Appartamento pieno di muffa e umidità con puzza in bagno e nella camera da letto.Finestra rotta in sala e in cucina, completamente aperta.Battiascopa tutti rotti.Phon con filo scorticato e senza aria calda. Un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 4 giorni in 5 persone.Una sola confezione di prodotti per bagno.Km per poter recuperare le chiavi altrimenti il check-in con la persona che ci avrebbe aspettato all' appartamento avrebbe avuto un costo aggiuntivo di 30 €. Pazzesco perché il check-in dovrebbe essere incluso o comunque le chiavi disponibili in un posto vicino.Le foto fanno sembrare questo appartamento luminoso,pulito e bello ma non è così!Non tutte le luci si accendono e la ventola in bagno ad un certo punto smette di funzionare.

• Milutin (1/5): Das schlimmste und dreckigste Appartement - Nichts, alles war eine Katastrophe. Es hat gestunken es war dreckig. wir hatten kein warmes Wasser den ganzen Aufenthalt über die Klima hat nicht funktioniert. Die Betten waren voller gelbe Flecken die Polster waren gelb. Die Möbel waren alle kaputt sowie der Boden. Sowas sollte verboten werden. Und eine Frechheit von booking das es immer noch zur Vermietung angeboten wird. alles war eine Katastrophe. Es hat gestunken es war dreckig. wir hatten kein warmes Wasser den ganzen Aufenthalt über die Klima hat nicht funktioniert. Die Betten waren voller gelbe Flecken die Polster waren gelb. • Jean-pierre (2/5): Pas satisfait - L'emplacement c'est tout Problème de chaudière pas d'eau chaude , j'ai du faire le plombier. L' appartement a notre arrivée était sale ,ma femme a du faire le ménage. Après 20 minutes la femme de ménage est arrivé.

• Sarah (1/5): My stay was incredibly disappointing, with a dirty apartment full of bugs, broken appliances, poor air conditioning, and - Literally only the location everything else is terrible 1) only 1 room has AC not both rooms and it’s really bad you must leave it at least 5-6 hours in order to get a comfortable room not even cold room. 2) the apartment is very dirty, a lot of spiders and bugs everywhere specially the bathroom. 3) washing machine was leaking sewer water which caused the apartment to smell like shit and when i contacted the customer service no one answered for 2 days then they sent a technician that entered the house while we were sleeping without our permission or knowledge. 4) dish washer isn’t working. 6) the sofa was broken and cut everywhere, if you open it as a sofa bed 100% you will be on the floor. 5) terrible customer service they barely answer and even when they do they send literally one message and disappear with no solutions for ur concerns.
