• eoin (10/5): - Staff were very accommodating we arrived in very late but they made sure we had a smooth check in. We locked our keys in apartment another day and they arrived very quickly and let us back in. Very central beside the beach great pool facilities
• Steven (4/5): A major disappointment, not value for money. - The apartment location was excellent, very good views from the upper balcony. Easy access to local restaurants and supermarket. Twenty minute walk to Altea. The agent representative did not tell us we had to turn the hot water heater on or how to dispose of rubbish. Both sets of patio doors were very difficult to close and lock, a previous review mentions this. There were no pillowcases on any of the pillows, no cushions on the sunbeds which made them very uncomfortable, the patio chairs and bench cushions were very worn and stained, there were 8 badly chipped or cracked plates. All the above issues were resolved, except the doors, when we reported them, however the agents appeared to consider the facilities satisfactory which they were not.
• Claire (8/5): Fantastic location, lovely sized duplex apartment. Nice area with lots of places to eat in easy walking distance. - Fantastic location, beautiful views to wake up to and a well equipped kitchen. The apartment could do with some extra home comforts to make a weeks stay a little more comfortable. Only 2 pillows were supplied per double bed, luckily we found 2 spares in a wardrobe but 2 more for the other room would have been nice The living room sofa was lovely and spacious but would have been nice to have a few more cushions and even some sofa blankets to use in the cooler evenings. We had a problem with both showers which the management company were very prompt in responding to. Both would not drain, so we had some slight flooding!! when my husband checked the shower trap they were full of hair. The patio doors were very tricky to slide and could cause a problem. Nice bench and chairs outside but cushions would have made them nicer to sit on. All that said- these are minor issues that if improved would make this place a 10/10 as everything else was spot on. We would recommend to others.
