• alan (3/5): This was an average accommodation, in need of repair. Certainly not worthy of its high rating.. - The location of the property was excellent. The property was in a very tired condition. A number of the items within the property were damaged. The edges of the tables were peeling away, the sofa bed was damaged and the seats were badly stained. Very little hot water for showering and there were no instructions for any of the electrical items. The communication with the property was good until we highlighted the faulty items, then almost no communications at all.

• Julia321 (9/5): Nice apartment - Absolutely gorgeous view from this apartment. Location was perfect for us and we had everything we needed! Would absolutely recommend this place. Was nice to notice that neighbours respected the quiet hours as well 😊 Hot water ran out fairly quickly since there was 5 of us and only lasted for 2-3 people at a time.
• Eleanor (9/5): Good value apartment with great view and location - Great property, plenty of space, good utilities. The view was unbeatable and the location meant both the beach and the strip were a 2 minutes stroll. Lots of nearby shops and a 15 minutes walk to the old town. A main bus stop is right outside the apartments too. Would definitely recommend for groups/families up to 4. Property states suitable for 5 people (including sofa bed as a bed) but only supplied enough bedding/pillows for 4 people. We found extra blankets and used the sofa cushions to make do though.
• Nicola (7/5): Good location and perfect sea view - No hot water on checking in. Host was responsive to the issue and dealt with the matter quickly. Unfortunately we did not have access to a shower or hot water until our third day but this was due to the repair man not having the correct tools.

• Dominic (10/5): - The location of this apartment is fabulous. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained. It would be good to have more information about the facilities beforehand/on arrival to the apartment. When we gave stayed in similar apartments there is usually an information book giving details of how to get to the pool , where to take the rubbish etc. We worked most of it out ourselves and when we did need to ask wecfid so via the app.... Anna was really quick to answer. This did not affect our stay.... this is easily the best apartment we have stayed in, in Benidorm.
• Joanna (8/5): Fabulous stay in a great location with lovely views of the beach. - The apartment was lovely and spacious. It was clean and there were enough towels and bedding for our group of five. The facilities were great, the shower is brilliant and the kitchen had all the basics needed to make breakfast or lunch. Handy to have a washing machine. The beds were comfortable and a decent size. Our host was very helpful in giving us the information about how to gain access to the apartment when it was ready, which was in good time ahead of our check in time. The pool area is lovely and not overly busy so sun beds are not an issue. Great location, and the apartment is not noisy from the street even though a busy bar is close. There are some lovely beach side restaurants on the doorstep. The air conditioning was appreciated as was the free WiFi. It is a great, well kept apartment and we were very happy with it. We would consider staying here again if we were to ever return to Benidorm. The lounge, main bedroom and bathroom had no real issues apart from a bit of a wobbly tap in the bathroom, however in the room with two single beds, the extractor of the air conditioning units which was behind the wall of the far bed was quite loud at times which made it quite difficult to get to sleep in that room on some nights. But apart from that, it really is a great apartment.

• Rozanne (10/5): We went, two couples and a friend to enjoy the last of the Fiestas and to enjoy the Fancy dress day - it did not disappo - The property was in a perfect position for everything we needed!! The only downside was that it took us longer than we would have liked to find it!!! But once we located it, we couldn’t fault it! Trying to find it when we first got there.
• Julie (8/5): Excellent location - The location of the apartments was excellent. Right on the beach. The apartment was decorated well, and well equipped for self catering. It was nice and clean too. The communication between the owner and ourselves was excellent. Strange window in second bedroom that you could see outside. Into the hall. Took us a few minutes to work out there was a screen to place at the side of the bed to give you some privacy.

• Stuart (10/5): Stunning Apartment with a view to die for! - This apartment is exceptional, not only is it in an ideal location, it has the most beautiful view. Was apprehensive about it being noisy as it is very close to Tikki Beach but you can't hear it when the window is closed. Air con was a bonus. The apartment had everything thing you could wish for, even a dishwasher! Didn't use it though cos I don't have one at home and have no idea how to work them. Communication with Anna was also exceptional, couldn't have done anymore for us, was deffo an enjoyable experience. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

• Olivia (10/5): Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the seafront, would definely recommend - The apartment was spotless, very tidy, lots of facilities in the in the apartment that were very useful, perfect location to shops, bars, beach etc. Contacting the apartment owner was very easy and she was very helpful, also such good value for money. We have nothing bad to say about our time in the apartment, we throughly enjoyed it.

• Victoria (9/5): Great apartment, was perfect for our short stay, we all had fab time😊 - Excellent location. Apartment spotless and modern decor, with fantastic views of Benidorm. Perfect for what our party needed. Pool facilities fab. Would definitely consider booking again if we return to Benidorm. Hadn’t been sent communication on how to access building prior to arrival. Happen to find a wonderful gentleman who does some maintenance at apartments, who spoke to hosts and relayed information to us. Had been told prior to departure we could occupy between 10 & 11am, but did not get keys until 2pm. May not have been hosts fault…if previous occupants left late ? But we were able to use the pool, so it didn’t spoil our day ! Had little issue with electric but was rectified immediately once we advised host.
