- ASLI (10/5): her şey fazlasıyla harikaydı. - Olanakları çok güzeldi. Konumu iyidi toplu taşımaya çok yakındı ve sakin bir mahalledeydi. Aynı zamanda da gezilecek yerler, market ve cafelere de çok yakındı. Misafir terliği olsa çok daha güzel olabilirdi.

Tuvu dažādas ēšanas vietas un pārtikas veikals, lai gatavotu brokastis kā mājās. Ļoti novērtējām dzīvokļa plašumu un guļamistabu sētas pusē. Apzināti meklējām vietu, kas nav burzmā un troksnī, un šis bija lieliski. Dzīvoklī bija viss nepieciešamais: rezerves dvieļi, matu fēns, par vates kociņi. Izmantojām arī veļasmašīnu, kas bija milzīgs bonuss. Bērnam īpaši patika gulēt 2.stāva gultā. Noteikti paliktu otrreiz. Iesaku. Spilveni nebija ērti, bet izmantojām no dīvāna un bija ok. Ārdurvis varēja būt ciešākas, slikta skaņas izolācija (bet tas netraucēja, aizverot guļamistabu). Palikām dzīvoklī nr 41. Būtu ļoti priecīgi par pāris kafijas kapsulām un kādu tējas paciņi brokastīm. Bet tas nesabojā vērtējumu.

- AAI (9/5): The stay was great. - Location was perfect along with the size of the apartment. The balcony and amenities such as laundry, kitchen, fridge, different size beds within the apartment were just fabulous. While not a deal breaker as we were traveling most of the day, the apartment would be more comfortable if adequate AC units are installed to cool the apartment during peak summer. Single AC was not sufficient to cool the apartment and all its rooms from late morning to late evening. A dryer and.or drying rack in the bathroom would be helpful.

Great location and perfect sized apartment for our family of four (2 adults two older teens). Video for door code use and key collection were excellent. Space was clean and comfortable and had everythng we needed. Neighborhood is great with tram right outside. Stairwell door is loud and can definitely be heard at night in apartment, street is fairly busy to so some street noise. Not a deal breaker but if you want perfect peace and quiet keep in mind.

The host provides guest with a guidebook with detailed explanations and suggestions ranging from local restaurant, where to convert to currency, scenic spots and much more! The location is nice not far from tram and Metro. Nothing to complain.

- Aleksandr (10/5): Exceptional - We didn't even expect to get such a wonderful apartment to move into. It's in a great area, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The hosts are very friendly and the whole apartment is thought out to the smallest detail. When I return to Prague, I will only return here, and I won't even think about another apartment. P.S. - when checking out, I forgot my documents and was late for the train, the issue was resolved in 10 minutes.
- Oluwamayowa (10/5): Clean and fantastic Apartment! - Absolutely loved the high ceilings, walled mirror, big bedrooms and living room. Had all the necessary amenities in the flat. Instructions to get into the property was straight forward. Thank you for the bottles of water in the fridge. Also, close to supermarkets and amazing restaurants. Added bonus is a Christmas Market at the end of the road. We would not hesitate to stay there again when back in the city! Would be nice to have a blind on the window for the toilet in the bathroom. The bathroom does have a blind, but not the toilet section which can be obvious when the light is on at night.

Our unit is not for small children, unless the adults want a bunk bed. 2 rooms, one with high full size bunk bed, couch and TV. The other with queen bed and bath (shower, washer & sink only). Entry room had small kitchen with small bathroom ( sink and commode only). It met our needs for 3 family adults ok with sharing space. Also, pictures were a bit misleading. But all in all, it met our needs. If driving, the owner suggested options of street(feed the meter) or reserve prior with Mr. park it. We were happy we chose Mr Parkit. Our garage cost ~$25/ day and was a .5 mile walk but worth the cost.
- Sunil (10/5): I would rate - No.1 apartment during our 15days stays in & around Europe personally. - This was THE BEST stay for the family. so, neat hygiene and perfect place for connectivity. close to all the side seeing places. Nothing to point at, everything was perfect, since we came inn late, it would be better to have breakfast in the Morning, but NO Complaints.

The bedroom on the street side was more noisy, but earplugs help if you are more sensitive for that. But that is just due to the awesome location of the apartment and does not make us love it any less. 😊

- Anastasia (10/5): Perfect! - We had a great time in the apartments. Beds are comfortable, all necessary appliances are in the apartment. There is an elevator in the house. It is very convenient to get to the 3d floor. There are coffee, water and some other things you may need right after your arrival. The tram stop is near the house. There is no problem getting to any direction of the city. We are very satisfied to have the opportunity to spend time here.

FYI, Charming apartment no.62 is located on the last / 4th floor, building have elevator but you still need to take some stairs to reach apartment, irrelevant. Apartment have roof windows what is hard to operate, instructions are posted, but window aluminium curtain cannot hold sun light so living room together with one double bed is exposed to daylight. We had some issues with hot water in bathroom but host send technician immediately to fix, thank you for this. Very nice and fast communication with hosts. Apartment is nicely decorated and fully functional, elect.socket everywhere, open shelves and tables, 2 large flat TVs, AC with additional ventilators, floor heating during winter = very warm apartment, balcony with nice city view, 2 large double beds on upper floor with spacious bathroom, another toilet on ground floor in living room together with smaller kitchen equipped with all what you need, fridge cooking plate coffe tea salt sugar, dish washing and cloth washing machines for longer stay....all what you need during your vacation. Location on Korunni street, easy access to city by foot or public transport, in surroundings you have coffe bars, restaurants, markert shops, everything on hand. Overall very nice stay in beautiful Prague.

- Daniil (6/5): Overall it was great, I would just recommend to do better cleaning and enforce no smoking and noise rules more. - Great location, nice apartment, great price and looks exactly like on the photos The apartment had quite a strong smell of cigarettes inside and some of the pillows on the chairs smelled really bad, probably not washed for a very long time. Also, there was sometimes very loud music since someone was having a party in there, seems like the rules are not really enforced.
- Anonymous (9/5): Excellent location and great accommodation - Location was excellent for us with close proximity to restaurants, public transportation and food markets The hot water heater never gave you a hot shower…only 5-10 seconds warm water than cold water for 10-15 seconds. We tried various times of the day and it was always the same. Wish also they had a pot pad or towel so we could take hot food out of microwave or oven easily

Apartment was partially dirty. Host is for sure going to react to these statements, trying to argue it away, but don’t believe it.

The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need, from tea and coffee to basic ingredients for cooking. They even give you free beer! It was a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

- Svitlana (9/5): nice stay up to 1-3 days at this space - everything is fine, clean, very small but cozy place. nice surrounding area, very welcoming service. the space is small, there is no air conditioning, in order to feel enough of fresh air you have to keep window opened, but the street outside is very busy with the trams, people and cleaning service. It was difficult to sleep during the night time. I guess for 1 person the space is perfect.

The property was very clean and fresh, very light! Stuff was very kind and easy to reach, responded very fast to all our inquiries. There was everything necessary in the kitchen. Unfortunately there is no wardrobe, it was the only lack of the property. Also it would be great if there were some hangers for towels in the bathroom.

They kindly fixed the bed on the next day and they changed the sheets on the same day. But they could not provide us with new mattress.
