- Jonathan Villanueva (3/5): Hasta que no hagan aseo profundo y prolijo, no volvería a arrendar ni lo lo recomendaría - La ubicación está excelente. Muy cerca del Metro y otros puntos de interés para hacer compras necesarias. El departamento está en un estado deplorable en lo que respecta a aseo. Da la impresión que no se ha hecho limpieza en meses. El suelo, especialmente en el dormitorio, un asco. El baño mal oliente y muy sucio, lleno de pelos, moho y sarro en el WC. La ropa de cama con mal olor. Los muebles muy sucios. Una pena que un departamento tan lindo y bien ubicado esté en un estado tan lamentable de aseo.
