspects. Excellent location walking distance to all the main attractions, Plaza de bolivar, Botero Museum and Monserrate. Everything is brand new in the apartment, super comfy bed, Smart Tv, lovely bathroom with good shower pressure, The kitchen utilities, it has all the appliances you need to cook. The apartment building is super safe and secure with 24/7 security. The owner is super nice and was always attentive to all our needs. Will defiantly come back if we are ever in bogota again. It was a pleasure staying here. With such a good price, We loved our stay here and there was nothing that we didn’t like about the property.
