• Gary (4/5): We made the most of Rome, but the apartment was disappointing. - The property was very well located. Access was simple. It was poorly appointed. Kitchenware was poor … no toaster, coffee moka pots were in very poor condition. Very small kitchen work surface. No international TV channels … no English either. Auto dishwasher very small and in need of a service. Bed was OK. Pillows were very poor … very thin and unsuitable. No coat hangers at all in the apartment. No bedside tables or lamps.
• Zlata (10/5): - We had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. Everything was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. It’s clear that the host truly cares about guests’ comfort, with everything you might need provided, from comfortable furniture to small but important details. A special thank you to the host — she is incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive. She was always available, quick to answer any questions, and happy to help with anything we needed. Our stay was very comfortable, and we were left with only positive impressions. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
• Claire (10/5): Super, à refaire !!! - L'emplacement de l'appartement est super, au calme (on a pu dormir les fenêtres ouvertes) tout en étant à proximité de tout : magasins, restaurants,... On peut pratiquement tout faire à pied pour rejoindre les lieux touristiques et le centre historique (prévoir quand même des chaussures confortables ;). La terrasse est très agréable pour le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir. C'est un réel plus !!! Il faut juste préciser que l'appartement est au 4ème étage mais sans ascenseur et cela peut poser des problèmes si on a des difficultés de déplacement. Sinon ce n'est qu'un détail vu tous les points positifs.

• Yang (9/5): Superb - The apartment was lovely, clean and bright. The terrace/balcony was perfect to be able to sit outside to enjoy the sun, eat and drink. The shower, air conditioning and oven worked well. The supermarket across the road was really useful and well stocked with fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, cheese, meats and cupboard items. Many cafés and restaurants nearby. Very convenient location to get to the Vatican city and the centre of Rome. The latter is a bit of a walk for younger children depending on where you want to go but the bus stops and train station is conveniently nearby. Communication with the host was very good, they answered my questions promptly.

• Jan (9/5): Superb - view on St.Peter, nice neighborhood, very big extra + for the washing machine :) beautiful cactus on the terrace, balcony on the other side of the apartment with a very nice view as well. 4th floor without elevator
• Lukacs (4/5): I would absolutely not reccomend it to anyone, cause even if you can overlook some of the above inconveniencies, the fac - - The location is good, really close to bus stations, and train station. - Supermarket nearby. - The house was clean and neat. - A beautiful terrace. - Even though the terrace is nice, it is almost unusable because if the slightest noise is reported to the host by one of the neighbours. - The host is very aggresive, disrespectful(she even called us garbage, liars, and many other words) unreasonable, the most nagging person I ever encountered. - The last 3 days of our vacation were awful, the host accused us of partying and being disrespectful with the neighbours constantly, and even if we tried to explain that we are only 3 persons in the apartament, staying maybe later then 11pm, but we weren’t loud, she didn’t want to belive us. - The host kept requesting 250 euros from us, claiming that it’s her right because we disturbed the neighbours, even though the house rules were clear that the fee can only be requested for physical damage of the property. - She threatened us that she has footage of us talking on the terrace after 11 pm, and when I asked her for the footage she told us that she cannot share it with us because of privacy issues. We noticed that she actually had a camera installed on the terrace, which was not mentioned in the booking listing when we reserved the apartament, and when we kindly reminded her that it is not legal to film us, she initally said that the terrace is considered outside the property and she has all the rights to do si. When we confronted her about the fact that it has to be mentioned in the listing, she changed the listing to reflect that. - We managed to record other groups of people that were talking much more louder than us, and when we sent her the recordings, she said that we are liars, and she doesn’t hear anything, and this gave me the feeling that she wanted to make us feel uncomfortable just because those other hosts were italian and we were not.
